I recently learned from an online friend that they also sharpen knives! The prices are fair, and depending on the day, they can have them ready in about an hour (sometimes even faster), which beats waiting days like other spots. A few times a year, usually around the holidays but sometimes other times too they run a buy-one-get-one-free deal. Definitely worth checking out, but I'd give them a quick call first to confirm when it's happening. They also have a punch card program, and I grabbed a knife bag for $5 that's totally worth it. All in all, it's a solid neighborhood hardware store-with friendly staff, fair prices, and plenty of parking in the strip mall area.

When confronted, BuildCorp admitted they had misinformed us. By that point, our door was already cut and drilled to fit their faulty product. We asked for a refund and agreed to keep the hardware anyway -- denied. We offered to return the complete set and requested damages to cover the ruined door and contractor's time -- denied. Instead, we were met with lies, deception, and evasions from a representative named Bruce Gordon. This company engages in fraudulent practices, refuses to honor responsibility, and leaves customers to absorb the cost of their misconduct. BuildCorp should be reported and investigated.

I wrote a negative review and they wrote me back saying they'll make it right despite the time frame. So I sent more pics and videos to support my case and they told me to contact the US manufacturer for instructions, which replied saying they're not familiar with that unassembled version of the item (as probably Buildcorp isn't nor they sell a lot of that specific product). So I contacted the EU manufacturer who sent me the same assembling instructions I knew already and confirmed my observation on the design fault. So I asked Buildcorp again for a refund, but they told me that it was too late (!) and they could only help with assembling. Not only assembling was very clear to me, but after a month of back and forth, they still had not understood what pieces of the item I was referring to and asked me to send even more pictures. Realizing they were just making a fool of me, I wrote them to just add the schematics I received to the product page - as other items have - so that other customers would not incur in the same surprise I have. They stopped responding and did not add any picture.

It not only didn't came either of those days , it came the following Tuesday 4/2. That's not the half of it , it was in a box . Yup! Unassembled! It was sent back once again. This time I was told there was one in the store, fully assembled and my name is on it. They would get it out to me asap. Possibly the same day. ASAP turned out to be Saturday 4/06. Now I get to spend a third day at home waiting for this grill to be delivered yet again. I can hardly wait to see what condition this is in next. The value of this purchase? Who knows.

I'm a firm believer in service after the sale. Initial purchase experience was good…read more But, and there's always a but, not happy with their service contracts rebates & service after the sale. The convoluted paperwork for the rebates is time consuming and idiotic. Then you find out they are not rebates but vouchers that must be used in their store. Unfortunately, the amount is so small all you can buy is nickel and dime products like cleaning products. Of course they don't have the products in stock. So they have to order them. After waiting over two months they call and say they're here and "we need you to pick them up asap" because they need the space. So lo and behold when I get there they don't have everything. But, will contact me when the rest of the stuff shows up. It has now been 6-months and they haven't contacted me. I sent two emails to Jason and he responded with "I'll check." Needless to say he didn't.

Purchased our new home and bought all kitchen and laundry appliances from Orville's in June 2024…read more They came and installed our new washer with brand new hoses and we assumed everything was great. Friday 5/9/2025 I began to notice our hardwood floors feeling wavy by the washing machine. I felt the floor in areas I could reach, and it was not wet in the front. The machine is in a tight space about an inch between the wall and appliance. So, I shined a flashlight to see in the small gap between the wall and the machine and noticed it was wet in the back and the hardwoods were discolored from water. I immediately called the Greece store where we bought the washer. I told the women about the issue, and she informed me it was under warranty still so gave me the number for GE. I made a service appointment with GE and the technician came out to look at the washer 5/14. When he came out to diagnose Pat discovered indication of a leak coming from the hose. He then went onto say during install sometimes the installer cross threads the connection creating a not so tight seal allowing water to leak. As a result, this has led to significant damage to our hardwood floors. I then went to Orivlles with this new information. I supplied photos of the connection, and the floor damage. I also supplied the technician note from Pat who came out which says...WORK PERFORMED EXPLAIN OPERATION FILL HOSE IMPROPERLY INSTALLED PROBLEM DESC DEFECTIVE FILL HOSE (HOT) . Brian from Orville's calls me this morning and says to use my home insurance. Well its not covered by home insurance because it was due to improper installation which cross threaded the hose making it defective and creating a major leak which had been going on slowly over time due to poor install. I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT WHO YOU PURCHASE FROM AND SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND STRESS IN THE LONG RUN! NOW WE ARE OUT THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS DUE TO FAULTLY INSTALL FROM ORVILLES. Show less

"Matt" the bald guy working the counter tells me the paint that she wants only has two prices 50-64 dollars a gallon?! Me not knowing anything about the prices of interior paint buys this "magic" paint for my love .. Thinking most hardware stores are there to help I was wrong ..Once my family and friends got wind of this they were appalled .. Let's just say as a salesman in the industry I got "got" .. Buyer beware go to Lowe's or anywhere else paint quarts should not be 39 dollars and a gallon shouldn't be close to 65$ unless this paint will change colors or turn your room into a magical castle it's not worth the money or aggravation .. The kitchen counters (Granite) and new sink and faucet were all of the highest quality also.
