Finally get to the counter and I'm obviously ordering for three people... And before I can even get each order out, the girl behind the counter is like, is that all? Then I pay 46 bucks for our food, and she says again that the lobby is closed! Like we got it the first two times! Can we not wait inside for our food? So rude. Everything was so bland, like they didn't even use salt. I didn't know onion rings could taste bad. No seasoning on tots and they were so overcooked they disintegrated to dust when I chewed them. We've been here several times. We LOVE the burgers and fries. They have low carb/keto options. You can add bacon and caramelized onions to any burger. We did try the fish and chips once but it was very average. Highly recommend staying with the burger menu. Our 9yo who doesn't usually like burgers really likes Top Burger. Insanely bad customer service. I would fire any employee who acted this way in my business. I asked for dipping sauce for my fries "$0.49" was the response. Ok, that's silly but i handed over my card to pay. "I'm sorry, we can't run a card for less than a dollar" This is after I watched someone who I believe is the owner bring several bottles of extra sauce to a table behind me, for free. How is a place who will treat their customers this way still in business? Maybe this is why garbage like McDonald's are putting these places out of business. If you are looking for an amazing milkshake, this is the place! Enjoy a hard ice cream milkshake made to order. Personally, I love the chocolate and fresh banana milkshake. It is always flavorful, creamy and smooth with small chunks of the banana which is a great added bonus. To really top off the order, get the seasoned french fries or tater tots! Their burgers are also great for an old, classic style hamburger. I love this place. The food is consistently great but during our most recent visit, the customer service was exceptional. After ordering and paying, we were told our wait would be 25 minutes. We had tickets to a play that started a short time later. They offered to refund our money if we didn't get our food in time. The manager then came out and we told him our time crunch. We LOVE Top Burger the food is amazing and the staff is really nice. The reason I am writing this though is because while we were there last, they seemed rather busy. Our order was taken and while waiting for our drinks we heard - what we assume is a manager or higher up staff- absolutely berate the cashier very rudely in front of us for not asking if we wanted sauce. I work in food service and understand it's important to ask all the questions to make money and keep up sales/deplete stock. However, it is never acceptable to be so rude to staff, especially within guest ear shot. It can be stressful when busy and easy to forget things. Next time please calmly remind them about the other items they need to ask for without the rude "well you need to open your ears"/etc comments. read more

We so badly want this to be a great small town burger joint but it seems to have gone downhill. We BOUSCH 3 ice cream cones which were so soggy they had to put them in bowls. We also ordered 1 fry, 1 burger and a small chicken strip (3 strips 5.99....) it took us 30 mins to get our food. I really like this place. The food is super cheap for what you get. The staff is really nice and friendly. The food is honestly really good. I daydream about their chili fries! So good! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is they got my order wrong a couple times. I wish they would pay more attention, and if they are out of something, tell you when you order. Not just make you something completely different, and just say "oh sorry, we were out of what you ordered so we made you this other thing". We love this place so much we picked up dinner here before the snowstorm hit (early mind you because we were afraid we'd be too late if we waited). It's that good. The service is good. The food is good. Sometimes there are hiccups with one or both of those but it doesn't matter. It's so good. The fries and the ranch are amazing. Separately or together. I ordered 1 jalapeño burger with sautéed onions. Order placed at 1:26pm, I went up to the pickup window at 1:43 because I thought maybe they had forgot about my order. Workers would open the window to hand food to the 1 million kids that order food after school (probably what sustains their business). I would try to ask about my food and they would rudely hurry to close it without acknowledging that I was standing there. After the third attempt I was finally able to say something before they closed the window on me. I told them I wanted a refund because I had to go, they said okay and closed the window again. Came back at 1:48 and said my food was 3 tickets away I said I needed to leave. Then an older lady in the background says 30 more seconds for it to be ready..... I told her I had been waiting 25 min for 1 burger. Her response "well yeah, we're busy" I finally get my burger, leave and of course it's cold bland and without my sautéed onions. If they were working on it as they were speaking why was it cold literally a minute later? I will never, ever go back. My son goes to Liberty and spends money there a few times a week, he is no longer allowed to spend my money there. read more

Top Burger has been a place I've gone to since middle school and is a local gem with great soft serve, burgers, and fries. The burger joint is taking great precautions during COVID-19 and only doing take out at the moment (although there are tables outside that you can sit at) and quickly serving food. :) read more

Top Burger has been a staple of our lives for over 20 years, and I have many fond memories of coming here often while growing up. The place is always clean and bright and has a fun 50's vibe with the checkered tile flooring, bright red seats, and old-fashioned artwork. Despite the distance from home we still come out here every few weeks because the food is just so good! The burgers and vegetarian gardenburger are so juicy and come loaded with toppings, and the chicken strips are tasty and fried just right. The fish is crispy and golden on the outside and flaky and tender on the inside, and the French fries are seasoned and just to die for. They make a really nice grilled cheese, as well, and they have a nice variety of hard ice creams and a huuuuuge list of milkshake flavors. There's still stuff on the menu we want to try, too! When we visited tonight we really enjoyed seeing their Christmas decorations before they got taken down. Every year they decorate and this year's were really pretty and fun. We would be so sad if they ever closed and hope Top Burger sticks around for a long time! read more

