Prices are moderate depending on the item. They do have a sale rack and if you get on their list if you spend a certain amount you get a discount. What a hidden-in-plain-sight hidden gem. I've probably run and walked past this shop dozens of times. This store is seemingly limitless with rooms on rooms and themes on themes. There's so much to explore and it is SO relaxing. I saw MANY cute new gift ideas for friends and family. From a beautiful baking dish specifically for brie cheese at $30 to wonderful jewelry boxes with meaningful quotes, I know where I am headed next time I have a "I really don't know what to get that person" conundrum. The staff member helping me out was amazing and I can't wait to get back for more local gifts by (primarily) local artisans.

Parkleigh has saved my life by stocking all the gifts I forgot to get, didn't want to cart all the way to Western New York, or didn't even know I wanted to buy. They have something for everyone, and I truly mean that. If you can't find a gift for someone here, it's because that person doesn't like anything at all. They've got chocolates of all kinds, tea and coffee ground to order (which I wish I'd known before I'd bought mine elsewhere), beauty products, stuffed animals, coasters, books, flasks, camping gear, cookware, Bills gear, candy, and of course, socks, cards, mugs, shirts, hats, and anything else you could want with clever and funny little sayings. Great selection of home goods, but poorly organized and managed…read more Full disclosure - I tried to go to Bed Bath and Beyond first, not realizing the entire chain had gone out of business, so this was not my first choice for a home decor store. Ended up here while looking for wall shelves and similar storage solutions. It was somewhat difficult for me to find what I was looking for. I kept ending up in the unofficial "storage solutions" section, which included over-the-door racks, drawer organizers, shower caddies, and various cabinet organizers. Figuring there had to be something else, I looked for an employee to ask for help and couldn't find anyone. The store was the size of a Wal-Mart, and the whole time I was there, I only saw two employees - one at a checkout counter and one stocking merchandise. Eventually, I asked the latter for help, and they seemed rather uninterested, like I was distracting them from something else. I usually prefer not being approached or guided by employees, but that's not the same as not being able to find any help when you have a question about a product. I did eventually find wall shelves in the "wall decor" section, which held things like picture frames, clocks, and wall art. That's not a problem, I just wish I was able to get help finding it and not have to just wander through the store lost. The shelves, clocks, and other wall installations were really haphazardly organized, as if they'd just been shoved onto the shelves in any random order. There wasn't a lot of variety in them, so we kind of settled for something mostly because we really didn't want to have to go to another home goods store. The store as a whole is... fine, I guess. But between the disorganization and the difficulties in finding anything (including someone to check you out), I wouldn't go there again.
