I was greeted and serviced immediately, by Rose who did an excellent job on my pedicure. Can't beat a great pedicure for $26! The salon could use a remodel as it's not the nicest looking interior, but overall clean tools and great pedicure massage chairs. I'd return for services again.

Sadly...another previously good business gone bad. Customer service is no longer a priority and…read morethey do not value long term customers. I have been coming to this salon since they opened and recently had to have a fresh shellac pedicure removed for unplanned surgery . They were not very accommodating for that...one nice man spoke up and said he would do it when everyone else wanted to make me wait for hours. I tipped him $10 for a $10 polish removal that took 5 minutes max. Well...when it came time to get polish back on my toes they couldn't seem to fit me in. Really???? They seem to have lost many of their really good nail techs. Time to move on...

I don't know what it is with Pedicures lately, but the quality and price have seemed to drop over…read morethe past few years. What used to be good has now gone to the dogs, literally. Traditionally, from experience, you could walk into most any pedicure salon and walk out satisfied and not broke. Now, it's the opposite. I walk out broke and feel mediocre about the services I received. My experience at Le Nails was just that. I came here because it was close to home and had walk in availability. They do pedicures and manicures, but I only get Pedis. Anyway, I was seated right away and picked out my nail color as I walked in. Staff here was nice, friendly and efficient and the place was clean and well organized. My issue with this place was two fold. First, usually pedicures start at about $28 to about $35 depending on what services you get and how much you want. A regular pedicure usually includes a leg massage, removal of dead skin off the feet, sometimes hot towels and obviously polish. Mine did come with that, but my nail tech wasn't all that good. She could have done so much better. She wasn't bad, but I left kind of feeling meh. For starters, I asked her how much the services were, and she didn't seem to speak much English. a younger woman came over and told me that a basic pedi was $32 and the "nicer" pedi was $50. $50!?!?!?!??! GET OUT. NOW. NO! It should NOT be that much! Oh, but it comes with a parafin thingy majaber, hot rocks, blach blah blah. NO. That's WAY to much and I didn't get it because that was ridiculous in pricing. I got my feet done which was completely over due, but overall, I left feeling like they were gouging people with their ridiculously high pedicure prices. At most places, a standard pedi with start at about $28 and some of the more advanced ones may go to $35, and MAYBE $40 TOPS. Like you shouldn't pay more then $40, and it really should be closer to $35 to be perfectly honest. Yes, I liked my feet, but I'm not paying their ridiculous prices for an average at best pedicure experience. I guess I will have to keep shopping around for a pedicure place that is better then this and doesn't charge ridiculous prices.
