I have been using Michael in my Carrol Gardens building for years. He comes once a month and services all the apartments. He is a great guy and very respectful of everyone's personal space. I recommend him to all my friends and everyone agrees he is the best exterminator in Brooklyn. He will listen to your concerns about chemicals and pets and assures everyone what he uses is not harmful to anyone. I hope he stays in business forever because I know I won't find anyone as nice as Mike. read more

We've been using Michael for years for pest control of all sorts--mice inside, bugs inside, rats outside... he's our go-to, is professional and kind in manner, and always solves the problem. Highly recommend his services! read more

Do not work with these guys. They charge a huge amount to come over and all they did was add some cheap traps. said they would come back and close holes but never did. read more

If I could give him more stars I would!!! While I was exercising in my apartment two weeks ago, a mouse skittered across the floor in front of me. I freaked out. This is not normal for my apartment where I've been living for a very long time. Of course it was a Friday and I knew I wasn't going to get anyone to come until the next week, if then. I slept in a nearby hotel for three nights because I knew I wouldn't be able to sleep with a mouse running around my apartment. Cobblehill Exterminators was recommended to me that Sunday by the handyman in my building who had had a very good experience. I called, assuming I'd be leaving a message on a Sunday and yet Mike Corrao picked up even though I could hear his infant baby in the background who he was taking care of that day. He said he'd be there the next day and he was!!! Mike came in with all the equipment he might have needed and got to work, even though he had taken care of TEN clients that day already. He checked everywhere and reinforced what had already been done and explained that the fee, which I found reasonable, included follow-up visits. He is very pleasant to be around and very efficient. I have a terrace which, unfortunately, has had rats lately, and Mike is coming back to do a different treatment out there after he checks the inside. Mike made me feel very relaxed and confident that he was able to solve my mouse problem. I can't recommend him enough!!! read more

We just moved to south slope and had some unwanted house guests. I spoke to Michael and scheduled an appointment within a week. He was very knowledge and assured me that he could get rid of the spider and centipede problem. We have virtually got rid of the problem after one visit! Michael has since followed up and we will continue to have monthly check ups. He is super accommodating and is easy to get in touch with. Happy to keep our new place pest free! read more

Highly recommend! Michael was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. We love our apartment and apparently, so do...mice. Mike answered the call and proved to be very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to ensure we're confident with our elimination plan--even giving us friendly tips given we have 2 pups at home. While you never wish to have an exterminator back quickly, life in New York ensures it's inevitable. When we do, we're calling Mike. read more

I live in a floor-through in an old Brownstone in Carrol Gardens. I know Michael because he comes about once a month and sprays all the apartments in the building. He's been doing this for years. Micheal is the sort of guy who is super warm and very respectful. If my 3yr old is napping and he arrives, we tiptoe around the apartment whispering so as not to wake her up. Just recently I had a mouse. So I called Michael up and had him come over. We talked about what we could do since the building is so old and I hate traps. We eventually decided to go over the entire apartment to "seal" all the significant holes and cracks (after we knew the mouse was not around). He did it with a combination of foam/steel wool/and brown caulking (to blend into the floorboards). It took several hours, and the work was excellent. His attention to detail was very clean and nearly invisible. I can't recommend Michael enough. He's very affordable, he's grown up in the neighborhood, and loves to help his fellow residents. read more

Highly recommend! I had a pest situation in my apt. That my building wouldn't take care of throughly. I researched for weeks, looking for a quality service and happen to see their van on the parkway. So happy I did - Michael provided stellar service. Very experienced, professional, punctual and good guy all around. I'm super grateful for their through, quality, clean & caring service. I have pets and the treatment is pet friendly. They are my go to service from now on. read more

Nice guy, fair price, was very flexible with the schedule. Came on time and baited all of the units. Haven't heard any repeat complaints so no need for 2nd visit although he did offer to come back if it was necessary. Stands by his work, very professional. Thanks again, Michael! read more

Michael was awesome he arrived within an hour from my call he was very professional and friendly his rate for removal of a dead rat was reasonable. I would definitely recommend this company to everyone who may have pest control issues read more

Don't believe it when people tell you that you can do the same thing as the exterminator does. Not true! Cobble Hill was there two days after my call and solved my mouse problem in no time! Something I couldn't do! read more

