I ordered an Apple Cider Original Glazed dozen along with a regular Original Glazed dozen. After waiting all that time for an order they apparently didn't look at until I arrived, I got to the office and discovered they hadn't even given me what I ordered. Instead of the Apple Cider dozen, they gave me TWO regular Original Glazed dozens. Mistakes happen. But when the store is empty, the pickup order hasn't been started 20 minutes after it was placed, you make the customer wait another 15 minutes, and then STILL manage to give them the wrong order, that's not one little mistake. That's just remarkably poor service from beginning to end. If I'm going to have to wait for someone to notice my online order, wait while they make it after I arrive, and then check every box myself to make sure they actually gave me what I paid for, there's really no benefit to ordering ahead in the first place. Extremely disappointing experience.
