The absolute worst experience I've ever had! A quick walk-in hoping for a cute pedi and unfortunately it became a nightmare. "He" (can't remember his name) cut my toe and pretended nothing happened! I had to tell him it hurt & show him to get him to acknowledge. When he was done I was dumbfounded and told him "no, not acceptable"... he said 0k, he would fix. Still unacceptable as you will see in my first picture. Third attempt to "fix" and the polish was all over my nail beds!!! I was shocked, I even said "are you kidding me"! I stayed I wanted to go home and started to get up, when finally an associate came over and started the pedi over, all the while he watched and she talked. It's fine but I wouldn't come back. For wait times, I scheduled an appointment a day before with no problems. When I arrive, three people ahead of me waiting in the lobby. Plenty of staff working, but there were two people sitting on the pedicure chairs I assume waiting on help. I suggest the place prioritize staff to accommodate appointments! Anyway, to My nail color, regular nail polish on toenails, has lasted about 2 weeks on my toes when they usually last at least a month on my toes when I do them myself (I don't know, that's just how my toes nails work!) Decent inside, not modern by any means but it is quite spacious and I have never seen as many back massagers for those getting pedicures. This place has to have at least 20 of those chairs! It could use another tv so that people who are drying their hands and feet could drift their eyes to. Last off, the pedicure chairs might be plenty but they seem to be on the older side and some buttons don't work (or at least my chair had issues). The owners should look into set appointments and updating their chairs. Price wise, my experience was not worth it so I will not come back but it's a standard nail salon. Had my nails done here for my wedding, along with my bridesmaids. All in all they did a beautiful job - there was a slight miscommunication as my mom had chosen the same color, and since it wasn't on the wall, my nail technician seemed to think it was all gone and offered me an alternative color. Once my nails were done, and I realized that my mom (and also my bridesmaids) all had the color I wanted but I did not, I got a bit emotional (just that type of person) - I believe his name was John, immediately noticed and assured me that he would fix it right away. He was able to do a color change on my dip nail set while maintaining the beautiful shape he had already created (had tips added). It's over a week later now and they are still in beautiful condition, I suspect they will last at least another week or two. Also had pedicures earlier in the week, which also had excellent service! If you are looking for mediocre, then this is your place. I needed an emergency mani/pedi because my regular place was closed, but the lack of attention to detail is concerning. Pedicure is supposed to be relaxing, well...it took all of 20 minutes. I'm not even sure my feet got wet! The gentleman doing my pedicure didn't do anything I asked him to. Please shape, can you remove the skin between my nail and side of my toes because it hurts, NOPE! He motioned my legs up and it literally took 1 minute and 45 seconds and he was done with the "massage". NOT a spa or relaxing feel at all! I might as well have stayed at home and done this myself! Shellac manicure- I had to ask several times for him to full cover my whole nail with polish. At the end, he slipped on some kind of oil and it was literally dripping from my fingers and says $58 dollars. I looked at him like, ummmm what the hell am I supposed to do now, so I got up and went to the bathroom and washed my hands, paid and left. I will not return! read more

I trust this place with my pedicures. I like to come on a random day, early to make sure I'm in and out. Came on a Tuesday and was seated right away but I had to wait for more staff to show up. Not a problem. The woman, whom I assume runs the place, started on my feet because she didn't want me to wait too long. I appreciate that they sanitize all of their tools and use a bag in the pedicure bowl. They do pretty good work on feet. read more

I had an appointment along with three of my girlfriends for a shellac manicure. We waited for over a half hour until we finally asked what was going on. The man up front told us it would be another 10 minutes (so at that point we were waiting for over 40 minutes). We were not told to go and sit down for another 15 minutes after that conversation. We went to the back and only two out of four of us were taken care of. After another 20 minutes I decided to just leave because I had class that night. My last friend to be seen did not get done with her manicure until 8pm. 2 and a half hours after the scheduled appointment. I felt extremely uncomfortable the entire time. I will not be returning. I'm reviewing after only one visit because they need a review on the books! Spacious, clean shop. 18 new pedicure chairs with recline and massage, plus two kid-sized stations. 8 manicure stations. They have a good amount of polish to choose from, and the OPI bottles look real. They opened a new packet of tools for me, and I overheard the man performing the pedicure next to me tell his client that they do this every time. Any major tools they do reuse go in a special cleaning apparatus (this woman next to me knew her stuff and grilled the pedicurist good!). My $40 Deluxe Pedicure included some serious foot and calf massage, hot stone massage, a great smelling scrub and at least 2 different smelling massage gels. My guy (there were 3 guys there when I arrived for my appointment, and a woman showed up later for manis) took his time and made sure my feet looked and felt sleek and sexy. They take appointments (which I always recommend) and walk-ins. Parking is plentiful in the strip mall shared lot. They accept credit cards for services but you need to pay your tip in cash. 1.5 weeks in and my feet still look and feel great. I will return. If I have a similar experience, I'm upping then to 5 stars. read more

