Unfortunately a fire occurred in the kitchen area in the main unit (#1) of a four-plex I own, however luckily no one was hurt. I searched through Buildzoom to find a contractor to repair the Unit. Buildzoom sent 4 contractors to visit the site and provide estimates. After the evaluation process, I selected Tony Tran Construction. He was the only contractor to send a detailed estimate which accurately included every item that needed to be replaced/repaired. He clearly put in his time and was serious about the bid. I appreciated Tony's humble demeanor and great knowledge about construction. The City building department required a shared firewall with an adjacent apartment (#2) to be updated Fire Rate Drywall Code. Tony drew the plan himself and got it approved of the City of Cupertino. They had to remove the existing 1/2" drywall between Unit # 1 and # 2 and replace them with 5/8" fire rated drywall. In that process, Tony had to remove Kitchen Cabinets and Countertop and demolish the bathtub/shower enclosure. When I just reminded Tony that we wanted to replace the Bathtub with Kohler Cast Iron tub one day and the very next morning Tony delivered the tub to the job site. The demolition was done very fast. I asked Tony to remove the Kitchen Cabinets and save them to re-use later. The Old tile countertop was demolished. Tony installed 5/8" plywood as the underlayment for the Quart Countertop and he didn't charge any extra. The new Quartz Countertop with full backsplash was installed with precision, I hardly can notice the joint lines. I asked him to install a sink setter, and it was done to my satisfaction. I was impressed with the workmanship on the wall tiles that he made in the bathroom. The tiles and grout lines were perfectly straight. Tony asked his workers to apply compound on the bathroom walls to make them smooth before painting. The entire apartment was done beautifully, and I thank Tony for his commitment, thoroughness and attention to the details. Furthermore, the best part was all inspections passed the very first time. I am very happy working with Tony. His team is extremely efficient and gets everything done quickly and perfectly. An honest and hard-working team like Tony is hard to find. If you are looking for a contractor who can fulfill your tasks on time and on budget. Tony Tran is the one. I can't wait for him to repair Apartment # 1! read more

My parents-in-law are getting older, so my husband and I decided to build an ADU in our backyard so we could take better care of them. Unfortunately, we hired a bad contractor at first. He promised to complete the project in 5 to 6 months, but after 4 months, he hadn't even finished half the work and ended up abandoning the job entirely. We interviewed three contractors to take over, and we ultimately chose Tony Tran Construction. We immediately felt we could trust Tony, and his estimate was the most reasonable of the three. Tony went above and beyond for us. He handled all the extra administrative work with the city to transfer the permits. He and his foreman, Ben, and his whole team put in a lot of effort to fix the previous contractor's mistakes so we could pass city inspections. Tony and Ben were remarkably patient throughout the process, and once his team took over, every single inspection passed on the first try. When it came time to select interior materials--from kitchen cabinets, countertops, and shower panels to tile flooring, doors, vanities, and vinyl planks--Tony personally took my husband and me shopping. His expertise saved us a major headache when my husband ordered an electric water heater from Home Depot; Tony immediately pointed out that it wouldn't pass code in San Jose and advised us to switch to a heat pump water heater. As a licensed contractor, he truly knows the local city codes inside and out. Working with Tony and his team was a wonderful experience. His crew is hardworking, skilled, and responsible. We are thrilled with the finished ADU and so relieved the project is complete. After everything we went through, our biggest takeaway is how crucial it is to hire a trustworthy contractor, and you can trust Tony! We strongly recommend Tony Tran Construction for any home building or remodeling project! read more

Testimonial for Tony Tran Construction Our family purchased a duplex in San Jose last year as a rental investment property. We were very happy with the rental income, and because the property had a nice-sized backyard, we decided to build an ADU to further increase its value and income potential. We searched through Yelp to find a contractor who could help us with everything from the design process to obtaining permits from the City of San Jose. We wanted a contractor who could turn our vision into reality without unnecessary headaches or complications--and that was not too much to ask. We interviewed three contractors before meeting Tony and ultimately selected him for our project. Trust and honesty are extremely important to our family. What immediately set Tony apart was his calm, professional manner and his honesty. From our first meeting, we felt that we could trust him. Tony operates a small company, which we really appreciated because he was our primary point of contact throughout the project. We never had to go through a receptionist, manager, or superintendent just to get answers to our questions. Tony brought in his designer, Jimmy Dinh, to help us develop the ADU layout. He also immediately submitted an application to PG&E for a new 100-amp electrical panel. Tony explained that obtaining power from PG&E was one of the most critical parts of the project--and his experience proved to be absolutely right. Tony also handled the inspection scheduling. As we learned, San Jose has many construction projects but not enough inspectors, and the normal waiting period for an inspection can be three to four weeks. Tony scheduled our inspections well in advance, which helped us avoid unnecessary delays. Once Tony obtained the permit from the City of San Jose, his team began the foundation footings the very next day. One thing we particularly appreciated was that his crew worked six days a week and stayed with our project until it was completed. We never experienced the frustration of having workers constantly leave our project to work somewhere else. Working with Tony and his team was truly a pleasure. We never had arguments or major problems, and there was always a positive atmosphere throughout the construction process. Ben, Tony's partner and superintendent, supervised the entire project. His knowledge and experience in construction were exceptional. We always felt that our project was in very capable hands. Communication was another one of Tony's greatest strengths. Whenever we had a question or concern, Tony responded to our calls or text messages promptly. We felt very fortunate to have selected him as our contractor. He genuinely cares about his customers and consistently goes the extra mile to make sure they are satisfied. Tony even accompanied our family when we went shopping for materials. He patiently helped us select everything from kitchen cabinets and shower panels to the bathroom vanity, toilets, vinyl flooring, interior doors, sliding glass doors, and floor tiles. He personally guided us toward quality choices and helped us take advantage of his contractor discounts, which saved us money. When the project was completed, our family was extremely happy with the results. The new ADU exceeded our expectations. We love everything about it--from the beautiful kitchen and backsplash to the bathrooms, flooring, doors, and painting. The finished unit is beautiful, comfortable, and functional, and we are very proud of our new rental property. Even more importantly, our tenants absolutely love the ADU. They enjoyed living there so much that they decided to extend their lease for another six months. They told us they never expected to find a brand-new rental that was so beautiful and comfortable. We would like to sincerely thank Tony and his entire team for all the hard work, care, professionalism, and personal attention they put into our project. If you are considering building an ADU or taking on a major construction project, we would not hesitate to recommend Tony Tran Construction. We are very happy that we chose Tony, and we would gladly work with him again. Thank you very much, Tony, for everything you and your team did for our family. Tony Tran and his workers created a Dream Kitchen and a beautiful downstairs bathroom for my wife and me. We were referred to by our neighbor who had her entire home renovation done by Tony and his team. We saw the beautiful and perfect workmanship at our friend 's home and we were glad that Tony and his wonderful team were able to start our project in his busy schedule. Tony is a very responsive and accommodating contractor. He came with us to the Cabinet store when we picked out the Cabinets for the Kitchen. He took us to KZ Kitchen where we could buy the Countertops for the Kitchen and Bedrosian for the tiles in the bathroom and he passed his Contractor Discount for everything we bought which was a nice surprise for us. What separates Tony from other contractors is his dedication to making sure my wife and I are totally satisfied with his service. He asked his workers to pay attention to the details, and the outcome was better than we expected. He told us that he and his workers will continue working on our project without job hopping which was great since that helped finish the project sooner. Tony and his workers have been very professional and extremely skilled. Any issues that would come up would be fixed quickly with great results! Working with Tony has been a pleasant experience. He always answers our phone calls or texts promptly. He has a solution to any questions or anything we wanted. To make the new kitchen electrical requirement to the city code, Tony had to upgrade the old sub-panel to a bigger size and run Electrical wirings to the kitchen area. Our Family room was dark, and we asked Tony for his advice. Tony had to cut sheetrock to run the Electrical wirings to the family room. Tony installed 6 new LED recessed lights and replaced all ceiling lights in the kitchen area with new LED recessed lights with dimmers. Now, our Family room and kitchen are very bright when we turn on the lights. Our island was too close to the refrigerator. We asked Tony to move it out 4". He complied and replaced old tiles around the island without charging us any money. The downstairs bathrooms were remodeled with precision workmanship. Tony recommended to install 2 new Electrical outlets: 1 for the lighted mirror and 1 for the bidet if needed in future. He also recommended buying Lighted Mirror at Amazon, and we loved the new mirror. The tile work on the floor and the shower walls is methodically placed with even symmetrical spaces. My wife and I were extremely happy with the beautiful results. Our entertainment cabinets was old Oak frame. We asked Tony if it can be painted so it matches our new cabinet color and he made it happen! Now we have a beautiful kitchen and family room. My wife and I would highly recommend Tony Tran Construction for any home remodeling because you are guaranteed quality workmanship with supremely talented workers. Tony has everything and you won't be disappointed. One more note about Tony's character: we had some extra Tiles that we asked Tony to return. Bedrosian charged 25% restocking fee of $290. We were surprised to get back the whole amount from him. You can't find many Contractors that have a Great Heart like Tony! read more

