I placed an order on May 18 and did not receive the order until August 18. I emailed this company many times to get updates on my order and was told it was out of stock and would be available soon. When I asked for a refund, my order was then processed. I ordered 16 sets of an item and received it in bulk which was confusing. I am now packing my own "sets" of this item to give out as gifts. This company deserves Zero Stars. Its a SCAM that your order is always out of stock, did not receive refund, does not answer phone calls no matter I call them every single day, anytime of the day, does not reply to your email and leave you out on a limbo. The website seems legit with reviews on the items they sell. I placed an order thru their website on Dec 20/25. They sent me an email on 01/02/26 that my order is temporarily out of stock and I waited and now it's almost end of February had not received any update. I decided to send them an Email just give me a refund and cancel the order. However, numerous emails I sent them, call them and do not answer phone calls anytime of the day I call. I'd start with zero star if I could. Ordered a Starfiber swivel mop as we lost everything in the recent California fire. This product worked so well for us and I found it on the Simply Good Stuff website so I thought I'd get it from them. The order was made on Feb 1, and after that I keep getting emails that it is delayed. After several occasions of getting the same line of 'sorry, it is delayed' and being pushed away, I contacted my bank who mediated. PLEASE STAY AWAY! This store has some really great stuff that I can't find anywhere else. I love the G-midifier I bought from them and would love to order another one, but last time I ordered online and it was out of stock for more than 3 months. I called or emailed several times for updates, and there was never any helpful information - just that it was out of stock - despite the fact that they had already charged me when I placed the order. I finally gave up and asked for a refund, which I did get. Since that time, I have tried to order replacement filters for the G-midifier, but due to my previous experience I'm not going to order online - I want to speak to someone to see if the parts are in stock. I have tried calling dozens of times over several months. No one ever answers the phone and they do not return phone calls or reply to email messages. I give up! read more

Don't know where to start. Order and them taking my money went fast. Then they lied for 2 months about my order being shipped. When I was advised my order shipped, it contained 4 items of 8. I was advised they would ship the rest when they "could". Not good enough. I emailed several times to cancel the rest of the order and send me my money back. I got a couple of emails to say they are "gonna". That never happen either. I contacted my bank about this scam and had my money returned to my account. NO ONE should ever be treated like this. You have my money for months and I have NOTHING. NOT acceptable. However, I will say, the rubber broom I received was of decent quality. I have the same complaint as Rob M. Ordered weed eater head in early July. Inquired 2-3 wks later, and was informed it was out of stock. As of 8/9/24, they asked whether I wanted to cancel. I said yes, and would they send me a full refund instead of a partial one, because I had read other reviews saying the company would deduct fees from their refunds. I told them that I would file a criminal fraud claim with my CC co. if they did not send me a refund, or if they deducted any fees. Since then, they are silent, no more replies. This co. seems to be a scam outfit to me. Do not risk your money with them. I think they think that people will not go to the trouble to recover small sums, and so they march ahead, keeping their payments without delivering any merchandise. Ordered a manual washing machine. Sent it back to the address on package. I was in touch with CS and they KNEW when I was sending it and from what post office. They did not say to not send it to the address on package or give me an alternate address. They have a warehouse or whatever in Leland, NC so naturally that's where it was sent back. BEWARE! This place is a scam and has over 50 complaints on BBB. They take your money, state item out of stock and to respond if you want to cancel and not wait to be filled from backorder. Then when you respond, they state it is in shipping process and can't be cancelled. Then 5+ emails over 2 weeks with 0 response. Complaint filed with BBB and dispute filed with credit card company.
