Had to take preventive measures in my own hands when a roach appeared in my kitchen. Then 2 more roaches showed up and had to act fast! I chose Too Notch because of the overwhelming comments below. I requested for Mario or Ryan because they seemed to be the ones getting a lot of praises. However, they sent Austin who to my surprise, a young man. Don't judge a book by its cover. Austin this shout out is for you! Extremely knowledgeable who shows talent. He is so well spoken and charming. Gave us a run down of what to look out for, not to do, how to go about it. So much experience and knowledge already in his career. Austin was also kind to my daughter who kept calling him "uncle" the whole time he was here. Though I didn't get who I requested, that makes no difference now. Hoping we won't be needing any further services, but it I end up calling I will definitely be asking for Austin again! Great response time. Lawerence was working till midnight replying back to my answers and giving me quotes. Sent me Austin the very next day. They truly show the best white glove service. Pricing in my opinion was so affordable. If I went the "do it myself" path and it didn't work out and got worse, I would have shelled out about half the payment already on those stupid over the counter bait that don't work. Omg, I was panicking with a roach infestation to point putting all my food and dishes in the refrigerator. I know it's nyc and seeing 1-2 will happen now and then but this was seriously "bugging" me out. No pun intended. I had a ton of roaches in my kitchen and the landlord was sending an exterminator but whatever chemicals they used really weren't helping at all. Finally I decided to pay for a service on my own and honestly it was so worth it. Top notch was really easy to schedule with. And the exterminator who came, Akel, was really informative in answering all my questions, and was also very thorough and careful in placing the bait around the apartment. informed them I have a wasp problem inside home they said they could treat inside and entry point outside but when gentlemen came he said they only treat outside ...he even called office which now said no only treat outside..he dusted the siding outside with a little bottle for just under 400. No affect ...it's been three days there are increasing numbers of agitated wasps flying around my house endangering my child who's allergic and dog . I called company back they said I can have another outside treatment in ten days that was all they could do. when I called again explaining how bad it's getting and I will have to leave my home they said they'd see if a technician could call me back...so far no call..they simply do not have experienced techs nor ability to do thorough job . Disappointing service. I am giving this review 2 stars because the company came out the same day that I requested service and were within the window they gave me. The gentleman who came out wasn't rude or anything, but he wasn't thorough. I ended up solving the problem myself today. Small disappointment: He said there was no space to get to the area where we thought the mice were entering through (behind the dishwasher), but there was and he was so quick to give up. I had to move the dishwasher at a different angle to show him that there was space. It was the only place that we saw a hole at that time and he was happy to say welp! Can't get back there I'll just throw some poison back there. (I can do that myself, sir!) My biggest disappointment: I have an under cabinet garbage can, but I didn't realize a water line ran through the back. He opened the garbage and looked back there and either missed or ignored it! I never thought to look back there because I assumed the cabinet was sealed like all the others. If you take even a quick peek behind the garbage though, you will see that a water line runs through it to bring water from the sink to the fridge. Furthermore, if he would've taken the garbage cans out he would've seen droppings there. So now, a day and $300 later, I fixed my mouse problem by sealing up that hole. It seems negligent to me that (1) he chose to ignore or not thoroughly inspect the garbage area, considering that we caught the mice outside of that cabinet, and (2) that he didn't pull out the cans to check for droppings. This is my first time dealing with pest control but I'm really disappointed that I ended up fixing my own problem when he looked right in that area. I wanted piece of mind that my house was properly sealed, and I do not have that. Look more carefully next time please! read more

They were great on the phone. Courteous, responsive and prompt. Was able to have a technician out the next day, and they told me what to prepare/expect during the visit. But the technician's work was sloppy and unprofessional. Had to be asked to check radiators and bathroom, even though we were told to clear them; left appliances unplugged; didn't clean up after himself. To be fair, Top Notch apologized and gave me a discount, and there haven't been any sightings since they came, but wouldn't use them again. It ended up costing me more in time to clean up, and to bait the tops of the cupboards myself (which they don't treat, even if there are mice droppings); and to single-handedly move the heavy ass stove to plug it back in. read more