Had Tony did my remodel for the kitchen. Did a fantastic job accommodating for all the existing conditions and making it all come together. Extremely fair pricing and absorbing cost that other contractors would ask for change orders. Great to work with and cares about quality and customer satisfaction over profit. Will be working with him again on future remodels. read more

Tony and his talented team did an outstanding job on our two-story, 1000 sq ft ADU in Santa Clara. Tony and his foreman, Binh, were amazing, staying on task, keeping us informed and involving us at every decision point. Tony has assembled a team of highly capable artisans for every situation. Demolition, site prep, foundation, framing, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, cabinetry, hardscaping, they did it all, working well with the City of Santa Clara to get our project fully permitted. There were obstacles as you might expect from such a large project, but no unhappy surprises. In fact, Tony helped us avoid costly re-work by staying on top of each phase, including finding a minor discrepancy in the setback that we were able to resolve with the City. I highly recommend Tony Tran Construction! read more

We hired Tony to remodel our home. The kitchen was very old and needed a makeover. Everything was in the original condition. Everything: From popcorn ceiling removal to the remodel of 2 bathrooms and convert a half bath to a full bath and replaced old kitchen to a modern style, removed dry rot trims, painting interior and exterior. Replaced floor coverings with Engineered Hardwood floor, installed recessed lighting all over the house. Converted a window into a french door. As we liked natural light Tony installed Skylights. We interviewed 15 Licensed Contractors and finally found Tony Tran Construction online. He came, presented his plan for the innovation and his estimate was reasonable. We were immediately sold. Tony is a man of his words. The finish was amazing. Tonys team led by Ben started at 8am in the morning and very often stayed late into 6 or 7pm. They worked 6 days a week and like Tony's promise, they never left our home until everything finished. Tony is very professional, polite and has calm ways to accomplish things. He and his workers paid a particular detail in everything they do. When we gave him instructions to our liking, He and his workers followed exactly was told. We ordered a Custom Cabinets. Tony and his team led by Ben installed them with perfect precision. Thank you, Tony, for the great job you and your crew did for us. We recommend Tony to any homeowner for any remodel. read more

