They asked their questions and asked how soon would I like someone out there. I said as soon as possible. They said how about in 30 minutes. I said great. They quoted me $175 to do the job. Last pest control company wanted $450 (big one in Long Island City, thx for the highballing me). They actually came out in 30 minutes, they spayed, all flies were dead in minutes. Vincent was responsive and seemed both knowledgeable and professional about how to tackle the problem. After initially setting up a visit for January 5, 2026, Vincent notified us that he had to reschedule because the materials he needed were delayed. My tenants and he agreed to reschedule the visit for January 10, 2026 at 10:30 am. However, on the day of the appointment, nobody showed up, and neither I nor the tenants got any call, email or text letting us know that the appointment was canceled or rescheduled. I left several emails and voicemails asking for an update, but instead of ever responding or providing an explanation, Vincent blocked my number from his service. This whole experience has left me scratching my head---everyone seemed to be on good terms up until the no show and Vincent had been responsive and professional until the day of the scheduled visit before proceeding to ignore all emails, calls and texts. I hope everything is okay with him.
