I found exactly what I was looking for: a mini pruning saw to cut down some branches. The price was right, and the actual product was excellent--we just used it! I also looked around this tidy little store for some power tools and was happy to find a few rechargeable options. They also carry assorted bits for different brands of equipment, which is a nice bonus. It's a compact, tidy store, and if I'm in the area and need something, I'll definitely give them another whirl. They offer a membership that gives you additional discounts, although you have to pay for it. If I came here (or other locations) more often, it would probably be worth it. Shared parking.

Yes folks the apartment complex I live in the windows get drafty this time of year and I caught a mild case of pneumonia. Not to bad though, I'm lucky! So I went to Harbor and got my duct tape. This store is always clean and the inventory has more tools than you can count. Always neat, in place, well stocked. There were 2 girls that assisted me. Hilda showed me the tape shelf and the cashier cashed me out. They were both very professional and courteous. I've never had a problem there. On occasion a product wasn't right or I didn't need it and I returned it. I strongly suggest you stop by here if you're looking for tools.

Customer service sent a second set of holders through the same service (Lonestar Overnight) that lost the first one. According to Lonestar tracking the package has been in Plano Texas since 11/29. 12/3 after contacting WS customer service I am told the candleholders are no longer available but I can go to one of about 70 stores that still might have stock. If your looking for things to cook and bake it's worth going, but it's expensive I'm not gonna lie. Certain things I can justify the price other things no.. The only reason I'll give four stars is because the staff is usually on point and most know about food and cooking. They carry somethings I don't feel like ordering from the U.K. Fortnum and Mason teas and jams... they have cookbooks, they have utensils, pots, pans, glasses, china, and etc. I also love the catalog it's helpful and oh the knives lots of them by the usual suspects. Know this they have been around over 45 years and they know how to do things but... like I said it's expensive. When they have a sale they have a pretty good one. You can also register for your wedding or housewarming. Great store but if you don't cook or bake it's not for you. I find some really great stuff and I usually buy my Silpat mats, pop over pans and a few other things here. Give it a view... cheers

Seems like they are "buy-out" items (similar to that of Ollies etc, but on a Home Depot/Lowes kinda level). It does have that "home improvement" store feel... you know... concrete floors, high ceilings, and very cold etc. I would defiantly look at their kitchen cabinet handles, door handles and locks, as well as sink and toilet fixtures etc. They all seemed like decent prices with a decent quality. I cannot comment on how their kitchen remodeling department really flows. But, it looked well organized.
