Excellent service. I was born and raised in Brooklyn and still live in Brooklyn. No matter what your address is, every homeowner must keep a check on rodents. I've had several pest control companies and I I have to tell you this company is top notch! They do way beyond just setting traps and laying down poison. I was very impressed and so was my husband who is very particular and hard to please. Just make sure about price quotes. Besides that this is a really efficiently great company. Book them now. read more

Stan is The Man. He was communicative and explained his approach to dealing with my squirrel problem before he arrived. He even advised me on a few other items without trying to upsell me. I highly recommend. read more

Reliable, thorough, fair prices, super professionals. I often recommend them because they're the best. Thanks Stan! read more

I had a bed bug problem at the end of January--my son called a pest company that did two treatments but the bugs returned. I switched to Chelsea (I'd used them before for carpet beetles and roaches) and Stan offered a reasonable plan with a 90-day guarantee. Eugene did a fantastic job-both visits eliminated the bed bugs. Near the end of the guarantee I hired a canine inspection and my home was clear. During the exclusion service, I mentioned a recent roach problem and Eugene also treated the kitchen a bathroom. Highly recommend Chelsea - professional and effective. read more

Let's talk about my experience using Chelsea Pet Control for bedbugs. Let me just say, Yelp helped me find this pest control company after deserpately searching for someone to take me right away. After several different chats, Chelsea Pet control accommodated me right away and saw me briefly after. We had an exterminator come over and spray the first two times, but the issue still did not seem to go away. Although he was extremely friendly and we loved his personality and kindness, we knew we needed a more advanced technician. We were not satisfied yet, there was definitely a lot of questions left unanswered. I messaged Chelsea Pest Control to request another technician to have another look themselves and see if someone else can figure it out, and then they sent over Sammy. In a matter of MINUTES, Sammy was able to detect the problem and what was causing this infestation! He was confident and diligent, not afraid to get his hands dirty. You can tell he works hard and is extremely determined to finding a solution NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES. He took the extra time to spray our apartment extra, give us a clear explanation on how to stop it, and answered all my questions and concerns confidently and patiently. Sammy was the technician I needed this whole time to solve all of my problems. We could have not done it without him! We were located in Jersey and Sammy went above and beyond to help us out and come see what was going on, regardless the distance. Will definitely come back to him if this issue occurs! read more

The showed up on time and did a great job with pigeon nests in a cornice. The sealed the holes and I have had no issues since.

Yes, you did offer to come back, but you wanted to see where the opening was, which had already been pointed out by the company I hired to fix it. You didn't tell me there was a dead squirrel in my attic or an opening. So why would I want you back in my house? For you to ignore other issues for you to keep coming back. You can't fix anything based on someone else's findings. That makes no sense. As for the 50%, I am still waiting for my money. You only offer it until you see pictures of the work you didn't do. There's no waiver. That's a lie. I did not receive any email with a waiver. Please stop lying to customers. There is no 50% refund. If you ignore my issues you get to come back again and again. No way you're welcome again. You have my credit card info. Process the refund. read more

Always incredibly helpful. They are the best and went above and beyond to solve my problem.

Stan was Prompt, thorough, answered a lot of my questions and at a reasonable price. Thank you.

Technician came on time, hope he did a good job. The results will be seen a little later. We received relatively good price and for now pretty satisfied with the service. Will hire this company again. read more

These guys completely wiped out a German roach infestation in our kitchen with just two visits a couple of weeks apart. It's been about 8 months and we haven't seen one since. And this was in a fairly large Brooklyn apartment, no mean feet. I'd been told that German roaches are pretty much impossible to eradicate, and they were already at the stage where they were reproducing. Really an incredible relief and a surprise. I don't see a whole lot of reviews on this page mentioning roaches specifically, so I thought I'd share this story. Thanks guys! read more

We've been having rodent problems for 2-3 months now trying everything to get rid of them, but to no avail. We finally decided to get professional help, and we're so glad we did. Sam who is incredibly kind and efficient with his work, was so patient when explaining where all the entry points were. He is very thorough when sealing all the areas of house we missed. I'm so thankful to have found this company, and would highly recommend their services. read more

They did not show up at the appointment time and then blamed traffic. Now I have to find someone reliable who can respect their customers. In an urgent situation, you need someone you can rely on to keep their commitments. This is not the company to go with. read more

Sammy and Amir did a very thorough job! They were both very knowledgeable and responsive to my questions. I highly recommend this company!

