I took my old part and the new part to Ace where I was treated very kindly and professional and was matched with a identical part! I asked the gentleman if I was stupid or not and asked him if it was cross threaded and he said no it has a crack in it! You clearly had the feed but wouldn't get it for me? Highly rude and she didnt let me finish taking before she walked away. I will still continue to get my feed here because the prices are great but I've had issues with her before so I'm assuming other people have too.

I recently learned from an online friend that they also sharpen knives! The prices are fair, and depending on the day, they can have them ready in about an hour (sometimes even faster), which beats waiting days like other spots. A few times a year, usually around the holidays but sometimes other times too they run a buy-one-get-one-free deal. Definitely worth checking out, but I'd give them a quick call first to confirm when it's happening. They also have a punch card program, and I grabbed a knife bag for $5 that's totally worth it. All in all, it's a solid neighborhood hardware store-with friendly staff, fair prices, and plenty of parking in the strip mall area.
