My husband and I were traveling from San Diego to Chuckawalla Race Way with the 20-foot trailer. When we reached the Hemet area, my husband noticed the trailer was moving around too much, and he did not feel secure to continue driving, so we stopped on the side street. The ball that hooks to the hitch was loose, and we don't have a big wrench to tight it up. He used the crowbar and whatever wrench we had at the time to tight them up. It does the job but still doesn't feel secure because we had a 3,000-pound car in the trailer. My husband found the Topline Industrial, and we decided to stop. We found the wrench and a crescent wrench that were big enough to tight the ball up, but it cost around $88-$102. One of the guys that works there asked what was going on, so my husband explained. He then told us to move the trailer to the garage area so he could tight everything up for us with no charge. How nice! What a great customer service. This guy made our days, and we arrived at the Chuckawalla safely. Thank you so much. read more
