Great food, great service.I highly recommend the dry aged rib eye with white truffle butter, an awesome steak with amazing flavor. I wouldn't recommend the baked Gouda Mac and cheese with Shortrib, overpriced and really not impressive, just ok. Be prepared to not be able to talk with people at your table because the noise level is very high with poor acoustics. If you're with relatives you don't want to talk with, this could be a bonus. This is the main reason I gave only 4 stars. I do hope they'll add some noise control in the future. Worth the experience.

Not too many 5 star reviews are actually deserved. It is in the case of Top Cut. I love having ALL of the amazing steak house experience with all of the amazing food and the incredible service but without the pretense. Of course I judge every great steakhouse by the creamed spinach, not the steak. This steakhouse staple is less creamy here with nutmeg. OMG! It kicks it up a level. But, do try the shallot and bone marrow crust on the steak of your choice. You carnivores won't regret it. I won't suggest that you save room for dessert, because you won't. But, the carrot cake is special. It's big enough for 3 people. So be ready. You might want to order an extra for the road. We did. But, as good as the carrot cake is, I actually liked the Coconut Cream Cake better and I really wanted the Dark Chocolate Almond Decadence. I'm not even a dessert person normally. Frankly, this is a great place to simply have dessert, coffee, and an aperitif. My coffee days are over. But my son said it is amazing. Frankly coffee is just as easy to make amazing as it is to mess it up. Yet so few places actually try. I truly appreciate it when a place tries to make great, not just good or even passable coffee.

Our third time visiting Top Cut steakhouse together with my wife for our anniversary. We chose a small table along the windows as our reservation that evening. It's usually spectacular service from the moment you step off the elevator. It was a bit colder since we were by the elevator, so then that would open and close there was a draft coming around the corner, but was still very cozy. We had a waiter who seemed newer to the restaurant. He never asked us about any specials that night, which no big deal to us since we chose other items off the menu to enjoy. Bread for the table is warm , soft and delicious. They offer a very extensive wine selection along with many other options for cocktails. I had the top cut old fashioned, my wife chose a lemon drop martini. Both very good. We selected the crab bisque and clams casino for appetizers, which were both outstanding, very tasty. For mains my wife chose the 10oz filet steak topped truffle butter. Cooked to medium perfection. I had the dry aged NY Strip steak , again cooked perfectly to medium, with truffle butter. Sides were roasted baby carrots and the smoke Gouda Mac and cheese. Sides are family size to share with the table. So they are larger just something to consider when making decisions. We had another round of drinks , and this time we were offered the dessert menu. It confused me , since when you visit for a special occasion, they bring out a slice of their house carrot cake which is to say the least " GIANT"! So I figured that they weren't doing that anymore since it's been some time from when we last visited. So we just ordered the cheesecake. But to our surprise in fact they brought out the cheesecake and the massive piece of house carrot cake. So I'd assume that our waiter forgot about us being there for our anniversary celebration that were to get the cake to finish our dinner that night. Still a great night , very good food and service. Just a small bump in service that night since we think he was a newer waiter on staff that night. That's the reason for 4 stars. Recommend reservations if you plan to visit on a weekend.

Came for dinner to celebrate a Lehigh college graduation. The food was superb, fresh, and beyond tasty. We split multiple appetizers such as the bacon steak, salad and escargot. Perfectly flavored and delicious. For an entree, I had the filet mignon with white truffle butter that was cooked perfectly. The short rib Mac n cheese as a side was a must have. The restaurant was beautiful and the customer service and attentiveness of the waters was great. I would highly recommend if you're in the area and need to celebrate a big occasion. Not one single bad thing could be said.

Wow! A great steakhouse outside of DT Philly and KOP located in Lehigh Valley county. I was shocked. Some neighbors had recommended this place and fiancé took me out for a birthday celebration. I started with the French onion soup and not gonna lie, it was kinda salty. And I usually don't mind salt. Steaks were of great quality and cooked as requested. I enjoyed the earthy white truffle butter on my porterhouse. Mac and cheese was BOMB. This place even makes the shell pasta fresh in house. Baby roasted carrots were just ok. That carrot cake. WOAH! And it was complimentary for this bday girl. Ayeee! My fiancé doesn't even like carrot cake and was impressed by this dessert.

