This was really concerning to me bc she was using the nail drill and she grabbed a paper towel and started wiping my blood off my nails and then the nail drill. My immediate thought was what if this happened to someone else and they had a bloodborne disease- it's just unsanitary and it's good to maybe use a lower setting or be careful with these tools. Of course this wasn't intentional and she apologized and I'm assuming they knew to fully clean the drill after they were done with me. But I did like the end result of my nails but just this bleeding scenario really freaked me out . My daughter loves designs and nails alone $85 a pop with tip. Which I don't mind. However they have a women who sits up front and answers the phone...maybe a manager or something. Whenever we are there and one of the technicians asks her something she is snotty, rude, rolling her eyes (because she does not want to take them off the phone:/) I was trying to pay for my daughter and I. Since my daughter's nails were not finished yet this apparently was a big deal...lots of eye rolling, sighs, and blah blah blah.. This is not the first or second time I have seen her be rude and snotty to others while I was there. Today will be the last time. It is too bad. They have great nail techs. However, there little gatekeeper needs a major attitude adjustment. 5 stars for nails ------neg----stars for atmosphere. It cost nothing to be kind respectful to others. It does start to cost when you do not.

I originally wanted a deluxe pedicure and informed the man at the desk when he gave me a wait time but by the end of the pedicure, when I asked where the hot stone and extra massage was - she said it didn't come with the basic pedicure - which was disappointing. Also, the bottom of my feet didn't feel silky/smooth like I've had at other places - she barely used the pomace rock, even though I asked her to do more. Then I'm seated at the manicure station and ask her to do the same color in gel on my fingernails before we even start. She gets a bowl and puts my hand in got all of 30 seconds and begins cutting the cuticles and then does the same on the other side. By the end of the manicure, which took so long because she was moving very slowly but the work shows the lack of effort... it looks like my nails are already outgrown because of how she applied the polish. At this point, what was supposed to be a relaxing time turned into disappointment and frustration. They also answer the phone while they are doing your nails. I think that's rude. There is no designated person at the front. It's seems like they take turns answering the phone and cashing people out. My mani was next and started with a white soup bowl of warm water with a lemon and a rose petal. All of the techs seem to work fast, their shirts covered in nail dust and dead skin. After my mani pedi, I was asked to sit for 20-minutes at a table with a built-in fan for my finger and toenails to dry. They accept credit cards for the services but tips are cash only. They have their own ATM machine so no worries there.
