I've just recently started to go to a nail salon for my feet, as an injury and years of foot problems has made it difficult for me to manage. Carpal surgery had me try a manicure also, and was just as good! Ladies, why have you been hiding this secret about pedicures??? Very clean place, with a chair always available even without an appointment! It's always funny being a guy walking in to a nail salon and seeing "the looks" The staff is very kind and tries very hard to understand and accommodate. Pay the extra for the longer foot massage, you won't be disappointed! read more

I see Thomas, if he is available he knows my nails and the length and the shape I like with out telling him. The manicures are amazing too. Everyone there at the salon is good and if Thomas isn't in then I don't mind seeing others. I have my hands in water most of the day with my job and ever no problem with color chipping, I do use shellac on my nails and toes, shellac is worth the money! read more

Nice people and it is clean. Everyone seems rushed. I had the Basic Pedicure and I am hoping it will last 4 weeks, but they did not clean the nail beds after applying oil/lotion, before applying the polish, so it may not. I will give them another try. read more

Honestly, worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon. I got an older man as a walk in and when I sat down to get a pedicure, he was already mad that I wasn't getting gel when I'm literally allergic to gel polish. He starts to do my pedicure and he drills on my cuticles so hard that my cuticle starts to bleed. I told him it's hurting and he doesn't even apologize. He just says OK and continues to dump my foot that is bleeding into hot water. He was super rough and didn't even file my toe nails which was included in the package I bought. I told him I wanted them filed and he said that my nails were already shaped enough when they literally weren't at all. I asked for French tip and he made my toes tip all look like different sizes. When he finally finishes my pedicure, it's time to move onto my manicure and he literally grabs a bowl and scoops out of the water from one of the pedicure bowls that is hot and makes me soak my hands in it. I told him I didn't want to because I thought that that was disgusting because people feet are a little bit in that water and he didn't care. He just skipped the fact that I thought it was gross to put my hands it and just continued going on with my Hands. My manicure results were actually the worst I've ever had even though I got one color. I would not recommend that guy or this place read more

I have only been here twice (when my usual place is closed) but haven't had much luck. I always get a pretty simple manicure/pedicure. My nails just looked totally sloppy both times. You can see the layers of nail polish where they didn't polish the whole nail completely with each layer. Had a hang nail the very next day. Toe polish was sloppy, uneven, messy. Next time my usual place is closed, I'll just wait because this was a waste of time and read more

I usually get a Brisa gel full-set and fill-ins with shellac polish and pedicures. (The heart-shape tip nails are acrylics though.). Relaxing vibe, calm and professional staff that isn't too talkative. I recommend this business. Nails last and don't lift or break or chip. I get lots of compliments. read more

When I arrived I immediately noticed a low vibe. Two guys were doing nails on a Friday. He told me to sit down even though I asked to see the dip colors. They don't have OPI dip (I asked) but a dip called DC and the colors were very limited. He filed my NATURAL nailbed with the electric file. I knew then I would never return. My normal spot is waaaaay better as they have the entire OPI dip including all the hello kitty stuff. In the end, he only did an okay job. He filed the dip down too much and when he applied some primer some of my cuticles stung from where they took too much skin with that hot electric file. $44 for 45 minutes of torture. The nerve of it all. read more

I'm very impressed with this spa ... Michelle does excellent work. She puts the lightest coat of gel on my natural nails to keep them nice and strong while still making them look natural. $65 with Shellac polish ... $50 for my pedi (shellac is $20 extra) so $70 total for pedi (that price is a tad extreme !! ) But overall ... I'm never disappointed read more

I've had a gel pedicure and a gel manicure twice now that the new owners have taken over and my experience has been excellent both times! They were able to copy nail designs I found online and wanted on my own nails. Pedicure was relaxing and the massage portion was fabulous! read more

DO NOT GO HERE Went here for an 11:30 appt and didn't get serviced until noon. One of our party of 3 ended up cancelling because she waited so long. My nail tech was literally blind. It took her 4 times to get my polish off because she couldn't see she missed parts. I had to ask 3 different times for her to file my nails because they were jagged and uneven every time she "finished" I had to ask for a 5th coat of polish because she couldn't see she missed half my ring finger nail I left so annoyed paying full price and my sister was with me and we got the same color polish and they literally look like different colors their polish was old or they switched labels. I had to choose my 3rd choice color because they didn't have the first two. But it wasn't even the same color I wanted My nails have chips everywhere and look so crappy. I am so mad I wish I turned around and said I am not paying for this. Massive waste of $70 read more

VIP nail salon has new owners and they are spectacular the young lady who did my nails is Michelle. She brings new ways of doing your nails from New York where she previously lived, all I can say is this is by all means the best manicure/fill have ever had! Can't wait to come back to get my holiday nails done definitely bringing my daughter along with me! read more

Another great manicure. 3 for 3 I have t been able to say that about many nail salons. Service is always consistent and reliable. All three times different nail techs so it's not just a "one person" thing! Seriously if you've been here before and didn't like it under the new management and new workers it's worth a revisit read more

Yeah, I hate to do this because I used to love this place but One worker can ruin a business and this person did. He was mean and rough. His paint job is just plain out crap. I love this place usually so it's sad to change my review. I paid 84 dollars to get my nails done and I simply hate them. I've got hang nails, polish of my old manicure showing. It's just disappointing. read more

I came here on a Friday morning and was seated immediately for a gel manicure (I believe the price was around $30). I didn't catch the name of my nail tech but he did a fantastic job. We had a bit of small talk and he was very pleasant. He was super diligent and my nails came out great. It has been a week now and they are still holding up flawlessly. Very happy with this nail salon! Edit: About 10 days in I got a super small chip on one finger. read more