We had a great experience with Cobblehill Exterminators. Michael was friendly and responded quickly to my cry for help after I saw an uninvited mouse in my apartment. I was super appreciative that he was able to squeeze me in his schedule the same day. When he arrived, he thoroughly checked my place and sealed any hole or opening to prevent future issues. Everything he did worked and I haven't had a surprise guest since. He also offered follow ups and checked up to make sure all was well. Highly recommend!! read more

I am glad I called Michael. We found a mouse in the kitchen, he inspected the whole house and closed the hole where the mouse came from, we didn't need to put any traps or spray any poison his pricing was fair. I greatly recommend him. read more

Michael was absolutely fantastic! I called him last night in a moment of panic because we have been having really bad cockroach problems. He said he could come the next morning and showed up exactly on time. He showed us what he was using and educated us when we asked questions. He's incredibly friendly and professional. We felt relief like everything would be taken care of. Thank you Michael! read more

Very professional company. Mike the owner is very attentive to details and takes his job very seriously. I have been using for almost a year now and I would recommend him over all the big companies who charge you a fortune with no results ! Thanks Mike! read more

Best, most personable, most effective exterminator I've ever used in my 30 years living in New York. We've had a mouse problem for years. Mike comes in to our house and he is THOROUGH. Plugs up holes. Lays traps. Cut to two weeks later - we haven't seen one mouse. But here's the best part: his follow-thru. Mike did a follow up today and was just as thorough as the first time he came. Even if we have another mouse, I know I'm in good hands with Mike. He's my exterminator for life. read more

Mike is AMAZING! I own a pre-war townhouse in Brooklyn and we were under invasion from mice. I had worked with other exterminators and they couldn't solve the problem. Mike, on the other hand, fixed it right away. He always answers his phone. He's easy to work with. He's clear. He's direct. Look no further. Call Mike! read more

I called Michael from Cobble Hill Exterminators to service our new home to help avoid any future pest problems. I was very happy with his work, he was easy to reach, had appointments available at convenient times, showed up when he said he would and I felt like he took his time and was very thorough in looking for any areas that unwanted critters could get through. He plugged up holes cleanly, honestly to the point that I wouldn't even have noticed the work had I not explicitly looked for it, which is great. He also sprayed for mosquitos in the backyard and set some preventative bait traps on the property since it looked like some our neighbors had rodent problems. We have decided to have him come back monthly to just maintain a pest free property and I'll update this review if that service is anything other than great. I found his pricing to be reasonable considering the apparent quality of work. read more

Mike really came to my rescue last week when i was at my wit's end. I had mice in my kitchen & the few things i tried hadn't worked. I had made an appt with another company(they completely bailed on me when they didn't show up for the appt-not cool! ) i left Mike a msg & to my surprise, he returned my call in about & hour! He squeezed me in & got right to work. He was professional yet very personable & quite efficient. He identified the problem & so far i have not seen a mouse. And, to boot, he seemed genuinely concerned about my dogs so he didn't use any chemicals. I would 100% recommend him. Thank you, Mike!! read more

I cannot even emphasize enough what a god send Michael was for us. He answered me quickly and visited us in a timely manner. He did an initial visit and plugged up holes all over the apartment, he sealed off everything. Since he left 3 months ago, we have not seen one mouse. Not one poop, no sighting of any sign of a mouse. I cannot even believe I live mouse free now. For years we've had a mouse problem and tried plugging up our own holes, all sorts of traps, exterminations, etc. Nothing worked. Cobble Hill exterminators did the trick in ONE VISIT, and I can't get over how much better my life is now mouse-free. I would HIGHLY recommend this man to all mouse filled homes in NYC. THANK YOU MIKE! read more

After a stressful encounter with a mouse problem, given our building's contracted pest control vendor(base on in LI) 3 visits, resulted in 22 traps scattered around our apartment with very little to show for it. We still were regularly seeing and hearing them around the apartment, as well as seeing their droppings right next to the traps. They are literally shitting on our efforts to get rid of them. I did some extensive research, and came across an article from Brownstoner about mice issue, and found Cobble Hill Exterminators. Micheal is very professional and knows his craft. He visited twice and completed his task, completely got rid of the mice problem we had, in contrast to the other companies, we would still have a stressful rodent problem. He spent close to 3 hours at the first visit, looked behind all the appliances, and did a thorough job. Our neighbor also impressed with his services. We can't thank him enough to solve this stressful rodent problem we had. They also handle other pests besides mice should the need arise (bugs, ants, etc). Highly highly recommended them to solve your rodent/pest problem. read more

