Robert, the technician, came out to my place twice, once for the initial treatment and again for a follow-up. After the follow-up, the activity had gone down so much, more than I expected. After several different chats, Chelsea Pet control accommodated me right away and saw me briefly after. We had an exterminator come over and spray the first two times, but the issue still did not seem to go away. Although he was extremely friendly and we loved his personality and kindness, we knew we needed a more advanced technician. We were not satisfied yet, there was definitely a lot of questions left unanswered. I messaged Chelsea Pest Control to request another technician to have another look themselves and see if someone else can figure it out, and then they sent over Sammy. In a matter of MINUTES, Sammy was able to detect the problem and what was causing this infestation! He was confident and diligent, not afraid to get his hands dirty. You can tell he works hard and is extremely determined to finding a solution NO MATTER WHAT IT TAKES. He took the extra time to spray our apartment extra, give us a clear explanation on how to stop it, and answered all my questions and concerns confidently and patiently. He was able to identify the opening and and offer long term solutions. He sealed the opening, replaced old traps, check the radiators and vents and closets for any small holes. Technicians have repeatedly been sent to my property every year without a scheduled appointment, which is unacceptable and disruptive. In addition, there have been recurring problems with the bait stations, causing unnecessary stress each year--despite my account being paid in full. Despite paying $466.25 a year for bait changes, techs are instructed not to change them by their supervisors. Managers need to be sent to customer service training to be able to address simple issues. Due to yearly issues, I have canceled my account. Not worth the yearly stress.
