He came over to us multiple times to tell us things weren't for sale, even though they were on the same shelf/rack/area with other things that were for sale. They've been in business for 115 years and now I can see why! I traveled to this store because they sell a specific brand of furniture I was looking for (Jackson). I called ahead and knew they had the sectional sofa that I was looking for and I wanted to see it in person before I purchased. I was about 90% sure I was going to purchase from them because I owned this couch before but the service that I received from the owner had me sold. Phil was super friendly and was cracking jokes with us. Jim was also very nice and he made us a great deal! Delivery is free even to the Buffalo area, which is something that you don't often receive! This little family owned shop is highly recommended! 5/5 stars all around.