TLDR: Hire Tony because he is a great professional with a lot of experience, a responsible person who won't leave you hanging, and is reasonable with cost. I plan to hire Tony for all other serious remodeling work from now on. We hired Tony's team around Spring of 2021 to do an entire kitchen remodel. His team is great to work with. If a team doesn't do well with a particular task, he will get a more specialized team to work on the task. He treated our kitchen as if it was his own. He is meticulous with details and has decades of experience under his belt. His teams (yes, he has teams of people), are kind and reasonable. They are hard-working, experienced, and are receptive to feedback. They always listened when we had a particular concern, minor or major. Tony was very accommodating. He would constantly listen to our feedback and accept input on how to make the process better. For instance, when I mentioned that I wanted to minimize construction dust, he immediately set up tents of 6-mil plastic barriers using Zipwall barriers. We then added intake and exhaust fans to blow away construction dust. Tony is a responsible and honorable person. In our project, we ran into an incident where the quartz subcontractor wasn't experienced with inset cabinets. That subcontractor cut a mitered edge that was too long and stretched too far for inset cabinets. It was clear and apparent both to us and to Tony that the subcontractor didn't cut the slab specifically for inset cabinets and, furthermore, the subcontractor was very sloppy with his work. The subcontractor left burn marks on the cabinets by using dull wood blades, damaged the cabinets, and left glue on the cabinets without cleaning up. These are Crystal cabinets and were over 30 grand in cost. It was a shame, to say the least. Tony immediately rectified the situation by getting new slabs and getting another subcontractor, from Baystone, to re-do the work. Furthermore, he found a specialist to repair the cabinets, and another specialist to fix the cabinet paint. Other contractors would leave you hanging and this event would probably have ended up in court. But, Tony not only recognized the problem, but he made sure to fix the problem right away. Although we had to wait an extra 6 weeks (and used the laundry room for the additional 6 weeks), Tony made sure we were happy, even though he took a loss for that part of the project. Tony is an honorable person and made sure that our project was completed correctly to make us happy. Tony and team were great to work with. Feel free to contact me if you need to get more details. I plan to hire Tony for all other serious remodeling work from now on. Tony helped us with our remodeling needs from Aug 2022 - May 2023. We had a major full house remodeling including plumbing, electrical, flooring throughout the house and layout changes in the master. I found Tony to be extremely responsive and helpful. He accommodated a lot of my extra changes and found creative ways to address them. His crew is one of the best I've seen in my homeownership experience so far. Tony's clear communication, unmatched work ethics and pleasant personality is exactly what a homeowner needs when investing months of effort, money and time in converting a house to a home. I'm very glad that Tony & his team were available to work on my property! I purchased a 100+ years fixer upper and only had few months to fix it. I tried to find several contractors before closing and found Tony online. He invited me to a house in Santa Clara that he just finished. I really liked what I saw. A wide open kitchen; the workmanship was terrific and the material selections were better than the model home. Tony has a calm manner and he made me feel that he is the contractor that I can trust. I invited many contractors & subcontractors to inspect the house to get a bid. What I like about Tony is that he gave me an honest assessment. He was the only contractor who inspected the house and right away brought up the concerns about the foundation. He explained that the cracks in the interior & exterior walls were due to the foundation, and unless we fix the foundation first, we might have further issues later (especially with tiling). The old house, as expected, had a bunch of issues in addition to the foundation (some were mentioned in the Seller Home Inspection booklet, but some came as a surprise). The house has mostly plaster walls, as opposed to dry walls. And this, my friend, is tough to work with. Some contractors would just shudder to see a plaster walls. The laundry & bathroom floors got dry rot and had to be replaced. The electrical outlets & switches had no ground so Tony had his team to open the plaster walls & rewire the whole house. (Not to mention adding a subpanel and generous number of electrical outlets to bring it up to code.) I wanted to open the space for the living area. I didn't know how difficult that was, but I just knew I wanted it open. Initially my architect wasn't sure if there was a beam that was long enough for it, so I didn't put much hope. But Tony came to the rescue! He found a beam that was perfect for it, and he could make it invisible so that the Living Area became truly open (at a reasonable price and very fast too!) As other homeowners (I suppose), I had a change of mind few times about one thing and another during the construction. Such as, when I realized installing Gas Washer Dryer would cost me at least 1000$ extra (as opposed to installing an Electric W&D) and it was toward the end of the project, ie less money in the bank left (LOL). But Tony was very understanding and often offered me Change of Orders at his cost to save me money. During the construction I also realized that I really wanted a media box, ie flush box where I can hide all of my modem, router, and cables. Tony's team accommodated it kindly, and now my house is wired with CAT6 Gigabit ethernet (I guess, thanks to ATT, too). I really appreciate how Tony's team always works on my house continuously, 6 days a week, from start to finish. I mean, this is my first major renovation work, but my friends, who have had bad experiences with other contractors, were very impressed at how fast they worked and how they always have people working on the house. Francis was the superintendent for the job, and he worked with Son on most days. Both were very easy to work with. They always did things the right way, neat, and exceeded expectation. They also gave me a lot of good inputs to help me make many decisions on the house & even choose some of the finishes. I am extremely happy that I picked Tony Tran Construction to oversee my project. House renovation is stressful as it is and working with a contractor team that gives you peace of mind is definitely priceless. If you are looking for a Contractor who has passion, has a great heart and cares about his customers, and gets your project done on time and on budget, you should contact Tony. Tony is the Best Contractor in the Bay Area. The Best of the Best . I would definitely recommend him to my friends. read more

Had received high praise from a neighbor but after 100 days of chasing after Tony (Mar 24 to July 4) couldn't get him to give us an estimate on a hardwood floor refinishing & repair job after repeated promises of "I am busy", "my guy is out of the country since Covid", "I have a wedding in Cleveland", "I am going to send the estimate to you by this evening" we finally gave up and moved on. read more

We like Tony and his team a lot. We have three small children and a dog, so it was important that they were very professional and cleaned up after themselves daily. They were very diligent in taping, lining and or covering entry ways, doors, and windows to help prevent much of that construction dust from flowing through the rest of the house. I like how they didn't leave their tools laying around after they've left for the day. It helped kept our children safe. We trusted them as we came and gone during the remodeling of our kitchen and family room while they worked. They were respectful to our home, children and neighborhood. To boot, when they had to leave doors open to air out, bring in, or what not, they knew to keep an eye on our dog so she wouldn't wonder off. I would totally recommend Tony to friends and family, and in fact I have already started referring them to Tony. The only downside is how busy Tony is and to get on his calendar, but that's how it is when you do really good quality work and do it well! We articulated our vision of what we wanted as best we could and Tony was able to translate that with their work. We were able to better utilized our home's layout with the breakfast nook/bar, kitchen island to share our day's UPs and downs over a glass of wine or something stronger, and a fireplace that is actually functional for us. We moved back into the kitchen and family room and life is beautiful! read more

My husband and I chose Tony Tran Construction because we appreciated the connection he made with us on our initial meeting. He took us to a beautifully remodeled home that he was finishing up on and we were able to speak with that home owner who expressed her satisfaction with Tony and his team. Our project continued during the unexpected challenges of the pandemic but Tony was always easy to contact and available throughout the project. Our project consisted of a kitchen remodel, new living area, Loft space, and new master suite. Our home originally was very dark and had 8ft ceilings throughout. The new construction consists of vaulted ceilings and several skylights and sun-tunnels. Our home has now become bright and open which we love. There were several change orders made but Tony generously helped us stay within our budgets. We decided to fix an existing bathroom shower which Tony kindly did at his cost, saving us significantly. Tony and his team had many suggestions throughout the project, suggesting retailers and locations to look at materials which were always so helpful. Tony has a great team of workers, from electrical to custom stairs we were really able to connect and see great craftsmanship. An added surprise which is a great example of Tony's honesty and great customer service is he dropped by to give us the CDDD waste deposit from the City of San Jose of $1,131 from when the Permit was pulled. We forgot about this deposit and counted it as a loss but Tony came through! A remodel of this scale had its challenges but Tony really did make it a great experience. Tony always spoke about wanting to make sure we had a pleasant experience throughout this remodel and he worked hard to make that happen. We have and will continue to recommend Tony Tran Construction to anyone looking for a quality contractor. read more

