David was great- explained everything to us and made us feel secure. Highly recommend!

Used Top Notch Pest control for the third time. Good guys. Fast service. Reasonably priced. Will use them again in 3 months.

Exterminator was excellent - professional, knowledgeable and went out if his way to remedy issues he discovered. He was also personable and very conscientious. So much better than the many folks Ive had in the past from other companies. The price isn't the cheapest, but the service is as the name suggests - top notch. And their "back room" staff are unfailingly polite and helpful read more

Chris was very kind in helping me schedule an appointment. She gave me detailed instructions and explained the entire process to me so I could be well prepared before Austin arrived. Austin was AWESOME! He called to give me a heads up, he explained everything as he was doing it and was very knowledgeable. He was also very honest with me and told me exactly what I needed to do should the problem continue. read more

Great Service dealing with rodents. Good value, good people. They know what they are doing. Use them

Akel was great, very professional, listened answered my questions and gave advice on preventing ants.

Was finishing up a gut renovation in Bushwick and wanted preventative treatment for insects and rodents. Nick, our technician, was prompt and punctual and very accommodating, working around renovation supplies, scaffolding, boxes, and the like to complete the service. Was quick and relatively painless. Nick gave me a rundown on his assessment once the service was complete and payment was easy and simple. Arranging the service was also likewise quick and easy. Will definitely use them again and have already set my calendar to have them come back routinely for preventative service. read more

Omg, I was panicking with a roach infestation to point putting all my food and dishes in the refrigerator. I know it's nyc and seeing 1-2 will happen now and then but this was seriously "bugging" me out. No pun intended. Fast response via text and Ryan my technician came and placed this non-toxic gel in the kitchen And bathroom. Within the night. I saw one roach and it wasn't moving too well. I have to say my peace of mind has been restored. So far, 98% reduction within 2 days. Time will tell how long this holds up, but great service and prices. read more

Misleading quote. The worker was polite, but the owner is rude and insulting the customers, calling us a "nightmare". Don't hire them

These guys are great! Very friendly and responsive and wanted to help us get our ant problem fixed. We had another guy come who wanted to charge us $800! JUST FOR SOME ANTS! We told him to leave, and I am so grateful we found Top Notch instead! I will absolutely use them again if the need arises. read more

Akel was super professional, helpful, and speedy in addressing the mouse problem in our apartment. 10/10 service!

Top Notch is the best! Always professional on phone or in person. Highly recommend.

Disappointing service. I am giving this review 2 stars because the company came out the same day that I requested service and were within the window they gave me. The gentleman who came out wasn't rude or anything, but he wasn't thorough. I ended up solving the problem myself today. Small disappointment: He said there was no space to get to the area where we thought the mice were entering through (behind the dishwasher), but there was and he was so quick to give up. I had to move the dishwasher at a different angle to show him that there was space. It was the only place that we saw a hole at that time and he was happy to say welp! Can't get back there I'll just throw some poison back there. (I can do that myself, sir!) My biggest disappointment: I have an under cabinet garbage can, but I didn't realize a water line ran through the back. He opened the garbage and looked back there and either missed or ignored it! I never thought to look back there because I assumed the cabinet was sealed like all the others. If you take even a quick peek behind the garbage though, you will see that a water line runs through it to bring water from the sink to the fridge. Furthermore, if he would've taken the garbage cans out he would've seen droppings there. So now, a day and $300 later, I fixed my mouse problem by sealing up that hole. It seems negligent to me that (1) he chose to ignore or not thoroughly inspect the garbage area, considering that we caught the mice outside of that cabinet, and (2) that he didn't pull out the cans to check for droppings. This is my first time dealing with pest control but I'm really disappointed that I ended up fixing my own problem when he looked right in that area. I wanted piece of mind that my house was properly sealed, and I do not have that. Look more carefully next time please! read more

These guys were great! I had to reschedule and they were friendly, fast, and efficient. Can't recommend them enough! Great service!

I had a ton of roaches in my kitchen and the landlord was sending an exterminator but whatever chemicals they used really weren't helping at all. Finally I decided to pay for a service on my own and honestly it was so worth it. Top notch was really easy to schedule with. And the exterminator who came, Akel, was really informative in answering all my questions, and was also very thorough and careful in placing the bait around the apartment. Within a week the roaches just totally disappeared. It's amazing. Highly recommended! read more

Akel from Top Notch came to the rescue today to deal with rats under our stoop. He did a great job, setting bait stations and sealing up cracks and holes where rats were entering. Super nice guy and highly professional. We will certainly call Akel and Top Notch again the next time we have any other "unwanted guests." read more

I would definitely recommend Top Notch Pest Control. I reached out via text and they were incredibly responsive. I've been having issues with roaches in my apartment and I wanted them gone. I was quoted a reasonable price via email with the ability to schedule a free 30 day follow up appointment if I still had an issue. They gave me a window of 8:30 to 10:30am. Akel showed up at 8:29. He was knowledgeable and walked me through the steps he was taking. He was friendly and even though I was stressed about the issue, he was not, which I really appreciated! read more

They were extremely helpful to address our carpenter bee issue in our outdoor deck, ant issues, as well as indoor powderpost beetle issues. Professional, courteous, responsive, and on-time. Will be working with them on any future pest / insect issues. read more

They were great on the phone. Courteous, responsive and prompt. Was able to have a technician out the next day, and they told me what to prepare/expect during the visit. But the technician's work was sloppy and unprofessional. Had to be asked to check radiators and bathroom, even though we were told to clear them; left appliances unplugged; didn't clean up after himself. To be fair, Top Notch apologized and gave me a discount, and there haven't been any sightings since they came, but wouldn't use them again. It ended up costing me more in time to clean up, and to bait the tops of the cupboards myself (which they don't treat, even if there are mice droppings); and to single-handedly move the heavy ass stove to plug it back in. read more

Austin was a true pro in every regard. He was nice, informative, he did an excellent job explaining everything. He went the extra mile to make the most of his time in our homee. Akel is awesome! Very responsive and efficient; he listened to our needs and delivered on them!

VERY EXPENSIVE. Although the guy who came was very nice. I don't think it resolved anything after spending more than $650. There was a mouse inspection which was almost $300, which we already knew because another company did it for free. And we had a hornet problem in our yard which was not fixed. read more

I had a roach problem and I called Top Notch. I got an appointment as soon as we could both schedule it. Akel came out and was thorough in searching for the source of the problem, making sure the extermination was complete. He was lovely to work with, on time, very respectful, asked appropriate questions, was thorough and took the amount of time he needed. I just had my follow-up with Akel. He answered my questions and provided information about further follow-up if needed. An excellent experience all around (except for the roaches)! read more
