I always come here and get a full set. but this was my first time getting a full set with acrylic and when I tell you that I am so upset! my hands are white around the cuticles. It won't come off. The nails are very uneven and fat. read more

I've been going here for years and honestly it's out of convenience. I think after today I'm done. I got breakfast next door and then headed over. I walked in to get my brows waxed, which they are usually a 5/5 on waxing them, anyways, they opened at 10a I believe. I had to wait, granted it wasn't long, because the woman who does it wasn't there. When I get my nails done, meh. Nothing special. Shellac usually peels which is beyond frustrating so overall I think I'm officially done. read more

I would never go back here. We had a 9am appointment, and the people did not show up until 9:30am. They did not fix our cuticles and cut our nails on an angle. When we asked for them to fix them, the proceeded to call us liars and say we were wrong. I would not recommend this place to anyone. read more

I went to this nail salon because the one I usually go to was booked. They were friendly, but I am very unhappy with my manicure. I got home and it looked like there were bubbles under the polish. It looked really bad. I wasn't sure if it was because they added that liquid to thin the polish or what happened? I went back the next day and asked for them to fix it... I only waited for 10 minutes or so for them to help me. I figured they would take the polish off and start fresh, maybe even with a different color since it may be that specific polish. He didn't, and when I asked to do that he said no we will just paint over it with same color. So he did, and it looks the same as it does now that it has dried. I will not go there again. I appreciate them redoing it, but they should have started fresh. My mom was with me and she got a shellac manicure pedicure and I just had the regular manicure pedicure. They said mine was 36 (which seems normal) and hers was 56 (really? 20 dollars extra for shellac) just doesn't make sense. read more

I have given this place to Trice came in early so I can pick out my color half hour before my scheduled appointment is that me down right away very unfriendly staff and had to take my color out if she was filing my other hand which is almost impossible to do! I like to relax when I go to a nail salon! Everything was rush rush getting people in and out and making money there's no interacting with customers or friendliness I will never ever go back! the nails were very mid. they didn't know how to do the nails I wanted so I told them to just give me french tips like 3 times and the lady kept saying "just let me try this" so I was like okay fine and they were the most simple detail and she still messed them up and it was overpriced like bruh read more

I'm giving them 2 stars despite having my cuticles nicked and bleeding a bit, because my nails so look decent. Not sure how sanitary everything is, but the place looked outdated. From a germaphobic perspective, the filer and scrub they used on my foot were just dipped back into the same tub water for my pedicure to 'wash' for the next person and put back in their bin. The tubs were also not lined, which I thought they were supposed to be. Overall, I don't think I'll be coming back. read more

I love this place. I have been going here for years. Many women think that nail salons are all the same, and they will just stop at any one.... NOT ME. I really love the attention they pay to detail especially when using certain colors you have to be careful with like OPI "Mod About You". They are always great and very accommodating, yet never rush like other salons I have been to. One of my favorite colors is OPI "Passion" and they always it. Asked if they could do Ombré on my nails and they said "we'll try" after doing my toe nails they waited until i was getting my manicure to say they could only do ombré in shellac. I said ok do shellac and then they responded that they couldn't do ombré at all. Which if they had been honest to begin with I wouldn't have stayed. Then I asked if they could do French tips but in the color my toenails were. They said yes, after having to explain I no longer wanted shellac, they then proceeded to do French tips in white. I would never come back. They do not line their pedicure tubs and barely wash them. Praying I don't end up with a wart on my foot. read more

Be careful Ladies!!! I had been going to LeNails for a few years. On the door it indicates that they accept certain Credit Cards. When I first starting going to Le-Nails I used a Credit Card. They would always ask "Do you have Check?". They seemed to try hard to please the customer. So after a while I decided to write a check. They seemed to not like accepting Credit Cards. When I starting writing the check (Cindy) the Owner said "Make the Check out For Cash". At the time it seemed (Cindy) the Owner was giving me a good price for a Pedicure and waxing so I wrote the Check out for Cash. BIG MISTAKE !!! The next time I went in I had forgotten what she charged me. So I said "what do I owe you today"? The prices got more and more expensive every time I went in. She was adding in over 20% for herself. The last time I went there I was shocked at how much she wanted me to write a Check out for Cash for. As I was leaving I saw her put the Check I had written out for Cash in her Purse. I really think the reason she wanted me to write a Check out for Cash is so she did'nt have to claim it. I have'nt decided whether or not I am going to contact the IRS for (Cindy) @ Le Nails on Orchard Lake Road in Farmington Hills yet. read more
