The initial service was suspect, as the tech was here and gone within minutes. Had to return to respray. The 2nd service, I alerted the company of the broken gate on the side of the home, and gave detailed instructions on where to enter and that mouse bait boxes needed to be filled. Thank God when I arrived home, I immediately checked the broken gate and sure enough instructions were not followed and gate was open. If I hadn't checked, my dogs would have gotten out. Then the bait boxes were not filled, yes I checked. I went back and forth with this company for weeks to resolve. I had to hire my handyman to repair the gate, as I do not have the money to buy a new gate. They refused to remedy because I didn't have a receipt for handyman work, even though they acknowledged that it was their fault the instructions were not followed. I never leave bad reviews as a small business owner, I know how damaging they can be. Even though they admitted fault, they refused to remedy. I would not recommend this company read more

They told me i didn't have bats, and it turns out I have many bats in my attic, and they're very loud and active overnight. Unfortunately due to this error (and state law) I need to tolerate them for three months until it's legal to expel them from my house. Beware - Deceptive price quoting practices. I just needed a one-time wasp nest removal and requested a price quote. Their first message response was a very long message about different levels of service, including annual and one time plans. and at the end there was a separate price quote that just said "$142 flat rate." The technicians who came by my house and worked on it were very professional and kind. They also seem very informative about what they are doing which makes me feel so much better. Usually these companies will offer a small "estimate fee" to come out and check what the problem is, then give you a HUGE estimate to try to stick it to you. On the Spot didn't; they came out, did the work as part of the estimate, were polite and communicative, and cleaned it up in record time. They had every opportunity to up-sell me, or hit me with "unforeseen" expenses etc. but did not. Honest, affordable, knowledgeable, and effective. I received their services in July (attic and crawl space cleaning, insulation replacement, pest control) and previously wrote a 1 star review explaining how poorly the job was done. It was terrible. However, the team reached out to me trying to amend the job. The customer service has been great, however, there might just be a lack of communication within the company. The owner came and looked and said the quote should not have included "new insulation will be installed". He said that they would send new technicians to come fix the job. Sure, the technicians cleaned and added more traps however, the insulation is still hanging down and has not been replaced. All in all, DO NOT reach out to them for insulation removal or replacement services. I guess I learned they are strictly pest control. read more

Got wild animal noise in the attic recently. The technicians came and the traps set in the attic did not work (the animal triggered the trap, ate the bait and ran away twice, nothing was caught). The first technician also identified a wrong animal entry point which was denied by the second technician. So the issue is not being resolved at all since no entry point was found and no animal was caught (you are charged around $80 for a empty trap). Very disappointed! read more