Chelsea Pest Control just completed a Rodent proofing visit for one of my tenants at my rental property. The professional showed up on time, frequently kept me updated on progress with photos and detailed explanation. Would definitely work with them again on any future issues! read more

Nice guys who came and put chicken wire and traps. Came less than week when it caught one sewer rat. Across street was having new construction and somehow disturbed these crutters to come to me. Didnt have problem again. read more

Excellent & professional service! We had a groundhog burrowing under our backyard shed. It was cute but possibly damaging the structure. Stan came by the same day to set the trap. A skunk was caught the first night; groundhog 2 days later. Sammy came by both times to gently relocate both critters to a comfortable sanctuary in NJ. Thanks Stan & Sammy of Chelsea Pest Control! Highly recommended! read more

Expert and professionally done. I had technician Sammy A. come over in Staten Island and he was magnificent. A+++. He was very thorough, explained his process, answered my concerns and all my questions. On top of that, he did not rush or brush areas that was blocked. If I had get another work done. I would hire Sammy again. I cannot praise Sammy enough. Give this man a raise or promotion. read more

*****-- Ants? Gone. Bees? Still Buzzing! Let me tell y'all about my adventure with this pest control service. So, we recently bought a house (yay, us!), and while giving our deck some much-needed TLC, we found a surprise guest--or should I say, a few guests. We pulled up some old, worn-out boards, and BAM--giant ants, as in, "Are these things on steroids?" size. I'm talking huge. Naturally, we hit pause on the DIY and called in the pros because, listen, carpenter ants are NOT a game. I reached out to this company, and even though we were a bit out of their usual service area, they made it happen! Talk about customer service. They were out here the very next day, geared up, ready to go. The serviceman took a look around and said he didn't see any carpenter ants (praise hands!), but he treated the area anyway, just to be safe. And let me tell you, since that treatment, I haven't seen a single ant--big, small, or in-between. It's like they vanished into thin air! But here's the cherry on top: my beloved bees are still out there doing their thing! I was so worried we'd scare them off, but nope--they're buzzing around like nothing happened. So if you need your bug situation handled with care (and you love your bees like I do), this company is it! Fast, efficient, and best of all, ant-free! read more

Were the first to respond on a Saturday when I turned my gf's disastrous fly sitch into a Yelp project. Their name made it sound like they were based in Chelsea, Manhattan, but they're not, which is cool. Sammy came that day and was sensitive to our pets, and even if he wasn't Stan, the owner, who probably would've been more through the first go-around, he spotted the source of our nasty problem pretty immediately and was very sensitive about our pets. When the fly issue reemerged in the living room, which Sammy avoided spraying because it was our kitchen that was the main problem and we thought it'd be good for the pets, I texted Stan here a few nights later. Sammy returned the next day with someone else, sprayed the room and resprayed all the others he had done only a few days before. Friendly, caring men. I wish my building was serviced by them. read more

Good service. I was not at the site but tenants were there. Great and timely communications. Tech was on time. Will comment on results after couple of weeks. read more

I had a couple of squirrels get into the soffit of my house. The guys from Chelsea Pest Control came out in the rain and installed a one way door. They did this in the rain, and they were very neat and professional. They will be returning soon to remove the one way door and seal up the soffit. The price was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them again! read more

Great company. Prompt and efficient. Shadee was awesome. Friendly and professional. Took care of ants, bees, and pigeons. The pigeons required a lot (scaring them out, placing a net to keep them from coming back, shoveling out a 45 gallon trash bag of pigeon excrement...) Definitely choose this company and ask for Shadee. He is the sheriff of the Pigeon Police. He was also really nice to my dog. read more

I messaged the company at 5:50 this morning and I heard back from them eight minutes later. Stan was able to come out to my apartment 2 hours after I spoke to him. He was very thorough and identified the problem areas immediately. It was very clear that he was a professional (unlike the last two people my building management has sent). I feel very confident in the work he did and I'm sure I'll be back on the app to update if things don't go according to plan. He also gave me some tips for prevention in the future (how to actually set mouse traps LOL) and not to store paper bags under the sink. $350 flat rate, plus tax (and tip folks!). I was happy with the price and extremely overjoyed with the speediness with which Stan responded and was able to come to my apartment. read more

