The only difference is that I didn't have to re-string my umbrella as my broken part was a rubber glide that went into the post track. They had the entire place seriously decked out with Christmas displays and charm. I was amazed until I found out this is an interior designer shop. They do custom personalized work for clients catering to all styles. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable about interior design. Steve is an excellent communicator and even sent me a couple of pictures along the way so I could see the progress. He also went the extra mile and was able to tighten the table up a bit, making it considerably less wobbly. When the job was finished, they said that if the issue comes back Victor Furniture would fix it under warranty. Well... a few months later, the same wrinkle re-appeared. It took multiple calls to get a response from Amanda, their contact. When I told Amanda they originally fixed it, she said we would have to pay AGAIN. Finally, after explaining we were told it was covered from a repair this year, they agreed it was under warranty, but on the service date no one showed up. They I had to spend multiple calls trying to get someone to come out. When they did, they told me that it would be hundreds of dollars to fix. I'm really disappointed with their service.

My wife recently received a voicemail from Oaks Roofing & Siding/Graves Brothers Home Improvement about how their parent company, Oaks Inc, had recently purchased Ben's Appliance, Kitchen and Bath. There are a couple of problems here. We never signed up for phone call advertisements and the roof that Graves Brothers Home Improvement installed immediately leaked water and they never repaired it. There is no doubt in my mind that prices will go up and quality of service will decline under Oaks' ownership- I've experience it first hand(check out that review sometime).
