His office notified them yes indeed these are bites and not a word from Accurate. They also told me I didn't have to throw out my furniture as their stuff will kill them. Well I turned over my mattress and it was a scene out of a horror movie, everywhere u looked both dead and very much alive! Took the cover off second bed and so many live ones it looked like someone Dumped coffee grounds all over.