Very professional and friendly. Have raccoons in the attic. They came set up traps and hopefully all are gone. They cone back after 3 weeks to close up the wholes and do a check. Fingers crossed. Last year we had work done in our house and not sure if it was the traffic of people or equipment or food containers brought in but a roach problem followed. I lived in the city most of my adult life and now that I am in a house I was totally freaked at seeing roaches - knowing they are hard to get rid of. I called a "city professional" and Stan did a great job -- even showed up in a uniform! And he returned for a followup, when I saw one roach a week or so later, at no cost. This year I had the same issue -- I think it was pizza boxes that brought them -- and we just had an employees, Sammy, here to spray. As with Stan, Sammy was knowledgeable, respectful, and completely thorough. I hope we are one and done but if a 2nd treatment is needed, I trust the roaches will be history! Thanks, Chelsea Pest Control! read more

I was very thankful that after posting my project that Stan and Chelsea Pest Control reached out. Stan was responsive via messages and was prepared to assist me at my residence with a sudden yellow jacket issue. Taras, the technician, arrived the day after I reached out, on time, and promptly evaluated and estimated the issue, explained it to me clearly, and once the estimate was approved was working within the hour. We had a yellow jacket issue near the front bay window near our front door and definitely appreciated Taras coming out quickly to treat (both liquid and powder, both pet-friendly, we have dogs) and then seal any cracks or openings. Sadly, after 3 days, the problem was not resolved and actually escalated as the yellow jackets began coming in the house. There were an INSANE amount. After messaging Stan over the weekend, we agreed to wait until Monday, at which time I called promptly at 8AM, spoke to Mia (who was very kind and understanding), and I luckily was able to have Taras come back again that same day to retreat in and out of the house. I was booked for first thing Tuesday, but Stan kindly called, heard me out (we have a family member who is allergic) and he was able to accommodate me immediately. I'm so thankful. Happy to report that it's the day after and so far so good. Far fewer (but still some) have come into the house since yesterday, but they're already dying. THANK YOU, Chelsea Pest Control. I'm so appreciative!! A++! read more

Chelsea Pest Control helped my family take care of a hidden wasp infestation. They were able to come at the end of the day and got the nest cleared away in an hour. They were extremely patient, kind, and had enough knowledge to explain why they did what they did. Turns out there was a wasp nest in a microwave vent that led to outside. They sealed it up from the outside and inside and we have not seen any wasps since. I cannot stress enough that they were able to send folks out at the end of the day at 6pm and by 7:30, we were good to go! You definitely get what you pay for with these folks, and although the price tag is a bit pricey, it is DEFINITELY worth it! Top notch experience from these folks, and I do not regret any penny spent. They are truly phenomenal, and I highly recommend them to anyone in the NY area. read more

We discovered wasp and ant problems on our patio one evening and the next morning Chelsea Pest Control promptly handled it. They were super responsive, with clear communication via messages, and arrived on time. Stan was great: knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He even checked how well-sealed the perimeter of our house is and identified an issue that needed to be fixed. The original quote I received was honored and I felt it was a great value for the service. I would highly recommend Chelsea Pest Control and will use them again should the need arise. read more

After posting about my project, I had several companies reach out to me. I ultimately decided to go with Chelsea Pest Control and so glad I did! Stan was super responsive and made booking an appointment so easy. Our technician Sammy was the best! He clearly communicated what the process would entail and helped us to prep as needed. He also explained that the chemicals used for the termites would be kid and pet friendly, which was important for me; especially with a 3-year old and baby on the way. Overall, I was extremely satisfied and would recommend this company to anyone! read more

This past summer we dealt with an unimaginable amount of wasps coming into our house. Once we couldn't take it anymore we called Chelsea Pest control and they were able to get us the best quote among their competitors. When they came, the guys found that there was a nest taking up a big space in part of the roof and started treating the area for wasps. After the first treatment we didn't see anymore wasps but they came again anyway to take a look again to make sure things looked alright and give us more peace of mind. The guys in Staten Island went above and beyond! They were not only prompt and professional but were also kind, and reassuring. We had peace of mind with their warranty and their overall work.