Tony has an artistic vision and we let him choose all finished materials from tiles, shower panels in the bathrooms to kitchen cabinets and countertops. Tony Tran and his team did an Awesome job on my smart home kitchen remodel and I could not be Happier! Being a DIYer, I typically try to do all the renovations myself being that I'm EXTREMELY OCD about the details, workmanship and knowing I can probably do it just as good or better in some case. Also, to avoid the inevitable headache, cost and disappointment when the contractor does not deliver the expected result! However, this remodel was just way too big which included my entire second floor that need walls knocked down, totally new kitchen, living room, and stair case, and my wife didn't want it to drag on for years, like my last outdoor kitchen project . So I began the months long search for a contractor that will have the same vision, passion, and quality of workmanship that I would do at fair price! No too much to ask right! I'm so lucky I found Tony and his team. His mild manner and easy-going attitude made him a pleasure to work with. This also extended to the guys doing the work. They were all professional, and exhibited the quality of work and attention to detail that every homeowner should DEMAND! About the tradesmen, Chinh, the foreman, was great. He knew he was in trouble the first day when I broke out my digital level checking the plumb and level of the beams, framing and windows, they put in . I was probably the most discerning homeowner in terms of a "back seat contractor" they have ever seen with hundreds of question and endless changing of plans or coming up with new bright ideas. But Chinh and his team answered every single one and never made me feel like I am being annoying or unrealistic which I can be sometimes. As I got to know them more and vice versa, we began to joke over my "over involvement" with every detail. I'm sort of a control freak when it comes to people working on my house, but it made it a very enjoyable working environment if you're an "involved in the details" type of home owner as myself. They accommodated all my design ideas for exact placement of lights, outlets and switches, down to moving walls in/out a few inches for my TV, speakers, and various Alexa smart home devices without any trouble. I also learned a great deal more than I though I would which as an added bonus. Tu, who did my floors and stairs case did an awesome job and came on weekends to for the labor-intensive staining and finishing processes. Tabo who did a fantastic job fabricating my elaborate LED backlite diamond crystal quartzite countertops which took a lot of time to fabricate with precise cuts for the sinks and faucet holes already cut into my LED panel. I could go on and on, but you get the picture. These are highly professional tradesmen who more importantly take pride in their work! In my experience having had many contractors work on various projects around my home, I've realized that very seldom do contractors meet the very high bar I set for myself when building something with the passion and love that only a homeowner can give, hence I resorted to doing many of the projects myself. However, I have found a team that can produce something that is worthy of my extremely high standards, and if they can satisfy my OCD-ness than surely a normal homeowner will be just as blown away as I have been. Tony is not the cheapest out there, that is because he pays his guys very well as he should. I found his prices fair and reflect the high quality of work which you will receive. My father being a retired contractor always says, "Good work isn't cheap and Cheap work isn't good" so keep that in mind when selecting a contractor. If you decide to use Tony Tran Construction, you will not be disappointed! You can see my smart home kitchen here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yjeFYrDaGi8 read more

We recently bought a Mobile home. The bathroom had a tiny tub, outdated and the kitchen was small and not enough counter space. This is our first home and finding a trustworthy contractor was our main concern. We contacted Tony after viewing his wonderful reviews online. Tony told us that he was a contractor with the City of San Jose Mobile Home Rehabilitation program and he has renovated more than 175 Mobile homes from 2005 to 2010. After talking to Tony, we were sold. There was no need to have another bid from other contractor. Tony has his calm way for us to trust him as our contractor and he truly delivered what he promised and beyond. The scope of works were as follows: 1. Change tub to shower stall. 2. Replace galvanized water pipes to copper. 3. Replace vanity, sink, faucet, toilet and floor in bathroom. 4. Remove existing kitchen cabinets and extend the kitchen area. 5. Replace switches with Smart and Remote Control switches. 6. Replace dry rot staircases and landing in front and the side of the Mobile Home. 7. Replace single pane sliding glass door with a Double Door. We asked Tony to finish our project on April 30th, so we can move in. He and his workers finished on April 23th, Seven days ahead of promised schedule. We moved in on April 24th and our life was wonderful. The results exceed our expectation. Here is our report for Tony and his team for our project: 1. My wife, my Children and I love our new home. We can't wait to show off our beautiful home to our families and friends. 2. The dry rot staircases and landing were replaced with 2 x4 pressured treated wood and pressure treated plywood. The frames were solidly built and the rails were secured with long screws 3. Andy, Tony's superintendent is the Best Leader. His skill set and attention to details is second to none. Kitchen cabinets were installed perfectly. Doors were adjusted evenly and straight. He used Quartz materials to make a nice window sill. Backsplash tiles were installed asymmetrically especially around the window. Tony asked his worker to relocate the gas line in order to install the new gas range without charging us extra. Now my wife has a long counter space to cook. 4. Tony asked his worker to run 2 new Dedicated Electrical lines for Microwave and bathroom at his cost to save us money. 5. For the bathroom: Tony was able to extend the depth of the shower stall so we have ample space. He asked his worker to remove the panels and replaced with sheetrocks. He used tiles on walls and floor exactly same with his Custom Home Build near Lynbrook High School in Cupertino. Tony also bought a Shower Panel Tower that has a rainfall shower and a handheld shower head. It also has 3 body massage sprays. We don't even know this luxury system exists. As a matter of fact, My daughter jumped in joy when she saw the finished bathroom. 6. Tony recommended that we pay extra for the Bidet. My wife and my daughter love these extravaganza and luxury features. It also has a blue LED around the seat so we don't have to turn on the light using the toilet at night 7. Our Kitchen and Bathroom were so beautiful and no longer looks like the Mobile Home. We had so many praises from our family members and friends during the construction. 8. Tony has an artistic vision. We asked him to select all finished materials for us. 9. Even though our budget is much much less and can't compared to his $1,000,000 project but Tony treated us equally with respect and workmanship. You can't find contractor with Integrity and Care like Tony. 10. We received so many praises from the Manager of the Mobile Park and Neighbors about our new beautiful Mahogany double door. It is gorgeous. 11. Another attribute we need to mention. Tony and his team work only one job at a time. We had his team worked 6 days a week to finish 7 days ahead of schedule. 12. Overall, we are extremely happy working with Tony. If you are looking for an honest and trustworthy contractor. Tony Tran is the one. Thanks Tony for everything you did on our home. The result was outstanding. Our new home looks better than the Model Mobile Home. read more

