I'm a very small person, and have frequently left a massage feeling about the same because it seems that many massage therapists are afraid to put a lot of pressure given my size, regardless of the fact I've told them to dig deep. The 2nd to the last time she cut off a bit more than a micro trim let's say an inch... when I went in this past Thursday, I asked that she give me very long layers, my hair was down to my waist- I have no idea what she heard or thought but in the end she cut off 4 inches and then layered- totally ruining my hair- now I have to let it grow out so it can be fixed- it's very choppy, long pieces of hair here and there and she charged me 50$, what a joke- she is definitely off her game. Jessica was very warm and friendly, offered some suggestions on the look I was trying to accomplish and the end result was simply amazing.
