2 minutes ago NEW Horrible services, I got tips and dip powder and after a few days they start popping off, no pain when they pop off almost like press on nails. I go back to get the nail fixed and the next day 2 more nails popped off. My hair gets stuck underneath the nails when I run my fingers through my hair because the nails are starting to lift after not even getting them done a week ago. I have never in my life had acrylic nails just pop off. I went back in to get them fix and now she is asking me to make an appointment to get them fixed. I've now gone there 3 times, and I honestly can't justify going back for any reason given my options of nail salons within a 3 mile radius. My first experience, as I had originally posted, was pretty good. I loved that she has the Cat Eye polish, which I haven't seen anywhere else yet. Here are my other 2 experiences. 2nd visit - I liked the Cat Eye so much I wanted to get that on my hands ONLY and pick a matching regular polish color for the Deluxe pedicure. Somewhere along the way, she said everything should match so I'll do it for you mumbling in English that I couldn't understand. Before I knew it, I had Cat Eye shellac on my fingers and toes and happily charged me about $100 for it. And of course, the tools she used was just laying around (not coming out of the vat of Barbicide or individual packs or anything like that), more than likely having been used on someone else. I'm surprised I didn't get an infection. 3rd visit - Not a fat chance I would ever get a pedicure again. Thinking since I was only needing a shellac polish change that she doesn't need to get any of her yucky tools near me. I don't think it was intentional, but the quality of work was sloppy with the uneven coloring (spots that weren't covered). The cherry on top of this trip was that since some of the top coat went beyond my nail on the side so she was trying to cut it off with the cuticle trimmer, taking off the corner of my nail and a chunk of my skin (I was bleeding). Can you imagine someone who is suppose to service you, do this? The nail tech Lee ripped reinforcement tape that overlapped onto my skin. After digging her nail into the crease of my nail, she tried to rip the tape off instead of clipping it off. It started to bleed a lot and not one time did she apologize. On my first visit she ate me up (overboard) but whenever I returned for a nail visit afterwards, about every 2 weeks she was indifferent. I was a very patient customer and waited consistently to be served because they only have 3 techs. I thought I found a place where I would be happy but not so. She even cut off my real nail without asking me first, that it took weeks to grow, again no apology and borderline rude. I'm very disappointed of how I was treated as an older woman. I got a pedicure and shellac nails and was nothing short of disappointed. The owner did terrible painting my nails. The first day I did regular Polish and returned the next day to have them repainted with shellac. She did three coats because her paint job was awful and needed to cover it. This causes them to never fully dry and me having to return because the polish smudged so bad. She charges me $25 to repaint them with shellac literally one day after having them done. On top of the $30 the day before. Yet she is old me hel would've only been 45$ the day before when I got my fill in. So I ended up paying $55 for my fill. My sisters and I went all around Canton trying to find a nail salon that wasn't busy yesterday, and ended up coming here around 5:30 when they close at 7. We first got pedicures, and the woman doing mine really took her time and did an awesome job; same with the people who did my sisters' toes. They didn't realize me and one of my sisters still wanted to get acrylics, and they had another customer with an appointment, but the man doing my nails, stayed late to finish mine, and the owner, Li, stayed till 9pm. They didn't rush and we were cracking jokes with them the whole time. They were so sweet and clearly hard workers who genuinely care about their customers satisfaction. I'm going to be honest, I have been going to my nail salon for quite some time now and I like them, but as far as their nails go and their designs I think they are a little out dated. So tonight because I wanted my nails to look pretty for the upcoming holiday I decided to see what else was out there and saw the great reviews on this place and decided to give it a try. The place is like a normal nail shop, nothing to go crazy over on the inside and in a strip mall, but off the bat I noticed that they seemed to have the polishes that are considered "trendy," right now and had many colors to chose from. I went in knowing what color I wanted and I was so happy they had it! The man that did my nails was very nice and literally did exactly what I showed him I wanted. To add to it I was very happy that he didn't drill my nails before applying the shellac like my usual place does. I was a frequent customer when I had acrylics. I had been fed up with these people and my nails. That was at least 6 months ago. I returned 2 weeks ago for shellac. Whoever the lady was that did them, did an amazing job. I wasn't happy with the French pedicure. The white was too thick, and oddly started coming off within a week of me getting it done. Today, I went for a shellac FILL IN, had someone remove the polish with a tool that probably shouldn't be used on my normal fingernails, though he did try to be gentle. Then I got bounced around to someone else after waiting forever, who used unclean tools (watched him literally grab them off his neighboring station after she had just borrowed them). I was so horrified I didn't even say anything, just prayed I don't end up with an infection. I'm not happy with how the polish looks, and then he had the nerve to charge me $30.50 rather than the normal $25.50 for a shellac fill in. I said, I didn't ask for a manicure and I didn't get one. He repeated the (wrong) price. After working all day, i was not happy leaving so frustrated. I threw him a $5 tip and promised I'll never go back. Looking back, he didn't even deserve the $5 tip I left. Going based solely off assumption, they make fun of their customers in their language, charge for things they did not do, and have a terrible habit of treating walk-ins with, "can you come back?" Just tonight I watched them lose at least a handful of customers. I was so disappointed and I WILL NOT BE BACK! 10/10 DO NOT recommend. I really liked the place when the new owner originally took over. But their ethics are questionable, and their lack of cleanliness with the manicure tools are absolutely disgusting. read more