Tony came to us with very high recommendation from our close friends and he lived up to it 100%. We had our home remodeled from October 22 to February 23. It included complete remodel of our kitchen , 3 bathrooms, replacing all the flooring and painting in and out. I waited for about 6 months to see if there would be any issues but none at all not even small ones. Tony is one of the most kind, honest and helpful person I know and to find this in a contractor is something else. He answered all my novice questions no matter how small with patience till I understood it. He would respond to anything very promptly. All his subcontractors were also very helpful and prompt. He was very upfront about the expenses and if anything changed from his estimates he explained and consulted with us before going ahead. Even though he was not well during the first few weeks of our renovation, he was always in touch with us and kept a close eye on the work being done. He accommodated my work schedule to meet with me early morning or late evening to update with work being done. I can honestly say that I could not have done this without him and would recommend him for any construction work without hesitation for the value, quality and the integrity with which he and his team did the work. read more

I live with my Mom in her home in San Jose. It was built more than 100 years and the bathroom hasn't been touched for long time, the plaster on walls and ceiling got cracks everywhere. The bathroom was extremely outdated and needed a complete remodel. I contacted Tony after I found him with Great reviews on Yelp.com. My first impression with Tony when he came to our home: he is the contractor that we can trust. After waiting in line for several months, Tony and his screw started the bathroom redo on Monday August 3rd. The first thing they did was lay the canvas tarp to protect our newly refinished wooden floors everywhere they walked. The demolition with the plasters on walls and ceilings took 2 days instead off 1 day according to Tony. His workers also repaired water damaged around the toilet area. Tony found that the water pipes of our home were the original galvanized pipes. He suggested to replace them with Copper Pipes and he offered to do it at his cost to save us money. His workers installed insulation and sheetrock to cover the walls and ceiling around the bathroom. The new texture was finished evenly. Tony suggested that we bought paint samples and painted on the wall so we could select the color. Unfortunately, the color we chose was darker than we like after painting was finished. We asked Tony to re-paint the entire walls in the bathroom. His workers had to put one coat of primer and 2 coats of the lighter color paint. When asked how much I need to pay him for the extra works. Tony said: "I won't charge you even 1 penny". Tony's integrity, generosity and his know how separated him from the pack of the Contractors. He wants to make his works to his Customers' satisfaction which my Mom and I are really appreciated. From the start, Hoang, one of his Superintendent was wonderful and he showed great respect of remodeling our home. He and his helper worked around the clock to finish our bathroom 5 days ahead of schedule on August 22nd. They used Professional Level System which made our surround walls and floor perfectly even and the grout line was perfectly straight. Tony also asked his workers to remove the ugly old Air Register from the wall and relocate it to the floor without charging me extra. I asked Tony to pick up all materials for the bathroom and he always complied and not charging for his time. We were delighted that we picked Tony Tran Construction to take care of our project. Tony is wonderful to work with and he never argued with us. Never, always with smiles and willing to make his Customers happy. We believe this is Tony's best behaviors. If you want to hire a Contractor who is passionate about his works. If you want a contractor who can fulfill your dream without breaking your hearts. Tony Tran is the one that you choose. We can't wait to ask Tony to come back to remodel our kitchen. read more

I wouldn't recommend working with this contractor. First of all he spent over 30 minutes talking about himself in our first meeting. It was annoying to say the least. Then he really wasn't organized in his attempt to do a quote. Finally he was shady because he wanted to do work without a permit. Plus he recommended some incorrect moves in the construction plans. read more

Supremely talented! I worked with Tony and his team for a Full Remodel of my Silicon Valley home and the results were transformational! Custom tile installation, waterfall counters, wood beams - Tony's team does it all, true craftsmen. Finding this kind of world class talent in the Bay Area is unusual. You benefit from the fact that he has a crew of specialists. I needed additional electrical, custom tile in the kitchen and bathroom, and a uniquely framed fireplace. Tony had all of these people. This year my wife and I bought a house knowing that it needed a lot of work. It was in the location we wanted, but as you can see in the before/after pictures had not been renovated and was older home. We found Tony through Buildzoom after meeting with several contractors. We chose Tony after he turned around a quote in 2 days, we knew that his work ethic and communication skills would pay off as a partner for our renovation. Tony helped us through the entire process, from permit approval all the way through completion. Tony and his team: · Reconfigured the floor plan to open up the main living space, including taking out a wall and adding support beams · Installed all new electrical, adding many outlets based on our desired location · Replaced all plumbing, and installed a new tankless hot water heater and water softening system · Built a new master bathroom with walk in shower · Refinished existing and installed new wood flooring for a seamless look throughout the house · Replaced all plaster walls with new drywall and insulation, finish and paint · Built a beautiful kitchen, with custom herringbone tile backsplash and installation of new cabinets, a working island, and new countertops · Installed a new HVAC system · Installed recessed lighting throughout · New finishing, inclusive of baseboards, window trims, and doors · Complete renovation of the existing bathroom · Rebuilt the closets in the bedrooms for more storage · Repaired exterior stucco, installed trim, and painted the exterior · Repaired our fence gate We now basically have a brand-new house, and although this was the first time we went through a home project of this size Tony and his team made the process seamless. Not only did they do quality work, they also completed our project on-time even with multiple huddles arising. The team worked 6 days a week to make sure that renovations were done timely, and my wife and I could move in by the end of August. We really liked working with Tony because of his exceptional communication skills, he responded to texts or phone calls in a timely manner which was very important to us since there are so many decisions to make (and things to buy) when going through a renovation. He really cared about us and our experience with renovating our home. I highly recommend working with Tony Tran Construction and plan to use Tony and his team again for future projects. read more

We hired Tony to remodel the kitchen in our new house. To summarize, he's been phenomenal. He has best in class employees who worked round the clock for 2 weeks to complete the project. After a while, we completely went with his suggestions whether it was material or installation ideas. His work is very high quality. We've received so many compliments on the kitchen especially the craftsmanship. There were other small things in the house and kitchen which he repaired for free and never charged for anything extra. We will be hiring him for future remodeling work which includes remodeling bathrooms and living room. He's the best! read more

