The prices are fair, and depending on the day, they can have them ready in about an hour (sometimes even faster), which beats waiting days like other spots. A few times a year, usually around the holidays but sometimes other times too they run a buy-one-get-one-free deal. Definitely worth checking out, but I'd give them a quick call first to confirm when it's happening. They also have a punch card program, and I grabbed a knife bag for $5 that's totally worth it. All in all, it's a solid neighborhood hardware store-with friendly staff, fair prices, and plenty of parking in the strip mall area.

Usually all of your bits and bobs are in stock. Seasonal items are often available earlier. The store is easy to navigate and always has a staff member in sight of the popular sections. I've never had an issue purchasing or returning at this location and most of the employees remember me because of my frequent visits. This location is a lot easier to get to than Henrietta or Irondiquoit and has a lot less traffic. I recommend before visiting, use the Home Depot App to check if things are in stock. It is usually spot on. The staff is always willing to help or find someone who can. Some of the staff are a little quirky in their humor, so as always be kind and rewind.

I'm sure his replacement is also great but I haven't experienced that, yet. I'll keep shopping here. If you know that you need an assistance from a staff member then make sure to go during the week M-F between 8am to 5pm to be able to get their best help.
