    Porto Italiano pasta

Went for a date night. It was packed on a rainy Saturday. The ambiance was Italian family style. The drinks were great with generous alcohol pours. The food was just okey. I have never seen runny risotto. There were some spaghetti strands mixed in my pasta which they were open to redo. The dessert tiramisu was good. And service was prompt.

Our whole family loved this place while we were in town. We've found that the food in the area is hit or miss and this was a HIT! The kids meal portions were plenty and delicious. Our kids raved about the Cheese Pizza and Mac & Cheese. The drinks were good. We got an assortment of specialty drinks and loved them. We ordered the Four Cheese Pasta with Sausage, Luigi's Spicy Chicken Pasta, Ranch Hand Pizza, and Gnocchi with Grilled Salmon. Everybody loved their food. The service and the prices were great. And the bathrooms were so clean. It was nearly a 5 star experience but beware that leftovers don't keep too well. The meals are heavy on oil and cheese (delicious!) but could be tough on the tummy.... Which is what we experienced. That's the only reason I'm rating below 5 stars.

This review has two visits in one review. The first time we came November 2023, Came in around 7:45pm on a Monday night, not a lot of people inside but nice spacious dining area. Immediately got greeted, and seated, and less than 5 minutes our waitress came out and took our drinks. As a party of 4, we ordered the Luigi's Spicy Chicken Pasta, Chicken Parmigiana, Penne Bolognese (Gluten Free), and Pasta Primevera (Gluten Free), and a large Caesar salad to share. The chicken parm was absolutely delicious, the chicken was perfectly cooked and the sauce had great flavor. The Spicy Chicken Pasta was good, had a mild spicy flavor, the chicken was cooked well. Didn't personally like it, but wasn't bad. The Bolognese had good flavor and the meat sauce was The second time we came, it was for a birthday and got seated immediately on a Saturday around 1ish. We ordered the gluten-free bread as the appetizer (free with the first round of regular bread), and a Caesar salad with the croutons on the side to share. The appetizer bread came with a dill cheese was great, has a good herb and garlic flavor to it on the warm, buttery bread. For entrees we ordered chicken Parmesan, Tuscan butter chicken, Italian pepper onion sub, chicken Parmesan sub sandwich, and the Margherita 16" pizza. The butter chicken was really good, had good flavor, and lots of veggies with it. The chicken Parmesan was delicious as always, chicken cooked perfectly, the sauce was delicious. The subs were good, and had a good amount of meat and veggies. The pizza was good, wish the crust was a little bit more crispy, but overall it was really good. Definitely will be back again! Sandra was our waitress for this second visit, and was an amazing waitress.

Always a hit and had to waddle back to our car! *** Of all places, this is where my daughter wanted her sending-off to college dinner to be!**** yes, she is a foodie like me. Amazing service my Becky yet again! Yes we made a reservation and that was such a life saver considering they had live music and it was Frank Sinatra night! You can't go wrong on the menu!!!! All authentic and delicious. Highlights were the Carbonara!!!! If you know, then you know. Can't wait to come again.... Toooo full to review! ***Pro Tip, ask for a side of olive oil!***

Arrived 30 minutes before closing to T&L. We were gladly received and reminded the kitchen will close in 20 mins. We kinda of knew what we wanted but we checked the menu right quick for any changes or "Chef Specials". My wife decided to have the "Shrimp Scampi Mediterranean" a delicious combination of sautéed shrimp in a garlic sauce, white wine and butter topped with our fresh bruschetta mix and feta cheese. Served with 2 delicious pieces of perfectly toasted garlic toast. "Tuscan Butter Salmon", Sautéed salmon fillet with cherry tomatoes, spinach, basil, parsley, garlic, parmesan, lemon juice, reduced heavy cream, and penne pasta. It was so good! Although we were there as they prepared to close, we were not pressured in any way or feel rushed. As we were about to settle the check I thanked our server and some how it came up that we were celebrating my wife's birthday. She gave us a birthday cannoli to go. Wow! So unexpected. I can't say enough about Tony and Luigi's. They truly care about your dinning experience. We absolutely love everything about it. Michael C. - Georgetown, Tx.

