Upon entering, you start in their little gift shop area - they have tons of really cute things. I was greeted warmly as soon as I came in, and I helped myself to the delicious spa water in the waiting area. My tech came and got me within 10 minutes. I just had a pedicure, but I really enjoy the whole spa vibe. My nail tech was very friendly and did a good job. No spa jets in the pedi bowls; good. The owner, Manal, was very kind. She washed my hair throughly with shampoo and conditioner, removed any damaged hair pieces, and recommended a short bob cut to provide the look of volume to my hair.
