When I called, the man who answered was very snappy, told me I was in the wrong, and REFUSED to dispute the charge. I told the man to just charge me and never contact me again, and he had the nerve to ask what was wrong... WHAT WAS WRONG?? I already had mouse traps out, and all they did was come out and add more traps (Tomcat Mouse Killer), which have caught NOTHING. The only traps that have actually worked were the ones I had already placed. We've probably seen more mice since they came out.

Absolutely. Here's the updated Google review with your additional note about the contract and HOA…read morecoverage included: Extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend this company. When the technician came to my home on June 22, he was professional and initially tried to be helpful. I was told to reach out within 14 days if I noticed any changes or increased rodent activity, which I did. However, I did not receive the same responsiveness I experienced at the beginning. After getting no reply to my text, I called the company directly. That's when everything went downhill. The woman I spoke to was extremely unprofessional. She yelled over me, threatened me, and made no effort to resolve my concerns. She told me she didn't have time to help because she had another customer and continued to speak over me instead of listening. She even threatened to send me to collections--despite my payment being up to date--when I asked to cancel the service. I was left feeling overwhelmed, angry, and deeply frustrated that I was stuck in a contract with a company that clearly does not value its clients. The technician who visited my home placed only a few bait stations and did not inspect or identify rodent entry points--even after I specifically asked him to. I had to request additional bait stations, and later discovered that the bait used was low-quality and not as effective as the company claimed. As a single mother with two young children--one of whom is crawling--it was incredibly important that this issue be resolved thoroughly and professionally. Instead, the rodent issue worsened after their visit. I eventually contacted a different pest control company that came promptly, treated me respectfully, thoroughly inspected my home, identified entry points, and is now actively working with me to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, this company refuses to cancel my contract, citing a one-year agreement--even though I believe they breached the contract by failing to deliver the promised services. After carefully reviewing the contract (which I admittedly should have read more closely before signing), I realized that after the initial visit, the following quarterly services are limited to exterior treatments only. These exterior treatments are already covered under my HOA, meaning the ongoing service I'm being charged for doesn't even address my interior concerns--where the rodent problem actually is. Their email response to my complaint was dismissive and did not reflect the horrible customer service I actually received. It felt more like damage control than real accountability. Please be careful before signing a contract with this company. If you want a pest control provider that takes your concerns seriously, communicates respectfully, and actually delivers on their promises--look elsewhere. I will also be reporting this company to the Better Business Bureau.

Traffic was slowly merging and it was my turn to merge. Since the Heritage pest control driver was texting, there was more than enough room to merge. However he became enraged when he finally looked up, so he swerved into the left lane next to me, got within an inch of my vehicle and began launching disgusting fountain sodas bottles at and into my car hitting me and almost my son. I rolled up the windows (it was summer) to protect myself and my kids and called the police- as we were SITTING in traffic next to him. He saw me call (probably assumed the cops) and began driving erratically through traffic and finally up the shoulder until he got off on Morlet. I was so shaken up and was unable to get his plate but I called the company and spoke to the owner who became quite defensive about the situation. The employee's behavior and the response from the owner after being physically assaulted and degraded from his nasty soda bottles is VILE. This unhinged, aggressive, explosive, attacker is the reason why I have a dash cam. I would NEVER EVER willingly bring someone like that around me or my family, let alone share my address with them. Why run from the cops if you're innocent or don't have a history? The response from the owner was appalling and disgusting which speaks as high as his morale. No wonder he hires who he hires. I'd post photos of my car but I truly fear this mentally unstable person will see.