Nice little local Italian place in Georgetown. Red brick, paper on top of red table cloth vibes. Service can be slow during the lunch rush, but our waitress was friendly and as attentive as she could be. They don't let you split checks based on dollar amount, just a heads up for a group. The food here is why you really come though.

This was a new place to try for a special occasion and we had no regrets. Reservations are recommended and we called to reserve a table for 2! Our server, Becky, took care of us and made our dining experience great. She was very attentive, friendly and our orders came out in good timing and hot off the stove. We had the calamari for an appetizer, Spinach and Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Carbonara and Luis' Special Cake for dessert. Delicious and definitely looking forward to going back!

You know life happens and we just haven't been here in a while but the same great place is still here and even better if that is even possible. Great waiter and service. We ordered eggplant subs and tried a new appetizer. 2 Eggplants stack on top of each other with a pesto sauce and marinara sauce too. Cheese of course and an added crispy prosciutto. Man I'm telling we will be getting that again!!!

This is my favorite Italian restaurant in the U.S.! I love Italy so much, and this is the closest I can get to authentic Italian food and dining! I feel like I'm in Italy when I'm here. The service is always great. They are friendly and patient. They always want to make sure you're having a good time. The food is amazing. I haven't had anything here that ISN'T good!

I've been to Tony and Luigi's several times with friends and family. It's one of few authentic Italian restaurants in the Round Rock - Georgetown area. Our group of 6 visited the restaurant on a recent Monday for an early dinner. There were few other patrons, and we had a leisurely (and quiet) dinner that included appetizers, salads, main courses, and dessert. Our server, Sandra, was superb. She was able to answer questions, and knew the menu well. We enjoyed Sandra's signature appetizer, which included fried eggplant, marinara sauce, mozzarella, and crispy fried prosciutto. This is a bit pricey, but will easily serve 2-3 people. Our group ordered a mix of entrées and sides, including pasta, veal marsala, eggplant parmesan, fettuccine Alfredo, (my favorite) trout a la Mandore, Caesar salads, and a loaded 16" pizza. Everyone said their meals tasted very good. Several of us took home portions. Slices of chocolate cake and Italian cream cake finished off the meal. There are many choices on the menu for fish, meat, and chicken lovers, as well as vegetarian options. Tony and Luigi's is a restaurant worth revisiting to try new things!

    Do they take reservations?

Yes they do, made them for tonite. They recommend on Tuesdays (guitarist), Thursdays (Sinatra singer) and Saturdays in particular.

Do they offer order on line and pickup service today? Also, kind of sad the Yelp says I have no friends!

    Yes and I'm sorry 😞

Vegan options? Too many places don't seem to list vegan options. Vegan would be egg free and dairy free as well as meat & seafood free. Many pasta sauces include butter or…

I don't think they have very many options aside from salad.

The customer service is always amazing across all the employees, but especially the nice older guy. I have ordered their lamb gyros, which are always on point with huge servings. One of the few meals I actually like uncooked tomatoes in. The tzatziki sauce is so perky, it compliments the seasoning of the extremely flavorful and tender lamb perfectly. The Gyro Plate was one of the first "bigger" meals that I got. It tasted heavenly and was worth the extra price from the gyro wrap. It was my first experience with their hummus, which is some of the best I've ever had. I brought some home to my family because they sell tubs of hummus to go (for a similar price to what you could get at HEB, actually, and much better) and they ate it all within minutes. This has been a regular thing too. During lent I would order a lentil soup, pita, and falafel side that totaled at just under $6. This is an incredible price for how good it is. The falafels are genuinely the best falafels I have ever tried, crispy (but not hard) on the outside, and fluffy (not soggy) on the inside. Flavor was amazing. Just last week I ordered a lamb kebab plate. Folks, be prepared if you order this. This meal is HUGE. The lamb was heavenly, and I was really happy that they grilled the kebabs with some onions and peppers, really added flavor. The kebabs are made to order, so they're always fresh. Its worth the wait fellas. Come back and give this one a try if you're not rushed. Can I also mention they gave me a free soda on this one? What a nice restaurant! They're always quick except for kebabs (but give 'em the grace because its fresh cooking). 10/10 restaurant, give it a shot!