I would not recommend this salon to anyone. Poor quality work. Female tech who did a pedicure argued with me because I didn't want shellac on my toes. Male tech who did my "manicure" was rough, did poor work and laughed at me when I asked him to reshape a nail (because it was lopsided- he said I was being picky and I could reshape them myself when I am home). He didn't actually do a manicure- he only painted my nails. When I asked him why he didn't do the cuticles he said because I didn't ask for a manicure??? Been here a few times and I think I am moving on to the next place. I moved to the area 7 months ago and am still finding the nail salon that can be my go-to place. If you are in a rush, this may be a place for you. They got speed. In general, they got me in and out there in about 30 mins (with appointment), faster than anywhere I have been to in the past. They also have a large selection of colors....nerve been to a place with 7 different shades of yellow to choose from. The quality is what I didn't like about this place. I usually go for a refill and shellac. I called to make an appointment, and the gentleman on the phone made it seem like it was absurd that I was even calling. I went in and got my pedi had to wait an hour after my pedi to get my manicure done, and the male nail tech cut my cuticles so deep they bleed the whole time. I gave this place two shots and I am very unhappy with my manicure and pedicure. My nails are all uneven and they look worse than when I went in. To add insult to injury the two nail techs working my nails both commented about the neutral nail color like it wasn't going to look g I don't know who is licensed, and what materials are really being cleaned. Friendly staff. Disappointing quality on a full set. Pedi was great. I had a full set. The gentlemen doing my nails did not apply enough glue to my actual nail so within a day, two of my nails fell off. I went back in and they took care of the nails that fell off. I knew it was the glue because they did not hurt when they were ripped off and it only ripped off at the tip of my finger nail. Two weeks in, I just had another ANOTHER nail fall off while typing!! I get full sets all the time and I have NEVER had nails fall off so easily. I knew I should have waited for my normal nail salon to reopen after they closed for water pipe break. **PLEASE READ** I have been seeing the same nail tech for years. However, his shop isn't open on Sundays and therefore came here on a Sunday morning with my mother. I called at 11:00 o'clock to make an appointment for 11:30. When we got there at 11:20, we were told to pick our colors. It was 11:50 and I told my mother that if we weren't seated by 12, we'd leave and never return as we scheduled an appointment prior to coming in and clearly it wasn't getting honored! At 11:55, we were told to sit on the pedi chairs. I told myself that it wasn't a big deal, it was my day off and I was here to relax. My nail tech (didn't get his name, but he's short and wears eye glasses) sat down and started drilling and scraping my toe nail to take my shellac off with the tool that is used to scrape and even out acrylic nails. I should have said something right then and there, however he proceeded drilling my REAL toe nail. When he was done with my right foot, I realized something off. I could notice hot pink and reddish hues on my toe. I touched my big toe nail and realized that he had created a dent due to drilling so hard. A DENT. My beautiful, long toe nails now had a dent. I had asked him what it was, he continued to ignore me and thought absolutely nothing of it. He proceeded to clip my long, beautiful nails unevenly. I was just in disbelief. I wanted out and completely regretted staying and waiting for as long as I did. After, he picked up the driller to start on my other foot and the driller fell and almost cut my skin because of how unstable this man's grip was. I stopped him right then and there and asked for another nail tech. This was my second visit here and so I had asked for the nail tech that I saw the first time. He, himself, took a look at my toenails and almost called the owner over, however, this all unfolded in front of the owner because he was on the chair right next to us, taking care of his own client. Not only am I upset, but this entire experience made me cry when I arrived home. What was supposed to be a relaxing Sunday with my mother turned into something horrifying (no joke, I would have lost my toe nail had I not stopped him when I did.) I ended up paying $111 total for 2 shellac manicures and pedicures. I get my nails done every two weeks, so this was nothing to me. However, I am now in fear that my toe nail will never be the same & I'll possibly get an infection as that's how close the driller was to the skin underneath the base or top layer of my toenail. I would have made this a huge issue in person, however, I didn't realize the dent until I came home. The dent was especially noticeable with nail polish on. Additionally, I ended up taking the nail polish off and closely examined it. Not only do I see these skinish looking hues on the side, but everywhere that he started drilling to take the old shellac polish off. I have begun to take care of this and am waiting to see what happens with the toenail itself. All I know is, I will never return. This could have gone so much worse and I'm just grateful that I still have a toenail. The one star is for Henry, himself. He took care of me and listened to my concerns unlike the owner. I felt safe in his hands. Other than that, this place just lost my business & potentially someone else's. read more

Brand new nail salon about a month old, it sits next to Stan's Market. At first glance, it doesn't look too special from the outside, but once you walk in, the place is open and huge. I am very peculiar with nail salons. I've been to places where only pedis or only the manis are good, however, Alpha Spa Nails did an AMAZING job with both! I got a mani shellac and a pedicure for about $52 with Tommy. He did soooo good. My pedicure was divine, the massage chairs were new and massaged even your arms. Tommy did really good in cleaning up my nails & painting them. My favorite part was the massage. He did a scrub, a leg and foot massage with stress relief massage oil, and even hot stones. My mani shellac was just as good, perfectly shaped even for my short nails and a relaxing hand massage after. I would definitely recommend this place & to try out Tommy, he was awesome!! read more

This was our first visit to Alpha Spa Nails! They were clean, use organic lotions, and the friendliest people!!! The hot rock massage may be one of the best parts of their standard pedicure. Prices were reasonable (not posted so I was nervous). $90 for my 11 yr old daughter and me to get mani-pedis (I got the Gelish polish). I've came here for a pedicure and it was great, however I just tried to get my nails dipped for the first time here and it was a terrible experience. I had dip on my nails already and instead of them soaking them off they stuck a tool between my nail and the dip and popped them off which in turn torn the top layer of my nail. I questioned why they did it this way and then they stopped and started soaking them off, but the damage was already done. It only got worse from here...I left with some nails crooked, cuticles cut, and the top layer not shiny or smooth in some areas! I will definitely not be back! The first few times I was here, my nail tech (Gina) was awesome. She was very personable and gave me the best shellac manicures I have ever had! I thought, finally I found someone I could go back to again and again. But my happiness was short lived as the last time I visited I was told Gina was no longer with the company. The new nail tech was very rude, took forever and did a mediocre job (with some imperfections and polish not covering the whole width of the nail on a few fingers). So back to searching for another place, as this is not worth the $30 they charge. read more