Can an exterminator be life-changing? I cannot praise Michael and his service enough. We had a water bug problem and I would have a local exterminator service come to address it. They would just spray and walk away. When I told them the spray wasn't working, they seemed confused about what to do. Once they threw something that looked like sawdust (bait? poison) under my kitchen cabinets - it did not work. Oh, and they would charge per a room. Michael from Cobble Hill Exterminators came within 24 hours after I first reached out. He did the entire apartment for one flat fee. He did more than spray. He sealed every hole that the cockroaches (water bugs) could be emerging from. He was thorough and detailed. He applied a gel as well for extra measure. He checked behind refrigerators, ovens, and dishwashers. He included a one-week follow up visit. I have not seen a waterbug since. Not one. Life changing. My kid's trauma and fear of the bugs is gone as well. Everyone sleeps soundly. Worth every penny. read more

Micheal is excellent at his work as well as keeping you calm, giving you advise on next steps and suggestions on what to purchase for your apartment to protect yourself from future incidences! I have not only been happy with his service but also felt at ease during a very stressful time! Thank you so much! I highly recommend working with Micheal! read more

Mike at Cobblehill Exterminators is my new hero. We've had rats in the ceiling for months, and we've already tried working with two separate exterminator companies. After two failed attempts to rid ourselves of the rats, we were left with a square foot hole in the ceiling (someone didn't exactly know what they were doing and also never came back to fix the damage), and sprinkles of poison dust on places where you really don't want to find it (i.e. the keyboard, the bed). Mike came in and took one look at the hole and said what the heck happened here. He not only got to the root of the rat problem without any traceable damage, he also put me in touch with a trusted contractor to seal the hole left by the guy who came before. And he threw in a free follow up. Mike is professional, personable and works fast. Really glad to have discovered this business, I'll never use another pest control. read more

Michael was so helpful! He answered my call despite it being after business hours, was able to squeeze me in the following day, and was affordable. Super easy to get in touch with and work with--would definitely recommend! He was treating my place for mice and included a free follow-up visit with the initial treatment. read more

Michael came to the rescue after I had hired multiple exterminators who failed to address a waterbug issue in my apartment. I really appreciated his flexibility to make evening appointments, especially on short notice. Highly recommend his excellent services - thanks Michael! read more

We have used Michael for 2 years now. He does a great efficient job and is highly responsive.

We used Cobblehill exterminators to fix a mice problem in our apartment. Michael was extremely professional and immediately located the main problem area. He moved appliances, sealed up holes and after one visit, no more signs of mice or mouse droppings. I highly recommend Michael and this company. read more

Mike could not have been more professional, helpful and kind through a very difficult time for me. Going above and beyond to get rid of our bug infestation, Mike brought his own vacuum to help clean, texted me for weeks with updates and became my ally in the fight against our bugs. His treatments and reassurance have left my apartment bug-free and my worries quelled. He also helped me carry my laundry downstairs because he's also just a super nice guy. Could not recommend this service enough! read more

Mike was amazing!!!! I hired Mike several times and I highly recommend him hands down. He is reliable, punctual, honest and completely eliminates your unwanted pest problem. One of the jobs was in Jersey and he was willing to come to Jersey to take care of the problem. He answers his texts right away if you have any questions he is willing to help in every way he can. If you are in need of an exterminator reach out to him and you will be 100 percent satisfied. His prices are reasonable and he gives free follow ups if needed on certain situations. Michael is the best!! We had a small mouse come in through our front door and Michael came to the rescue! He did a thorough examination around the kitchen area and noticed many holes where possible pests can come through. He closed them and was very knowledgeable about preventative care. I researched many exterminators in the NYC/NJ area and Michael had the best reviews and pricing BY FAR. He is professional and personable and I HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend his services!! read more

Michael came back as he said he would. What he did was touch up the work of another exterminator (who I did not like as well) as I still had mice droppings showing up under the stove. To make sure, Michael also re-foamed the perimeter of the gas line of the stove. He said to call him if the rodent visitors showed up again. Thank you! read more

What a great service! Michael was knowledgeable and came in recognized the problem right away, sealed up all the points of entry for the mice, set traps and when he came back a week later, all evidence of rodent invasion was gone!
