Tons of parking. Everyone is friendly. Have never had to wait too long. They have massage chairs, tv is usually family feud. They do a great job and prices are very affordable. read more

Had a pedicure with them this past Saturday. Got an infection and had to go to urgent care. even after calling them. They said they will pay not to worry. When I got there today and showed them by Bill from Urgent care, plus, medication, they tell me to come back tonight to give half the money and they will pay the other half in two weeks. The bill and pedicure with the pedicure came to $100.48. I'm sharing this because now they say, when you get a pedicure you have to be open to infections, plus, not comfortable coming back tonight to them and I will be refusing the installment payment plan. read more

I hate to rate so low... the only reason I gave this place 3 stars and not 2 is the rest of the group was super happy! Yes we did start on time, yes salon was clean, so on.. & so on.. Ive only had my nails done TWICE in my life.. (keep that in mind) I seen a computer printed sign $35 mani pedi taped on the window.. & I said okay I want you to paint my toes this light purple and I want my finger nails purple w/ white tops. Not rocket science right..? Okay toes turned out Great!! Nails... whole different story! Hardly anyone there could understand (huge problem) I probably said about 4 times I Cant have glue on nails because I work TWO Jobs 6 out of 7 days a week most of the time. I feel like I stressed that soo heavily! So after she did idk how many different top coats to my nail she kept doing different things (again idk bc I've gotten my nails done twice) we ended up not with fake nails But with Clear nails and weird almost skin color purple tops.. clearly not at all what I said.. everyone else got clear nail white top which is french some got fake nails some didn't so I guess it makes sense now why she thought thats what I wanted.. after sitting there awhile I decided I didn't like it.. so I told her again what I wanted. She was super apologetic and tried to fix it.. except she just couldn't wrap her hear around PURPLE NAIL, WHITE TOP We finally settled on just solid purple.. It didn't match my toes AT ALL It was several shades darker, she kept telling me its the Same color! Well its Not.. when she was done with my solid purple nails they were all lumpy and weird so again Im sitting there like ..oh man..... I also got my eyebrows done..$8 So we all go to check out and leave... $65....!!! I pointed to the sign $35 pani medi She never explained why that was Not my price........ we all left. I ended up going somewhere else to get the white painted at the top.. they ended up telling me I have gel nails... ..i have to go PAY MORE to get them removed and soaked off..... Or do it at home.. So i ran to the store and had to google how to get them off.. I literally kept saying over and over JUST PAINT MY NAILS ONLY PAINT I HAVE TO TAKE THEM OFF TWO DAYS AFTER THE WEDDING Welp.... ok They got the no fake or glue on nails part.. But NO one told me what gel was or that its different or w/e until I went to Another nail salon.. even then it wasn't that clear.. now that I went to sallys beauty supply.... now I understand that i was tricked into a more expensive nail That doesn't come off easily No wonder she was doing soooo many things to my nails!!! None of it made sense. If you go here please communicate VERY VERY clear Be sure you know everything there is to know about nails so you know what you are getting. Attentive. Courteous. Great Experience. Very Satisfied. I have to say, I was skeptical of coming to this location just because of the bad reviews. I thought, "Oh no, I better check out another place". I did try to go to another nail salon that was about 1 mile away, but they were completely booked. Since I didn't want to travel too far, I decided to give this place a chance, and I'm very glad I did. I walked in, and was immediately attended. The place was clean, and was serving 2 people. I came in for Acrylic nails and eyebrow wax. I'm very very picky when it comes to nails, because usually technicians will go really fast and make my nails burn/hurt, or they'll hurt hurt me with their file, but I had a very pleasant experience. KIM was the lady that helped me, and she took her time shaping my nails and making sure that throughout the process I was happy with everything. Least to say, when she was done with my nails, I was in love with them. Then the eyebrow waxing. I noticed that their station was very clean, and I let Kim know that all I wanted was to get them cleaned, not shaped. She did exactly that, and her way of waxing was clean and quick. I could tell she was experienced because she did everything so smoothly, i was in and out. Overall, I have to say that Kim was amazing. I will make this my to go place, and if Kim is available I will even wait for her. read more

Even though the prices were different on the wall than what we're being told to me by the owner. They were a fast nail salon. So if you're a patient person and doesn't mind being lied to but are in a rush I would just check this place out because they do a decent job in a short amount of time! read more

Great pedi experiences here on multiple occasions (4-5 visits and counting). Very relaxing. It's a very clean place, and have never had to wait for more than 10 mins on a walk-in basis. Very friendly staff and have always been treated very warmly. read more

I've been coming here since i moved here 7yrs ago. I grow my own nails and the owner Lily does a fantastic job taking care of my nails and making sure they are clean and growing properly. Shes very attentive and gives you exactly what you want and how you want. I let her try different designs on my nails and she always free style which is very awesome as most salons use airbrush which is so boring. To top it off shes attentive,stylish and listens well. Will definitely keep coming here!!! read more

Aug 2015 update: This place has really gone down hill, so much so that I wont be returning. This place is great. They give the best (hands down) pedicure's around. They are always clean, friendly and thorough. It's the kind of place where they don't rush or cut corners. Most of the staff is super friendly and warm, another reason to make you want to come back. In addition, the lady who does eye brows does and excellent job. Really detailed and relaxing! My whole family has been going here for years, would definitely recommend. read more

I had a fantastic experience. These ladies let me/us in later than I expected ~ bonus. Listened to what I wanted, asked " is this ok?" throughout the process. As I watched her technique, it occured to me that she was an artist at work. I mentioned this. She nodded her head in agreement but no pride. I might have ended up saying this a half dozen times, lol. I happened to have had an efficient, lovely, high end job. Just what I asked for, reassurance when I questioned, and such steady handiwork. Shop seems thrown together. Not very shabby. Tech did an awful job on my nails. She rushed through laying my acrylic and filing my nails. When she was done multiple nails were lumpy and awfully shaped. I asked her to fix it and she tried but blamed it that I had colored powder acrylic under the acrylic she laid which made it bulky. She kept asking me did I like my nails and if I was sure because she knew she did an awful job. I just said yea because I was scared to ask her to fix them more because Of the further nightmare she would have created. I'm so embarrassed at the way my nails look. Horrible customer service ! The "manager" Sonny is always extremely rude to customers for no reason. I've been going there for a while because I liked a nail tech there however I stop going due to the way the manager speaks to people. He talks to customers as if there isn't a million nail shops in the area. Take your money some where that the appreciate the customers business! read more

I have been going here now for a year since I have discovered them. Since they have had new employees and new reconditioned chairs and products and very upkept stations I find that They are very sweet and always happy to serve. I brought my 5 year old son in with me and they were happy to see him as much as me. They give such warm family feeling and friendly service and the quality of work is nothing less than great! Avoid this place. Stopped here for the convenience of location. Inexperienced nail tech was so rough that one of my fingers started bleeding. On top of that she had to start over 3 times because she kept messing up. They're friendly, I'll give them that but, they're also overpriced for a sloppy job and they don't accept credit cards, and unapologetic for wasted time. I've done my nails better than this place has. Save yourself the time and money. Never going there again. read more
