A reputable company would have made it right with THEIR customer and dealt with their supplier separately. Very poor management and total lack of customer service. A waste of $80 for us and will never shop there again. BEWARE...YOU MAY NOT GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

We're preparing to sell our home and were touching up all the paint. First, we needed to match our master bedroom, and after our own failed attempt (which left us with polka dots!), we were convinced we'd have to repaint the entire room. The staff at Hadlock's saved the day with an absolutely perfect match. Then, just a week later, we had a ceiling mishap. I went back again, and once more, they were patient, precise, and determined to get the color just right. With only hours before our first open house, the color matched perfectly--saving us from repainting an entire ceiling! With a background in property management, I can say that truly accurate paint matching is rare. It's usually "close," but not close enough to avoid repainting whole rooms. I had an entire kitchen quoted and ended up only pulling the trigger on just an oven. I'm now very glad I didn't buy the rest from them. First, we discussed in the showroom about the struggle of delivery we had in the past, so I know for a fact we discussed delivery terms with the sales women. Fast forward to today our oven gets delivered at 7am (were told between 8 and 10) and the guy says he doesn't go inside houses. How exactly are you supposed to offer delivery and not go in the house? He ends up dropping it at our back step outside and its supposed to rain today. So now we both have to take time off work and struggle moving this oven by ourselves before it downpours. We called and got forwarded to about 5 different people, only to be told there's nothing they could do. I brought up the fact that this is definitely something we discussed at our appointment to which I was dismissed and told "that's just their policy". I find that asinine, god for bid they had an elderly customer... How does a company selling appliances have that type of policy? With an upcoming remodel, they lost out on a good opportunity. I will never buy from them again, and I would NOT recommend them to anyone.

A very nice gentleman greeted me immediately and offered assistance, he helped me to the paint section, I easy located what I needed and while he mixed it up I took a look around. Lotta of household items, garden tools and other helpful products. I picked up a clearance scraper blade for changing up my registration sticker. I also had a few keys made, super fast and a great price. I was only here for about twenty minutes. Really appreciate the service here.

Ordered a 4 sets of Christmas tiny taper candleholders and candles in October. The candles were…read moreshipped to my cousin in Texas but the holders were never delivered. Customer service sent a second set of holders through the same service (Lonestar Overnight) that lost the first one. According to Lonestar tracking the package has been in Plano Texas since 11/29. 12/3 after contacting WS customer service I am told the candleholders are no longer available but I can go to one of about 70 stores that still might have stock. None of those stores are within 50 miles of where I live.
