NJ Pest Control is the best. Locally owned (Randolph), they are here for your pest control needs. We have a contract with them, so we get regular visits... however, they go above and beyond. Last year my husband was stung by yellow jackets near our wood pile and NJ Pest was out the next morning, eradicating that nest and any others they found. I wouldn't use anyone else. read more

We reached out as this company was heavily recommended on our towns Facebook groups. They did not disappoint. We were able to have someone out quickly to assess what was going on and confirm what type of animals (bats - EEK) we had. The gentleman who came out provided a detailed plan with pricing to fix our issue. He also added answered all of my many questions. If you didn't know, there are certain times of the year when NJ as a state does not want you to evict bats. Their team was a great source of information on this and they were able to get everything but the eviction itself done ahead of time so we were ready to go. read more

We contacted NJ Pest Control to help resolve mice and squirrel problems. They called me back the same day and John arrived at the house the next day. He took pictures of problem areas and thoroughly reviewed how NJ Pest plans to stop and control the pests. We agreed to their proposal and the following week a NJ Pest representative arrived and set up traps inside the house. Once that was completed they concentrated on the work outside. All NJ Pest Control representatives (including John & Mark) were courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend NJ Pest to anyone with pest problems. P.S. Within a day they caught two squirrels, and we were informed that they will capture a few more putting an end to our squirrel problem. I am skeptical of all the amazing reviews on this company. Before they reach out and say they never serviced someone under my name, my google name is my maiden name and the contract is under my legal/married name. I will gladly provide a photo of our contract with them. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They are rude and disorganized. They cannot keep an appointment time at all- constantly reschedule or don't show up for services they said they would show up for. My husband and I both missed work 2x for a service they confirmed with us, for them to never show. The owner, Russ, is extremely rude and yelled at me on the phone. The workers are also extremely rude and gave us an issue when we asked them not to feed our dogs treats (we don't know these people and our dogs have allergies). You are here to provide a service, not feed my dog. I am so happy we had our final service with this company that is a complete rip off. Find someone else! I provided this review on another site and who I assume to be the owner, responded with: "Danielle, I want to apologize for your negative experience that you recently encountered but in order for me to address this issue, I need to know the name that is on the contract. There are several items that are very concerning to me simply because they have never happened in the XXX number of years in business. The first being we have never not showed up for a client appointment without prior communication letting them know we were not coming. The second, none of our employees carry dog biscuits and therefore would not have given any to your pets. Please respond with the name on the contract so we can address these serious issues immediately. We strive to provide the optimal customer service and we need to understand how we could have done better." My response to that is: EDIT (after the response below): Wow! It took a negavtive review to get a prompt response from your company. You don't need my name to "do better" as you put it. You can do better with the information you have. "XXX" amount of years in business? You don't know how many years you've been in business? I have dealt with Raine and Debbie or Diane (not sure of the name as the voicemails are fuzzy) in the office and their lack of communication with Russ, who I am assuming is the one who commented below- shockingly didn't address my concerns about his behaviors towards me. Jon Cis (for his privacy, I won't publicly post his last name, but I have it on our contract with a picture of his certification) was the one who offered our dog the treat. Unless you check the pockets of your employees (which would be concerning in itself), you have no way of knowing what they carry with them. Jon did ask to give our dog treats and when my husband kindly told him know, he pushed back (learn some boundaries) and we needed to tell him again more firmly. He then just walked away and let the other person here that day finish the job while he sat in the truck. Also, if the review below was from Russ, you weren't there that day... you were probably yelling at someone else on the phone, so please don't tell me what did and did not happen for something I witnessed with my own eyes and was part of the conversation. Also, if you're so adamant that your workers don't carry "biscuits" what were they offering my dogs then? You guys carry a lot of chemicals with you... that's concerning. I would also like to add that your comment just proves the lack of communication, and reading on this company's part. They hear/see what they want. They are also liars. My husband and I would not miss 2 days pay for a service that was not confirmed or that we were told was rescheduled. There were multiple appointments that were confirmed and no one showed up. When we would call, we would get the run around and told that it was never confirmed... yet we had voicemails or e-mails to prove it. Gaslighting and manipulation at its finest. For a company that talks about being veteran owned, I would have hoped you would be more professional, ethical, and communicate better. Strive to do better with ^^^ that information. read more

