I used to go to one nail tech every time but because I had a baby its hard to schedule appointments for me and easier to do walk ins. Well, today was unfortunately probably my last day going... I got there this morning and was immediately sat down and getting started to get worked on by one of the techs. Then a lot of people began showing up all within 5 min increments. The nail tech who was doing my nails was running around doing a lot, multitasking. Which I felt sympathetic about and even commended their hard work. Then someone who had been waiting for sometime asked how much longer so she moved me to a pedicure chair, sat her in the chair i was in and she began finishing my nails. I can tell she was rushing, the quality of the fill wasnt the best and i didnt really get what i wanted. She told me she could do it, but i feel like there was little effort to get the results i wanted, due to her rushing. I began just going along with what she was doing after already telling her its not what i wanted because at this point i was overstimulated and disappointed. I asked for an ombre with white and pink cateye. This is not what I wanted and can tell it was done quickly compared to sets ive gotten with them in the past. The crome or the cateye polish isnt blended and the builder gel looks splotchy. I am so sad, this was supposed to be a relaxing treat after being home all day with my baby, but it was chaotic, stressful, and disappointing. The screenshot is what i wanted and the 2 pics following are the results. If you go, highly recommend making an appointment and to go on a day when theyre not as busy. The quality of service is better.

An older lady started to do my toes, she was very nice and professional, the only problem was she didn't speak English well so there was a bit of an communication issue where I couldn't understand her. She did a good job with the pedicure but I didn't like the polish once I left. I think they need to update their nail polishes, the area around me was a little messy, they should probably clean up around their stations before taking customers. They are also a little on the expensive side, my gel pedicure was $55. I found the guy doing my mother's pedicure a little unprofessional as he blurted out to us that he does "brazilian waxes", because my mother's legs were hairy. Marie rush through the Pedicure so she can seat the two waiting customer. Once they get you in the chair you stuck while she working on someone else. Yelp! told me several salons were open but either they weren't - or, the one that was didn't have time to take me. I figured I'd try one more or go home and try to take the gel off myself... I parked at 4:30 pm figuring I'd just see if they could take off the gel since there wasn't time to give me a full pedi. But the sign on the door said they closed at 4:30 so I stated to walk away -- but the owner Lee saw me and smiled and waved me in. I said, "oh, it's okay, you are closing" and he said, "no, no, what do you need?" And I said, "can you just take the gel off my toes?" And he said, "is that all?" Again, awww! So I'm getting pampered and feeling better about the day. My toes look fantastic and Lee gave me a great massage including hot towels. They brought me water and a little piece of chocolate. .. and I feel relaxed and rejuvenated. Highly recommend. Will be back with my friends!