RECENT UPDATED REVIEW: Tony transformed our tiny kitchen into a wide open and eye catching kitchen in June 2017. He removed 3 loaded bearing walls to create a wide open space. He added a sub-floor on our sunken family room to make it even with the kitchen floor. He also demolished the wood burning Fireplace and replace it with an Electric Fireplace. We asked him to install a very large tile on the floor, the size is 24" x 48" and it is extremely heavy. He used The Pro-Level System and the tiles were laid perfectly even with perfect straight grout lines. The workmanship was Top Notch and the new kitchen looks marvelous. We have been enjoyed our new home remodeling. Last week, 1 of the recessed light burnt out and we found 3 rats in the laundry room. My wife is really afraid of rats. She immediately contacted Tony. He came, replaced the light and closed the opening of the sewage line to prevent the rats coming back. When we asked how much we owed him, Tony said " You don't owe me anything. It is my pleasure working with you and Linda ". The warranty was gone since it is more than 1 years ago. Not only he replaced the light, he even gave us 2 more spare lights to boot, He also showed me how to change the light if any burn out in the future. He did extra work and not charging us even a penny. Tony's customer service is the Best in Business and it shows Tony's care about his customers. If you don't want headache and get your home remodeling on time and on budget. Tony Tran Construction will be the right choice for you and you won't be disappointed. read more

This review is overdue due to Covid-19 pandemic time. We made a mistake hiring a Bad Contractor to remodel our kitchen. The workmanship was so horrible that we couldn't stand it anymore and wanted to change. We got referral for our friend Tina and she spoke highly of Tony. Tony came to our home and the first thing he said:" I am so sorry to see this happening". My mother and I felt that we could trust Tony to make our dream kitchen comes true. What we liked about Tony's team was they worked 6 days a week and continue until the project finished. Never job hopping which means we had his team for our home all the time. Working with Tony and his team has been a pleasure experience. Tony said: " Home addition and remodeling should be a very pleasant experience " and he truly kept his words. Communication has been a strong point for our project. Whenever my Mom and I had any issue or question, Tony always responded to our texts right away. We had a regular meeting at 10AM every Saturday. Tony showed us what had been done last week and his plan for next week. We felt that Tony, my Mom and I have been all working together toward the Main Goal: Get our kitchen done on time and on budget. Tony and his team's Quality of the Workmanship was the Best in Construction Business. My Mom and I were extremely happy with the outcome of our project. It has exceeded our expectation. Tony suggested to have waterfall edge on the countertop. It really makes a difference. Their precision workmanship has been outstanding and we couldn't be happier. As matter of fact, we liked Tony and his team so much and we asked him to Remodel our Bathroom; we wanted to replace a tub with shower stall with new vanity and it has been a favorite point for our family and friends. Our New Bathroom is so beautiful and we have been enjoying our showers. My mother always wanted to extend the Living Room and we were glad that Tony and his team can fulfill her dream. Tony was able to extend the Living Room, add a Porch in front of the house and installed a canvas canopy over the kitchen window. We just had the Easter Party a couple week ago and all members of our family were very impressed with the workmanship. We felt that we were lucky to select Tony as our Contractor. He has a passion to go extra miles to make his Customers Happy. Tony has an amazing team, Trust us, you won't be disappointed when you hire Tony for your project. Thank you for everything Tony! read more

Despite all the wonderful reviews here, don't know how, this business owner is not professional and lack of common courtesy in my opinion. Tony apparently was matched through BuildZoom for my ADU project. I returned his call the same day and spoke with him briefly about the details of my project. He requested for my addr and said he'd call back. I texted him right away and never saw a text or heard back from him since. This was in June. The ability to follow through and communicate is crucial in doing business whether you want the job or not.. Tony failed at that let alone performing the job.. it's amazing to read these reviews since my experience was drastically different.. just FYI *** I just rolled through all the reviews and found the one from Average J.. I actually believe him.. don't waste ur time with this business.. extremely unprofessional and not clientele oriented! read more

Tony Tran added a new bathroom to our house and remodeled our kitchen. I have worked with many contractors over the last 15 years and Tony is by far the BEST. His prices are VERY FAIR, his work is outstanding and he is very timely & prompt. The best part is that he always answers his phone. Always. Tony has superb attention to detail and will not leave any small thing unfinished. I would give him instructions on how we wanted things, and he would do exactly as told. No confusion and great execution, which is rare for a contractor. I remember working with other contractors and being disappointed in the final outcome. Tony has an amazing crew - everything from plumbing, electrical, flooring, painting and general construction is covered. Tony also handled the city permitting & inspection process without any extra costs or headaches. He knows his way around city rules and regulations and was able to get us approvals without a single hitch. Tony does not nickel and dime you - he takes care of small things without being told. He noticed that the bathroom door will not match the adjacent door, so he put in a new door - for free. He noticed we have a leaky water main valve - fixed, also for free. As our job was wrapping up we asked for a few small things here and there and he willingly obliged. Remove an old ceiling fan, move the old fridge to the garage - he did it all with a smile - no complaints ever. We were VERY happy working with Tony and highly recommend him to anyone looking to remodel. You will not be disappointed. read more

A whole house remodel can be quite a daunting task but our house was ready for one. We hired Mr. Tony Tran as our main contractor for the job and that was one of the best decisions we took. We interviewed and took quotes from quite a few other contractors but Tony shone primarily because of his pleasing personality and competitive bid. This wasn't definitely a most flawless project and hiccups did happen but Tony was not only understanding but very easy to deal with. Tony has the nicest crew in the business, I must say. They were a pleasure to deal with and very good at their craft. Also, important to note is that COVID-19 broke out during the remodel and there was a delay in the project. Tony and we spoke and agreed on a revised deadline to complete the project and Tony actually made the house "move back-in ready" a week before the deadline. We love the end result of the interior of our house and everything was well worth it. I have to admit this was a very challenging project we undertook but we're very glad that we hired Mr. Tony Tran. He is an absolute gentleman and a thorough professional. Highly recommended !! read more