The aged steaks are well prepared, and the 500-degree plate presentation does what it is designed to do. The sizzling plate may impress first-timers, but it is straight from the national chain playbook and no longer feels special. It preserves heat, not originality. Sides are à la carte and priced aggressively for what are essentially standard steakhouse accompaniments. They are fine. They are not memorable. At this price point, diners reasonably expect at least one dish that shows some imagination. The wine list is the biggest disappointment. It reads like a Pennsylvania "Chairman's Selection" circular rather than a curated cellar. Safe, widely available bottles dominate, with little depth or personality. For a restaurant positioning itself as an upscale destination, that lack of curation is hard to ignore. Service was professional and the dining room attractive. If you want a reliable local steakhouse and do not mind paying for it, Three Oaks will meet expectations. If you are looking for distinction or a reason to return beyond convenience, you may find it difficult to justify the bill.

It's open Tuesday through Thursday from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM, Friday and Saturday from 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM, and Sunday from 4:00 PM to 8:30 PM. I stopped in for the first time on Friday night and was thoroughly impressed. The food was excellent, and the service from the entire staff, especially our servers Becca and Cody, was truly top notch. I started with the bone marrow risotto and the scallops appetizer. The risotto was rich, creamy, and full of deep savory flavor, while the scallops were perfectly cooked and beautifully balanced, with a subtle kick from the wasabi mashed. For my steak I went with the 17 oz ribeye, cooked to a flawless medium rare. Every bite was juicy and delicious. For sides, I chose ricotta creamed asparagus and lobster mac. The asparagus was tender and luxuriously coated in a velvety ricotta sauce, and the lobster mac arrived piping hot and super creamy. Both were great accompaniments to my steak. From start to finish, my dining experience at Orchid Steakhouse was exceptional. I can't wait to come back and explore more of their menu.

Our waiter, Cody came over and introduced himself and took our drink order. The restaurant is decorated nicely and had a good feel to it. Cody brought our drinks and told us about the days specials. We ordered some Filet Mignons (medium rare) and a side order of Asparagus. Another waiter delivered our food and Cody came over to ask how everything looked. I cut into my steak and it was pink in the center even though it had a mean char on the outside. The steaks were served with some mashed potatoes and a carrot. He said he'd be back to ask how it is. He didn't come back until we were close to finished. If he had come back sooner, I would have told him that the steak was overdone and dry and the asparagus & carrots were overcooked and mushy. I didn't say anything since by then it wouldn't have mattered, we were finishing up. Unfortunately, we had high hopes but were disappointed.

We thought it would be good, but we didn't expect that it would be outstanding. Their dinner menu was fairly small but had an amazing variety of dishes to suit many tastes. It was difficult to choose, but we settled on the veal and the pork rib rack chop. I knew it would be an outstanding meal when the salads that came with all entrees arrived. I usually grudgingly take a couple bites of a provided (typically uninspired) house salad, but this one was comprised of perfectly dressed greens that were the most tender, delicious, and freshest I've ever had in a restaurant, topped with crispy taro strips and a ring of tiny mung beans. If that level of care goes into a humble salad, I figured the mains would be awesome. They were. Both entrees had beautifully cooked proteins accompanied by generous portions of also beautifully cooked vegetables. The pork rib chop was especially impressive, tender and juicy and nicely paired with the apple mostarda, a sophisticated riff on a traditional pork chop with apple sauce. In addition to the vegetable sides noted on the menu descriptions, we each got haricot verts on the side. I typically eat green beans only because they're good for you, but these were so delicious that they were the only item I didn't take for leftovers. The dessert list was impressively long, and we went for their crème brûlée and a Bavarian with chantilly cream and cherries. The crème brûlée was delicate and smooth, with many specks of fresh vanilla bean and topped with incredibly fresh berries. The Bavarian was excellent as well, mousse-like in texture. Our service had the professionalism you would expect in a high end place. I thought it was an especially thoughtful touch that my box of leftovers was delivered at the end of the meal with the check, so it wasn't sitting on the table with us during dessert. The Savory Grille knows small touches make a difference. Of note, we were in the main dining room, which was a little snug, and the volume with a full house was a bit loud (from talking, not music). The other space looks a bit more spacious. No matter, we had an awesome dinner here that left us with fond memories, and I highly recommend the Savory Grille for a special occasion.
