I've been working with Anchor Pest Control for the past four months regarding a mouse infestation. I will say that the staff has always been friendly and courteous, but unfortunately, I don't feel the problem has been properly addressed. They have come to my property several times, but most visits lasted only about 5-10 minutes and primarily involved placing bait stations. The issue is that the mice are not eating the bait, which I have repeatedly communicated to the company. I've called numerous times to explain that the problem persists and that I'm still finding droppings throughout my home. While technicians have walked around the property during visits, the infestation remains unresolved after nearly four months of service. At this point, I am still seeing mouse droppings throughout the house, and I am very disappointed with the results. I had hoped for a more thorough inspection, identification of entry points, and a more effective treatment plan. I don't enjoy leaving negative reviews, but after four months with little to no improvement, I feel it is important to share my experience. Based on my situation, I'm not convinced they have effectively identified or treated the rodent problem in my home. read more

Do NOT trust this company!! I had a bad experience. I hired them to take care of a pigeon problem under my unused solar panels. They were going to remove the nest first and then if they came back after removing the nest they were going to put up critter guards so they couldn't come back again. The sales person told me they rarely came back which the technician the next week did not confirm at all. They were going to back the cost of the nest removal out of the much more expensive job of blocking off the panels. The pigeons never left after the nest was removed. The technician spent of all of 20 min apparently removing a nest and then they charge me $575!! I don't even know if they removed the nest because they didn't leave. Now they refuse to give me a quote for blocking off the panels. So they did literally nothing to help me- they just took my money! They just want an easy job regardless of it being completey ineffective. DO NOT TRUST them! read more

I made an appointment a few days in advance. I took the day off from work. Anchor did not show up. I called Anchor to find out an eta. Instead of helping me they gaslighted and blamed me for their mistake. Ultimately they just never showed up. I asked if they could still come out that afternoon and they told me they don't do same day appointments. Poor value and terrible service = won't try Anchor again. read more

Had a representative from Anchor Pest come to my home today. He was knocking on some doors and then just walking up to peoples back yards and front yards peering through windows etc. I was watching my son walking to a neighbors, I had a toddler crying in the background. I was approached by this man that asked about termites. I stated I don't have a termite problem. He said I'm not trying to sell you stuff door to door, I'm selling a service. Today we are just inspecting. I nicely declined and he wouldn't take no thank you for an answer!! My toddler was screaming and I was trying to not be rude and just walking away. I said no thank you, I have a crying bab, I'm sure you hear that. He started laughing at me and had a sly grin stating ma'am, I can just go inspect if I want, I'm just wanting to discuss our services. I said I said NO! The man kept the condescending smirk on his face as he laughed rudely and shook his head as he walked up to neighbors homes and was touching them and just being sketchy. He then sat in his truck a while and finally left. This business needs to teach their employees what uninterested means. That one NO is sufficient and to leave when told to do so. I'd use any compan but this one bc of this rude employees attitude!! read more

They did get rid of our yellow jackets issue. But not every service request is the same. The second person to come didn't seem knowledgeable about our last visit. The third person came and said they couldn't do anything about the bug issue at the time unless we knew the spot they were coming from. We ended up cancelling the service and it took multiple emails to finally get them to cancel which seemed odd. Unfortunately can't recommend due to the odd varying in service. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Anchor Pest Control and the job Jose did removing a starling that, unbeknownst to me, had nested in a Christmas wreath on my front door and that managed to enter my house when I opened it late last night. The bird was evasive, would not leave, and was impossible for me to capture due to my high ceilings. My girlfriend and I spent almost five hours attempting to catch it until we finally called Anchor and arranged for Jose to come help. He arrived shortly thereafter and somehow managed to capture and remove the starling within 35 mins of arriving at our home.
