I like a good massage, but she was so rough with my calfs and shins that I am surprised I didn't have bruises! The worst part was when I took my nail polish off 4 weeks later (yes, it lasted that long!) I discovered an infection of sorts. The top 1/3-1/2 of my nail was white and no longer attached to the nail bed below it. YIKES!!! It has been well over a year since my last pedicure, and nothing else has changed. I can't pin it on them 100%...but I'm pretty sure they caused it. I will not return. Bummer. They are close and reasonably priced. *sigh*

This was really concerning to me bc she was using the nail drill and she grabbed a paper towel and started wiping my blood off my nails and then the nail drill. My immediate thought was what if this happened to someone else and they had a bloodborne disease- it's just unsanitary and it's good to maybe use a lower setting or be careful with these tools. I love it that you can book appts on line and then don't take walk ins so the wait time with an appt is normally right on time. I will add though then i broke a nail Nancy told me to come in that same day - worked me in so i would not walk around the remainder of the week until my regular scheduled appt date with a torn nail.
