He answered all of my questions, took the time to show me various samples, and provided his expertise on various materials and finishes. Ali worked with us to show us the exact granite pieces that would be used for the counters. It was great to physically see the piece but also have a rendering of how the granite would appear on the counters. Dave answered all of our questions when they came to field measure and provided guidance on the island counter size. The installers were amazing. I could not be happier. As stated in a previous review I am very hard to please and I am in love with our counters. You wont regret going with NAS!!

We decided to go with North American because of people we know who had used them and due to a contractor, I know who, recommended them highly. I have been in the construction business for over 40 years and all I can say North American did a fantastic job. The countertops are beautiful and the craftsmanship exceptional. The crew was fantastic and very professional. I could have not asked for a better job to be done. Most importantly, my wife was very pleased. You will not go wrong using North American.

When they told me they were booking into spring of 2024, I decided to look at other companies. I finally decided that if their work was as good as their reputation, it would be worth the wait. My bathroom was finished this week and it was DEFINITELY worth the wait. From working with our designer, Dave, to the manager, Steve, with Sherri in the office, and to all the guys on our construction crew, especially Ron, Stephen, Nick, Tanner the electrician, Keil--even the Boces student Kadin--all of them were kind, professional, and patient with my questions. They were also patient with my pets who were very curious about the different sounds coming from the garage and bathroom. They worked clean every day and made sure to vacuum up all dust/debris before leaving in the afternoon. I was out of town for 3 of the weeks (it was a 6 week job) and Steve, the manager, was awesome about making a few minor changes that I wanted. They came in a bit under budget which was an absolute first experience in all my years of home renovations. I recommend them without reservation and will certainly use them when I update my kitchen. They treated us like family and it was a great experience working with them to give me the master bathroom of my dreams. I love it! Thank you, Vella team. Y'all rock!

My…read moreinitial review was that Kevin and his brother installed my beautiful shower to bath conversion, but their managers, Matt and Bryan, never followed through on getting quotes to me to install the floor, so I had a $13,000 shower with a dilapidated 1952 floor. Fortunately for Wonder Shower and Bath they have Sarah Scott who is amazing at following up with customers, and she got me the quote I waited 7 months for, and my beautiful, white floor is now installed! Sarah followed up with me today to see how the install went. I let her know the flooring that Butch and Tim installed is WONDERful, but the beading around the toilet is not great, and that my toilet now runs sometimes. Those are things I can deal with, but Sarah said she's going to have the Rochester team correct those issues this week. Thanks to Sarah Scott at Wonder Shower and Bath, I highly recommend them, and they've gone from 3 stars to 5 stars in my book!

My kitchen was supposed to take one week to complete. It took 4 months to reach the point it is at…read morenow and after pulling teeth just to get it to this point, it would seem Kitchen Express II has abandoned the idea of having a satisfied customer or properly finishing my kitchen. My contact there began avoiding my phone calls, more so than usual after the problems began. If that doesn't speak of the professionalism of this outfit, I don't know what does. There is no reason my kitchen should have taken this amount of time other than sheer incompetence and absolutely no attention to detail. The process has been a nightmare and I have received no apology of any sort from Kitchen Express II but I would expect nothing less of them given their track record thus far. After multiple calls on a day that my contact quite obviously refused to answer or call me back (and the person in question WAS in the office), I did finally receive a phone call from the owner claiming he "couldn't do anything else for me". I guess it was my fault that his incompetent employee measured incorrectly, ordered the wrong parts THREE times and the installer tried to pass off shoddy and hurried craftsmanship as "the way it's supposed to be". Apparently he was doing me a big favor by actually fixing the problems his employees were responsible for. What Kitchen Express II has done for me is give me multiple headaches, a ton of lost time and massive inconvenience for 4 months. As I pointed out above, many mistakes were made through-out this debacle with wrong parts being ordered several times, poor measuring which resulted in a less than desirable look and towards the end, sloppy and hurried craftsmanship as the contractor obviously just wanted to finish. My patience has been tried to the point of wanting to explode and I am normally a very laid-back person. I have come to accept some of the slightly less noticeable mistakes in an effort to draw this painful process to a close. Sadly, it is now certain that I will have to live with some of the larger mistakes as well. Needless to say, I would avoid Kitchen Express II like the plague for any sort of work in your home unless you're a masochist that enjoys incredibly frustrating, long, drawn-out home remodeling projects that result in a "mostly ok" finished project.

I came across Steve's website, reviewed his work and his reviews, and decided to give him a try. Let me tell you...I was NOT disappointed! Steve is an excellent communicator and even sent me a couple of pictures along the way so I could see the progress. He also went the extra mile and was able to tighten the table up a bit, making it considerably less wobbly. The finished table looks absolutely beautiful, and I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Without question, I would use Steve again and will happily recommend him to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship.