Our project was a full renovation of our 3 story townhouse: originally built in the mid-80's, and literally everything needed updating. Removing soffits in the kitchen and bathrooms to raise the ceilings, installing hardwood floors throughout, refinish walls and ceilings to level 5 (goodbye unsightly stucco), complete redo of the kitchen and bathrooms, recessed lighting throughout the house, new stair railing and banisters, installing a whole house fan, upgrading our sub-panel, replacing all the doors, etc. We also had some structural work done, such as tearing down a dividing wall, building out a master bedroom walk-in closet, and building a pony wall by our entry way. And of course, all the issues you didn't plan on, such as ceilings and walls that aren't level, changes in design plans, etc. Tony and his crew did all the work, from demo to installation of all finished materials and fixtures, and I have to say that they did an outstanding job - the finished product exceeded our expectations. We trusted Tony to execute our 'once in a lifetime' home remodel, and he did not disappoint. If you're in the market for home remodeling, one of the most important decisions you'll make is in selecting a contractor to oversee and execute your project. While we had been planning our remodel for some time, finding the right contractor was for us the most difficult part. We eventually turned to BuildZoom for some help, and were able to narrow the field to four contractors, including Tony. We visited project sites for all four to review their work and speak with clients, and were confident that all four were qualified. What set Tony apart from the others however was his genuine nature, the pride he exuded in his work and going the extra mile, and the importance he placed on customer satisfaction. Over the course of our project we were in constant communication with Tony and his crew. Weekly meetings on site with Tony and our designer, and ad-hoc meetings as needed - sometimes quite frequently. Whether it was Tony or someone on his team, they were always available and responsive. It gave us great peace of mind to know that if there was ever an issue, we would be able to work through it immediately. And of course with a project of this scope, there will be issues. What matters though is how issues are handled. With Tony, if you're concerned then he's concerned. And if you're not satisfied, then neither is he. He will go the extra mile to make sure you're happy, and if mistakes are made he'll make them right. A good example was the tile flooring in our powder room. One of his crew mistakenly used a thicker hardi-backer than called for. This didn't become apparent until after the tile floor was finished, and the wood floor outside installed. The two floors were offset by a 1/4" height difference. Working with our designer we came up with a workaround using a stone transition trim. Tony however decided the right thing to do was to re-do the entire powder room floor, at his cost, including purchasing the additional tile needed. Tony takes pride in his work product, and it shows. Also requiring recognition is Tony's outstanding team. I have to believe he has some of the best in the trade working for him, and they were all very professional and easy to work with. Tu and Loc were there almost every day and installed most of our fixtures, the electrical, kitchen backsplash and fireplace tiles, lights, etc., Andy installed our kitchen cabinets, baseboards, and casings, Marcos did the tile work in our bathrooms, Tabo fabricated our natural stone countertops and waterfall island, Jenny painted throughout the house, (another) Tu crafted the stair railing and banisters, and Alfonso did the level 5 work. Given the duration of our project it's important that you're able to work well with the team, and I'm happy to say we got to know them all by name and genuinely enjoyed working with them. As you would hope, they all cared about their work product and our satisfaction. Overall, we're very happy we found Tony and had him on our project. His integrity, know-how, and emphasis on a job well done make all the difference. That, and the excellent team he has assembled around him. We would highly recommend him for any of your remodeling needs. read more

We recently had Tony Tran Construction work on opening up our kitchen & living room into one big open space. Tony took the time to visit us multiple times before we finalized the contract and helped us draw the kitchen plan. Also Tony spent time working with City of Livermore plan checker to get the City permit. The scope of work was: 1. Demolition of Fireplace 2. Remove 3 walls separated kitchen and family room 3. Demolition of kitchen cabinets and countertops 4. Upgrade Electrical panel tpp00Ade to a bigger panel to add 6 dedicated lines in kitchen required by the City of Livermore 5. Replace existing floor coverings with Pergo 6. Replace florescent lights with LED recessed lights Tony & team carefully installed plastic to cover the hallways to prevent Construction dust flowing to the bedrooms, demolitions were finished quickly. We had a huge window on the side of the sink and no place for Electrical outlets. Alicia, the Livermore Inspector suggested Tony to install over counter Electrical outlets. Tony didn't buy the cheap units which cost about $50 at Amazon, he instead installed the best of the line unit in Home Depot at $162 per piece. Upon the completion of the project, Tony replaced all Electrical outlets and outlets of kitchen, dining and family rooms to the new design plus the screw-less covers without being asked. We are very happy with the wide open and beautiful kitchen. Tony is very reliable, answers calls and has great vision. Tony and his team work fast and efficient. The workmanship was excellent and compared to Lexus perfection. No single detail got overlooked. I would highly recommend Tony Tran Construction to anyone looking for quality work and on time completion. read more

He did it again! Tony Tran and his crew transformed our 1970s style kitchen into a beautiful modern kitchen with a marvelous waterfall island overlooking our front yard. This is the heart of the home, the kitchen is mostly-used room in the house, so Tony incorporate practical, stylish interiors that stand the test of time into a multi-functional space. My husband and I love the way Tony designs out kitchen layout - it is quite staggering - encompassing the open kitchen-plan, scullery, and a little nook for breakfast. We love the simplicity of the design and how it really captures the quintessentially classic English style, but more importantly, it suits the family's needs perfectly. The labor requires a lot of work from the team, as Tony had to break down a wall between the kitchen and the living room, build up a stronger beam to support the roof, and diligently remove all the old kitchen cabinets that crowded the kitchen layout. He positions the cabinetry in such a way to provide depth and adds brightness to space and more notably, the classic style cabinetry, provide a balance between old and new. The mix of natural materials used to finish off our kitchen like white quartz countertops, wooden objects, and the copper canisters, ultimately transform our kitchen into a clean and contemporary space with an organic feel! My husband and I absolutely love Tony and his crew. They are kind, thoughtful, and efficient. They always wrap up the day by cleaning the house and making sure that they don't leave a mess behind. They have worked hard to transform an old style home into a modern home fills with open space and warmth. We are very grateful and thank you Tony and his crew for all their hard work. They did a fabulous job on our home renovation. Thank you, Tony for making my dream come true. From the bottom of my heart, I am forever grateful that we have met and now enjoying the beautiful home you have built for us as we raise our son and future children up in this beautiful house you created for us. read more

