Jennifer Mattice was fantastic about working with me online first, explaining table configurations, finishes, wood choices etc. It saved us a lot of time given we live an hour away. Jennifer also took the time to provide advice, and did not attempt to get us to spend more than we had to. We made the trip to Caledonia to check out the finishes and wood types and then finalize our order. That took hours of Jennifer's time. The chairs, table, and bench, were all being made by different Amish craftsmen. She was very clear that there was a delivery delay of six plus months and each vendor was on a different timeline. A month or two later I worked with Jennifer again online choosing Smith Brothers living room furniture, which there would also be a long wait for. We enjoy having quality furniture and could not be more pleased with Gigglin' Pig. All of the items were delivered at once in late May 2022 after the expected and long wait, and we did call Gigglin' for updates and they let us know the timeline and were pleased we could wait until everything was in for one delivery. The delivery went well with the men being very careful and also putting felt pads under the legs of the items. I highly recommend Gigglin' Pig and the quality furniture they sell and excellent customer service they provide!

I had them repair a snowblower of mine that wasn't working quite properly. I was charged…read moreapproximately $400 to fix what was probably a minor problem on a snowblower that cost me $800 originally new. When I got the machine back I found that there was a stripped screw on the auger belt drive pulley on the guard above it. I spoke with the folks at the service department there they said they were going to take care of it and frankly they never did and then ghosted me. This was 2 years ago I have since learned to fix my own machine as a result. Today I took it apart to try and see if anything needed replacing for the winter and out of the bottom of the machine fell the screw that was stripped and the two washers that went with it. The guy who dropped them in there didn't even bother to retrieve them he just closed everything up and thought everything was fine. Over the past winter my machine would not engage and disengage properly. Probably because those parts got under the break for the auger break and forced it into place causing my belts to burn. I spent most of the winter with an auger that I could not disengage and didn't find this out until today. I can't say enough about learning to fix things yourself because going to Bentley Brothers isn't going to get the job done.
