I wanted an appointment ASAP, and although Joe could only offer me an appointment for several days later, he assured me that he would keep my number at the ready just in case they had a cancellation. The night before my inspection, I received a text message from James confirming the time he would arrive, the price that was agreed upon, and simple instructions for how to prep for the inspection. The next morning, I received another text about an hour before the scheduled time to pinpoint the exact time he would be arriving - which is insanely helpful and courteous. Upon arrival, right on time, James asked me about my situation and immediately got to work performing a thorough and comprehensive inspection of the three bedrooms in my house, from floor to ceiling. The bed, box springs, bed frames, baseboards, etc. everything was carefully inspected while he explained what he was doing, what he was looking for, and even what I could do in the future to put my mind at ease. In keeping up with the times, they have added an additional treatment along with Aprehend to make the extermination even more effective. I was worried about spraying the ants because I have a young puppy, but Alphonso explained that that all of his exterminating products are eco friendly and safe for pets!! Huge plus!! He also gave me some great, FREE advice on how to keep the ants from coming back on my own using natural products I have at home.