This is my second visit since they changed ownership. It is also my second good visit. I opted for the 50$ pedicure and it was so worth it. It was truly worth it. I haven't had a pedicure for months and my feet were awful. I received one of the best pedicures that I have ever had. My manicure was just an old fashioned type and there was no trying to talk me into dip or gel. I do tons of gardening and I just needed my hands brought back to "normal" which is what I received. I will definitely return. read more

I cannot say enough good things about VIP! I tried this place, which is spotless, out tonight after being disappointed by my previous nail salon, and I am so glad that I did! Kylie is so sweet, friendly, and polite! They have a really nice selection of dipping powder colors! Although it is not an extensive collection, you'll definitely find whatever color you are looking for. I personally prefer this to the overwhelming selection of colors (who needs 4 shades of blue sparkles to choose from?!) some places have. My dipping powder (SNS) manicure looks AMAZING! She and the rest of the staff clearly take pride in what they do. Definitely my new salon! read more

100% recommend coming here to get your nails done. Hanah did my nails and she was so efficient and fast but also detailed and careful.

*** New review: New owners took over last May 2019. While kind & service oriented the quality of the manicure and pedicure is not what it was before. They are hard sell, constantly pushing more services. I just want to get a pedicure & relax. I don't want to hear political views, religious views or discuss my personal life. I just want a relaxing pedicure. So now I'm on the hunt...again.. for a new place. read more

Walked right in and was helped immediately. very nice and love my nails! outstanding job

They cut my 6yo daughter's foot, used towels that were way too hot, and didn't listen when she told them it hurt. When I lifted her out of the chair and told them to stop, the woman grabbed my daughter's hand and tried to finish the manicure. I had to actually raise my voice and say "Stop means stop." The manager came over, looked at the cut, apologized and charged "only $20" for her disaster of an experience. This was after starting 30 minutes late despite our "reservation." Beware! read more

I do not like to to leave bad reviews, however, I do not want any other person to go through this. I needed to have my dip polish taken off. This was my first time at the salon and they used the electric nail drill to get some polish off. I mentioned several times that I have thinner nails and they are sensitive. During the process, I jerked my hand back (reaction) because it hurt so much. I am new to the electric drill and thought to trust the process. I should have stopped and left. They ended up taking some of my natural nail off. They are discolored, extremely sensitive and even more flexible than before. It hurts my nails now to run them under warm water to wash my hands. I will never go back. read more

I've been to this nail salon a few times and each time i'm more disappointed than the last. The process was rushed and painful. They always fall off within 3-4 days of me having them. -I made an appointment for 5:00 and got there early. ended up waiting until 6:30 to even be spoken to -The man who was doing my nails cut me repeatedly with the file and with the drill thing. hurts so bad. -My nails fell off within 3 days of having them. and it's not like i'm even doing anything crazy, i literally just play video games all day. -all of the nails were different lengths and shapes and lots were crooked. -He didn't clean up my nails before putting the acrylics on, really wanted my cuticles cleaned up. -I asked for matte and he ignored it -All he did was stick the acrylics on my nails without any prep at all. read more

I am up dating my review as this salon has changed owners at least once or twice since my original review. I'm consistently disappointed with my nails. I get acrylics, and I'm not hard on my nails & often go 3 weeks sometimes 4 between fills. Now they're falling apart in less than a week. And the last time I went, I left with 7 sore fingers where the file nicked me. I also believe that not everyone there is licensed as I have seen someone being trained. There are much better nail salons in the area. I would try one of those. I can say that the place still seems clean & the staff is still mostly friendly. I love this place so much. I've been coming here for almost 2 years. Always great service, friendly staff. Clean! Very clean. read more

This place is ok for pedicures, but they used to be better. I've tried them time and time again for manicures, always taking a chance and always disappointed... today's manicure felt like an assault on my nail beds and cuticles. Kept grinding too close to my nail-beds when removing my polish, over and over again even though I kept flinching and telling him it was painful. Left with bleeding cuticles and ten hours later my nails and cuticles are still tender. I won't go here again, if that wasn't already obvious. read more

This salon is amazing. They are very accommodating, I was able to call and be seen all within 15 mins. They are all so friendly and very nice about the fact I brought my 2-month-old with me to get my nails done. I have been here a few times before and they are always amazing. I highly recommend them and I'm not just saying that for the discount offered for a good review. I was very impressed when I walked in and saw how clean and open the salon was. I was happy with my pedicure until they started scrubbing so hard that I had to ask them to stop. They scrubbed so hard that I left the store with visible scratches on my feet. My pedicure went well but they never once had me wash my hands, which I have never not done during a manicure. I called before hand to ask for prices and they told me It would be $68 for a shellac mani pedi. When I went to pay they told me It would be $80. I proceeded to tell them I spoke to someone on the phone and they gave me a different price, they didn't care. I would have no problem paying $80 for a quality mani pedi but I don't feel as if this mani pedi was worth $80. I will attach pictures of the bottom of my feet and my mani (taken right when i got home) read more

I've been going to this nail salon since it opened awhile back and they were amazing! But I went in a few weeks ago, and didn't recognize any of the nail techs there. Come to find out the previous owner sold the business. I'm so upset! I really, really loved the old owner. Does anyone know where he went? Also the new staff does a decent job, but not as good compared to the previous. I always get long nails (like I'm talking Cardi B, Khloe Kardashian, Kylie Jenner, Rhianna type of long) and the last time I went in there to get a full set a bunch of the other nail techs kept coming around and staring at my nails while I was getting them done. I mean at least three of them came over, and each of them returned like twice to stare. Anyways, it made me feel kind of uncomfortable like they felt that the length that I was getting was too long. I'm just saying I don't want to feel weird or like I'm being stared at while I'm trying to relax and treat myself. read more

Best shellac manicure I've ever gotten, however the second worst full set.
