Terrible Mom and Pop Operation. Several attempts with various stylists through the years there, hoping to find someome competent enough to color my hair, and had way too many problems of missing coloring in areas, they forgot, and had to go back in. Once, I had to go in twice for a stylists to correct what she did, and she still forgot areas, once again. Last visit was the worst, as I had a stylists, Jessica, who did what she wanted with my hair coloring, scolded me like a child if I peeked in the mirror to see what she was doing. Granted I have had this stylists before and she did an ok job before, but went to another stylists due to her unprofessional behavior, changed up my hair coloring, which made my hair green/ash, like her hair, and I wanted the full bonde, which covered 3/4 of my head, and told her I wanted the root grow out to match the light blonde I already had. After she screwed up, all I said was, uh what is this? She started yelling at me, telling me because I waited so long to come in, caused her more work, and she has to call her babysitter because she was going to be late because of me! Needless to say, she had to re-foil and highlight my hair all over again. It was a nightmare. *Prior to appt, I texted her pictures of my hair, and made her aware I was going on my 6th neck/back surgery, (in a year and a half time, reason for grow out.) And another surgery scheduled a week after this appt. She wrote back and told me how much time to tell the appt girls to block out for me! Why she used GREEN toner, instead of the normal Blue/Violet, we would have been done a lot sooner. When checking out, she told the bright blonde girls behind the desk, that my hair is a reflection on her, and she was not going to let me leave, with bright blond hair, looking like a TWO BIT WHORE! Everyone's mouth dropped. And their Management is terrible. Plus at time, was told they were still smoking in basement of building, especially the owner, per the stylists. read more