Just sad that the lake area is so crowded now it makes it miserable. Every single time my daughter comes home from college it still won't stop her from going to get her usual. Where has the best burger joint in Camas gone? I walked in and waited for 3 to 4 minutes to be acknowledged by the 2 the girls chatting away and refusing to look in my direction. I ordered waited for about 10 minutes to get super cold fries and a mediocre blanned burger. I asked for cheese and they forgot. Fries usually have a great deal of seasoning salt so asked for light seasoning and they were even colder then the burger. Now for the kicker for ONE scoop of my favorite licorice icecream a whooping $5.06 . Totally unbelievable the mark up is over 200%. How does a child who lives near by get a scoop as a treat. This local place is AMAZING!!! It's hard to pick a favorite, is it the delicious burger that you can add caramelized onions to? Is it the fries, tots or onion rings that are seasoned and fried just to perfection? Perhaps the milk shakes that have ENDLESS flavor combinations? It's simply too hard to tell. Sounds like many are having similar experiences. Went in tonight and waited maybe 10 minutes to be able to place our order, but it was busy. It's understandable. But when we ordered, the young lady at the register advised that the wait for food would be about 20 minutes. The food instead took 40 minutes, everything was just coated in tons of grease when we opened it and my burger was drowning in mayo (I guess "special sauce?" It was mayo). I took two bites. That's a $7-8 burger in the trash. Had the customer service been decent, maybe we could do two stars. But it sure wasn't. The young fellow who called my name at about the 20 minute mark handed me drinks rather than food, then just quickly walked away, no communication. When I continued to stand at the counter, assuming this guy was grabbing my food, a young lady wandered up asking if I need help, and when I told her I assumed I was waiting for my food as we were given drinks but not told anything else, and she replied, "Uhhhh, well, I guess it's not, uhhh...ready yet???" pretty rudely. Look. These are burgers. 40 minutes? Can't even crack a smile, or just not-be-rude? Save your money and your time. Food is trash, service is garbage. Establishment is rubbish. read more

I have a lot to say about this place, I really wanted to love it but it fell short to my expectations. I'll start with the positives. I got the Maui chicken sandwich and it was so delicious. Crispy chicken with teriyaki, has pineapples and ham, it was really good. 10/10 sandwich! It's really drippy and messy though. They have a large selection of ice cream flavors, personally I love the chocolate vanilla swirl soft serve, it reminds me of when I was a kid. You can't find it at a lot of places. Also the honey mustard was really really good. Loved it and the chicken nuggets are battered which I also love. Now for the negatives. Sadly the indoor seating is still closed, which sucks but no biggie. The fries were not hot at all, the kids meals are extremely over priced for what they come with. The grilled cheese kids meal came with half a grilled cheese??? Who has the other half??? That is by far the weirdest thing I've ever seen and also the thing that annoyed me the most about this place. Grilled cheese is one of the cheapest things you could possibly put on the menu and for the price we paid for a kids meal I expect both halves of the sandwich. Majorly disappointed about that and it shows me just how "cheap" the owners are to give half a grilled cheese. The chicken nuggets came with 4 nuggets. Again, I feel the portions for the kids meals are on the skimp side. If you have a big eater, it definitely wouldn't be enough to fill them up. Also I ordered grilled onions on my Maui sandwich and they weren't on there. Our meal (for 4 people) had no napkins and when I went to the window for some, I was given 3 dinky little napkins(again, a little cheap?) All in all, a little disappointed for driving 20 mins for the food. outside the ice cream and the Maui sandwich, I have no reason to return with the whole family. I have frequented top burger every week this summer and have never witnessed horrible customer service until today. A short grey haired woman with bangs (who I suspect is the owner) has the worst temperament of anyone I have seen working at this establishment. She was rude, abrasive, and unfriendly. She barked orders at every worker and interrupted all of their replies in the short 10 minutes I was present for. I was appalled by her micromanagement and complete lack of compassion for the new person that was taking my order. The other people working seemed scared to death of her, yet still treated me with more kindness than the grey haired woman could muster. Pulled through the VERY slow moving drive-thru. Ordered 4 soft serve cones in a cup. The girl tells us we have to find a place somewhere in the street and wait. Even though we waited for them to make shakes for the car ahead of us. It only takes a few seconds to make a soft serve cone but we still have to go wait. 25 minutes later we are still waiting. I could have ordered my own soft serve machine from Amazon and had it delivered, hooked up and working, in the time it took these guys. That being said the icecream is Yummo. As reported on so many of the other reviews this place is a wonderful throwback to what I remember from my youth before McDonald's Burger King and all the other mega burger conglomerates entered the local market. This used to be one of our family favorites! We went last Sunday and the hamburgers were soggy the Pattie's were so thin it was like eww and the fries had half the seasoning. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because they used to be great but otherwise that would have been a 1 star experience.