This is my new favorite nail salon. There's a huge selection of colors and the staff is friendly. I went in and got a gel pedicure and the pedicure chairs are massage chairs so that's always nice. I also got acrylic nails for the first time and the nail tech really took the time to make sure he got the almond shape right. They got issues is what I called my sister and said after I left. The massage chairs don't work. And the shop was dated and was not very clean. I was not happy with my pedicure. As a pregnant woman who hasn't seen her feet in sometime. I will admit, I have neglected my regular routine of scrubbing dead skin off. I was hoping a good pedicure would push me in the right direction. After specifically mentioning how dry my feet were and the need to remove dead skin, the technician seemed pretty confident she could do the job. We even laughed about how good she was at her job, ok. Go to work! She let them soak, scrubbed, used a mask and hot towel. However when she went to paint my feet were still dry. She indicated oil would do the trick. After a pretty good shellac manicure I looked down and my dry feet. They looked like a man trapped in the Sahara desert crying out for water, oil or something. At that point I was done, I pledged to never return and work on them when I got home. As I went to pay I was told by the man ringing me out I owed $55 and a tip. He said you must leave a tip. Hmm , I always tip, but not today sir, no not today. I mean a waiter dropped a friends birthday cake I had brought into the restaurant and I still tipped him. Right on her shoes too, smh. read more

When I got there at 5pm I was the only customer there. They continued to fiddle with the foot spa and eventually had me put my feet in. They still had issues and had me take my feet out and they were covered in a blue gel which was very gross. When the walked me over to the manicure table there was shavings if god knows what everywhere. Now 3 days later my gel manicure is peeling. I will not return to this salon. Update: The day after one of my toes was hurting. It has now been a week and I took a closer look at my toe. I barely touched it and pus oozed out. I remember thinking the salon wasn't very clean and I should've listen to my gut. Now I have no nail polish on my nails and a heavily infected toe read more

Please do not spend your money here. Just yesterday I went and got a shellac manicure and pedicure here for $80. While getting my pedicure the woman kept trying to cut around my toe, digging into the side of my toe with the cuticle trimmer. So much that it hurt!!! I kept jumping back and expressing that it hurt but she just continued digging. Then when it was time for my feet to get the dead skin removed she very roughly and with what appeared to be poorly sanitized tools scraped my foot leaving a painful scratch on the heel of my foot. My toe nails were cut way too short, not by request. My shellac manicure came out beautiful but the whole time I was receiving my service the nail tech kept sighing and huffing and puffing. I wish I could give this zero stars!! I would never recommend this place to anyone ever again! NEVER go see Ricky!! He told me to come back for a fill for $30.00 for my baby's gender reveal that is this coming Saturday. We began and he pulled ALL of my nails off without asking, I showed him pictures of what I was looking for. Pink, blue, and one white nail with a little baby footprint on the white. He first told me he couldn't cut my nails as short as I wanted them (which he could, so they are too long) then he wanted to pain my footprint black when I never mentioned the color. He then began to tell me I wanted a monkey foot print; "like those N*****s" he continually dropped this N word referring to them as "monkeys". He did 1 footprint once and it was wayy too high up on my cuticle, so I asked if he could lower it and he huffed and puffed and told me no, be tried it anyways. The second time he only gave me 4 toes with them being big blobs of paint. He asked if I liked it, and I told him politely no, there are only 4 toes, he said he knew that. He then proceeded to take the toe off my nail and said he "was done, that he was not going to give me what I wanted. I tried twice and you don't like it so I am done. I'm not doing it for you" and began to put the top coat on. I asked if he could do a question mark; and again he told me "no, I can't. I don't know how!" I said: "you don't know how to draw a question mark!?" He said "no, im not doing anything else for you. We are done" he then charged me 45.50 (which was not correct because he gave me a price; and voluntarily took all my nails off and put on a whole new set). I definitely DO NOT RECCOMEND this nail shop! I was in Canton for the day, and just decided to get a 25 minute shellac (every nail salon I've frequented takes around that time for just polish.) So I thought no big deal, I'll be in and out. Upon walking in , I asked the lady about the difference in shellac and dip powder, she basically pressured me into dip powder. I made sure to ask if it took longer to do than the shellac because I'm extremely busy with my job and family, that I cannot afford to spend more time in the nail salon. She assured me that it was the same amount of time as shellac, but lasts longer as well as cost more. The experience was extremely uncomfortable with my nail tech speaking in his language while servicing me, he didn't even speak to me. The icing on the cake is that I was there over an hour an 20 minutes getting my nails done!! I was extremely angry because I specifically asked about timing, and she lied! To finish off the experience, the nails are THE WORST I've had yet! They are extremely THICK and clunky!!! They are not even shaped, and look like a child did them! Really disappointed by the reception i received tonight. I've spent my money at this salon many times before and was relatively satisfied with the services. Today i went in at 7:05pm and was told, very harshly, that they were closed. The posted times shows hours until 8pm. I can respect people wanting to get off work early, that is your prerogative. I refuse to spend my money with rude people. There are far too many options for salons for you to speak to people with such nastiness. I am currently at a lovely salon down the street. Everyone is very friendly and takes their time to make sure you leave satisfied. Shellac/gel manicure are worth the price, they last AT LEAST 2 weeks but I can go 3+ weeks before my next manicure. Any chipping/damage before that, they are always happy to fix. Deluxe pedicures is my favorite way to relax. The three sea salt scrubs not only smell great but also soothes my dry skin by exfoliating them! Plus, you get an additional 15 minute massage that helps me release any tension from stress.