Stay away! Service contract ended, they never sent anything or called to ask me if I was going to renew. Instead they left me a voicemail at 4 PM one evening and by time I went to work the next day they had already performed the service without my approval. I did not want to renew so they charged me almost $300 for a single service. Nasty attitudes to top it all off. Better companies out there. How can I explain, I called this company based on Yelp reviews. Russ who was very nice gave us a quote over the phone about 100/per application. We just moved to Denville NJ our house is about 1900sq. After coming out in the rain, spent about 10 mins in house and said the total charges for year are $650....that is double every other quote and what we were told. Really strange experience with this company. I reached out to inquire about Mosquito and Pest Control. They came promptly, walked around my house, were friendly and gave me some pointers on what to look out for, and provided separate quotes for each service. The mosquito service was pretty well priced (a little cheaper than the next option, but not a lot cheaper), but the general pest control was a good 50% more expensive. I called them back to see if they could do anything on the general pest control - they said no over the phone; i didn't give them a hard time about it, but said I'd probably move forward with the mosquito service only (which was what I originally wanted most). I signed their proposal (as sent), and got an email the following morning from Russ saying "We regret to inform you that we have to rescind the proposal for services to your home. We are unable to service your area at this time." The person that came to my house said they service my area, so I followed up and indicated as such, and was told "You are correct and at this time we can not service you." So something clearly happened here, but I'm not sure what it was. Just a really odd set of events that leaves a bad taste in my mouth. read more

The team at NJ Wildlife and Pest Control provide reliable and great service. I called about a problem with squirrels and they sent someone within a few days to see what was the issue. I received an estimate that evening. My problem was solved within two weeks. They clean up and are helpful and go over all the work they completed with me. I have used them on three separate occasions and they have always been professional. They have some excellent workers and hire veterans, which is a plus. I hope I don't need them again, but if I did, I would certainly call. read more

I have used NJ Pest control for at least three years and they have always provided excellent service. I have never needed them to return for a repeat treatment as I have with other exterminators. Today they impressed me even further. I emailed customer service regarding a beehive I found in one of my bushes, not only did I receive a response within ten minutes, but they were at my house taking care of the issue within two hours! I was getting mice in my attic and decided to call NJPC for an assessment and a treatment plan. I contacted them on a Monday and they were at my home on Wednesday morning. They were knowledgable and did a very thorough job in their assessment of my problem, finding points of entry where the rodents were entering and providing a remediation plan. They were back the very next day to begin executing the exclusion work and setting traps in the attic. These guys are great! BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I EVER RECEIVED EVER! I called NJ Pest at 8am this morning with a pest problem. I HATE bugs and was very upset about it. By noon someone was there to inspect the issue and by 2:30 it was SOLVED. I was very impressed becuase they asked me what time I was available for them to come! Since we moved to our house 4 years ago wasps and other stinging insects have been a problem. Usually we catch the nest when it's small, maybe golfball size, we spray it with a can of insecticide from Walmart and knock it down. This time somehow we missed a nest and it made it to the size of a cantaloupe! Lots of very aggressive bald faced hornets buzzing in and out of the nest and attacking anyone who had the unfortunate luck to walk by. I had a reaction to a sting once when I was a kid so the idea of dealing with that many hornets was scary. I called around 9:30 am, was told someone would be at my house between 3:30 and 4:30. The technician was early (yay!) he quickly identified the pest, explained how he was going to handle it, and even though it started pouring rain he went to work right away and took care of the problem. I was warned that there may be a few hornets coming back and looking for their nest for the next day or so but that they'd be gone soon. I finally got up the nerve the next day to go out and check things out, I'm happy to say the hornets and their home are gone! I did receive a follow up call from the owner to make sure everything was taken care of which was nice. If we ever have a problem again (and I'm sure we will) I'd be happy to do business with this company again. read more