Whole House Renovation It's been way overdue to have the pleasure to write this review. We have a multiple thousands square feet home that needed an overhaul, renovation and remodeling for the entire interior including walls, flooring, lighting, electrical, plumbing, hardware, and bathrooms. Price is no concern but the criteria of our contractor had to be able to start our project in a reasonable time and be able to finish the entire project in three to four months on an agreeable deadline. Needless to say, he needs to meet our high standards and expectations, pay attention to details, have the experience, have good reviews, and be able to tailor to the client's specific needs and demands. From the initial meeting, we found Tony very professional, calm, easygoing, and knowledgeable. He told us he can do whatever we want because he is a contractor, and that's true, because he can help us to fix anything in and out of the house even in the yard and the roof beside the remodeling. One of the best experiences we had working with Tony was you deal with him only as the contractor and owner of the company. We didn't have to deal with receptionist to take messages in a big company and hope the contractor or your point of contact will call you back. Another extremely important attribute was Tony only works on one project at a time. In other words, you have his and his whole crew members attention to work on yours and only your project at the time. We didn't have to worry about nightmares we heard about some contractors working on multiple projects at the same time, so after they started your project they disappeared for a while to work on other projects and let you hang out there for periods of time. We purchased a lot of the items and fixtures ourselves. However, when we needed to find a good vendor for our floor and counter materials, Tony had referred us to wonderful vendors with great selections. At our request, he also kindly accompanied us out of his busy schedule to help us finalize the selections. Icing on the cake was he voluntarily and generously passed on his contractor discounts to us that we never expected and heard of before. We also requested to touch base with Tony on a daily basis which he was more than happy to accommodate. Sometimes he even delayed or skipped his dinner to meet us. He was always available by phone call or text in between. During our project, there were more than a handful of things come up that were unforeseen, and Tony was more than willing to help us to fix. He didn't even charge us for numerous of those projects! When time came to finish up the project on time, Tony even paid his crew extra to work on Sundays and brought in extra personnel to help out to meet the deadline. Needless to say, Tony finished the project on time. The outcome was exquisite and wonderful. We got a lot of great comments from our friends and family. Shortly after the project, one of the small pipes on a new fixture broke and was leaking. We called Tony for help, he sent two of his crew within hours the same day to fix the situation. That's excellent customer service! Tony also said after we settled down, he will come back to touch up scratches or marks on the wall for us. However, life is always so busy and we have yet to contact Tony to take up his offer. Overall, our experience with Tony was extremely smooth and we are more than satisfied. He is professional, yet down to earth, always available and most importantly finished the project on time. He treats us like his family and his crew are easy to work with and are always willing to help and satisfy our requests. We can tell he loves what he does and he cares about his customers. Needless to say, we highly recommend Tony for any contractor works. read more

Tony Tran Construction is a great value in home renovations. Tony's prices are fair and he will, to the best of his abilities deliver on your needs.. His business is his pride and joy so he will go above and beyond to achieve your vision. My project with Tony consisted of a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, windows, interior texture/paint, wall removal, some new drywall/insulation, a sun tunnel and an attic fan. He also relocated my water heater and converted it to a tankless. Tony's team executed my plan well and gave useful tips throughout the decision-making process. He is responsive and readily-available to discuss your concerns anytime throughout the project (including early mornings and late evenings). His team does quality work and does not cut corners. There were several times where the team could have done something simple and quick to address a problem, but they went ahead and did it the long and difficult way to make sure that the solution was proper and would last. I am happy with the results. Renovations involve many moving parts, so planning is key if you want to ensure the project completes in time and to your liking. Identifying early the long lead-time materials and project dependancies is very important. Tony is extremely busy so if you chime in and stay on top of schedules together, your project will be successful. read more

My bathroom was a diy project that got stalled for a long time. When we finally had enough money, we looked for someone who would help us demo the existing floor tiling, tile the shower tub combo, finish drywalling the ceiling, texture the wall/ceiling, install a baseboard, install floor heating, retile the floor, and switch the window in the shower to a more waterproof solution. After browing yelp reviews, we contacted Tony. Working with Tony was a breeze. Every transaction with him has been efficient, easy, and informative. He is very knowledgeable about different solutions for your space and is very supportive of your style. I know of some contractors who will try to persuade you into whatever style they're used to, but not Tony. When I told him about my plans, he just told me to provide the right materials and he would gladly install it for me. Most importantly, HE KEEPS HIS PROMISES. He promised his guys would be dedicated to my project for 10 days straight, and they were! From start to finish, Hoa and Thanh were amazing as well. They were very skilled and efficient at what they did. Quality was an obvious priority for them. They checked in at every step of the way to make sure that I was getting the results I wanted. They were patient enough to try 3 different grouts and scrape them out each time until I was satisfied with the color. It was very stressful for me, but they were so gracious and agreed that the final grout color was worth it. I also overheard a conversation about how they had to recut some tiles because they were just slightly off, without me noticing anything was wrong. That was the moment I realized what a gem Tony Tran Construction was. I was receiving the best quality work possible. The results were BEAUTIFUL!!! The tiling placement in the shower was incredibly symmetrical, even how it wraps around the window. The shower boxes they custom built to my design were perfectly placed. The walls were a flat texture which they had sanded down for hours to perfection. The floor tiles were very incredibly hard to work with (we know because we botched it), but they pulled it off, and they couldn't be any more beautiful! Please refer to my pictures as pictures are worth more than words. Tony and his guys also noticed that there was an error to my bathroom fan installation, so they got the materials to fix the problem, at no extra charge! Tony is obviously concerned about the quality and longevity of his projects and also, the satisfaction of his clients. He is unlike any other contractor I've experienced, and I highly recommend him, wholeheartedly. Beautiful work, Tony! read more

Just got off a call with Tony and he does not do any exterior contact work. I wish this yelp page would have mentioned this.

Did the stairs and some latticework on our 100 year old triple decker quickly and adequately but nothing special. No style. Replaced a period paneled Newell post with something plain and very basic. Stairs look like LEGOs. Had a complaint about a gap left on the post at the top of the stairs that he never followed up on. Gets the job done I guess. read more

This is a review of Tony's work on my parents' kitchen. He started back in early April and finished on schedule. There were a number of unforeseen expenses including termite damage and the work required to fix the resulting structural damage. Nevertheless, Tony and his team did an excellent job in explaining every step of the process and were extremely reliable and honest. The workmanship is excellent, and the results speak for themself. His assistant, Hoa, was also very handy. We are ecstatic with the quality and care that they took with the job, all throughout the process. They even took a great amount of work in cleaning up after the job. This attention to detail throughout the last few weeks made a large renovation project seem like a breeze. Two thumbs up! read more

I can only speak to my interaction with Tony but not about working with him. I called him for an estimate and he was able to meet me the following weekend. He took the time to answer many questions thoroughly. He gave his honest professional advice without sugarcoating what he can or cannot do. We wanted to fix a squeaky floor problem by replacing nails with screws, and he said that the problem is with the cheap particle floorboards. If we're not prepared to replace the whole subflooring layers, it wouldn't be worth our money. He could've easily taken the job and our money but he was honest. I really appreciated it. We decided to hold off on the job. But thank you for the free advice, Tony!! read more
