**Frankie's has moved** I passed through Georgetown so of course I had to stop by Frankie's to pick up dinner. I called in my order and the pictures online still show their green colored building that's off of IH35, however, Google kept trying to take me to a totally different location about 6mins away. I decided to ignore the directions and went to the green bldg only to find that they're in fact no longer there. They have a new spot in a little strip mall not too far down the road so trust your GPS/Google :-) I got the Chicken Cremora ($13.99) which I remembered coming with a side salad but I guess that's changed because it didn't this night. It did come with 2 of their little soft, freshly baked rolls. I don't come through here often and I'd like to try other dishes, however, I know this one is delicious so I always tend to stick with that.

I placed an order for pick up and customer service was friendly and professional; my order was ready in the time they estimated. I picked-up via their drive-thru, which was convenient (especially with little ones in the car), and everything I ordered was accounted for. I ordered two large meat-lover pizzas, Chicken Tuscany, added a side salad for $1, one slice of chocolate cheesecake, a slice of strawberry cheesecake and a slice of German chocolate cake-- hey, it was my husband's birthday!! Lol. The pizza was good; my husband (who is a major pizza fan) liked it as well, but we weren't wowed. The pizza was super cheesy and seemed to be a tad underdone. The Chicken Tuscany was superb!! I'm so glad I took the advice of my fellow Yelpers and ordered it! So decadent, creamy and filling, and the angel hair pasta was cooked to perfection. Squeeze a bit of lemon juice over it to put it over the top! It came with garlic knots--yum. My husband (and our kids) loved the cakes! Overall, 5 stars for customer service and the Chicken Tuscany, and 3 stars for the pizza. We're definitely going to be returning customers for my new favorite guilty pleasure pasta dish, and to try more of their pizza varieties.

Hands down best NY pizza I've had in the Austin area. It's everything you want it to be. Real cheese, amazing crust, perfect sauce. Staff is friendly and their prices are reasonable. Just go. Now. Why are you still reading?? GO! Omg stop and go!! You're helpless. Geez. Ok. I'll stop typing.

Best Chicken Parm. Has my wifes approval. Chicken breast is nice and thick. No thin frozen chicken cutlet here.

In my family's opinion, Frankie's is the best Italian food in Central Texas by far! Everything we have tried has been great.

We went in to grab dinner and were told that it was a 1.5 hours wait...yikes! Izzy, the hostess, said she would ping us if a table came open earlier. Fortunately, the table did free up earlier. Apparently, this location was chosen for a pre-prom dinner as high school students streamed through the restaurant in formal length gowns...glitter, draw strings, and shiny. The interior feels elevated with lots of wood and floor to ceiling glass windows. The presentation on the table was appealing with white linen tablecloths, shiny utensils and sky-blue glasses. The atmosphere was warm and inviting. Our server, Chelsey, was super bubbly and upbeat. My friend ordered a meatball and polenta appetizer as she was not feeling too hungry. We probably clocked 4-5 miles walking the Square and side streets, so I was ravenous. I ordered the Cesar salad and Italian sausage & salami pizza. The pizza was amazing! The Italian sausage was flavorful and well-prepared. The salami was thinly sliced and importantly, not greasy at all. At this juncture, we were pretty full, so we only ate two slices of the pizza. The hubs lucked out on great leftovers. Excellent food...excellent fellowship

I visited this restaurant for the first time for lunch…read more This is a restaurant with a red door located on on Williams Drive directly past Estrella Crossing. The storefront is inviting. Upon entering the restaurant, it is very comfortable and feels like a nice place to be. Upon looking at their signage, they have live music! I will definitely be back for that. Upon looking at the menu, they have many yummy dishes to choose from. However, I have extreme food restrictions, and I did not see anything that I could eat because I am dairy free, processed sugar-free and gluten-free. I shared this information with my server (i'm pretty sure her name was Haley). She said, "let me go talk to the chef," and off she went! :) She came back and recommended "caprice chicken over veggies" which they would customize to my dietary restrictions. Wow, that was over and above and so comforting! She said that the caprice chicken over veggies dish came with a salad and she checked -and all of the salad dressing had sugar in it, so I told her to bring it to me plain with a little bit of vinegar on the side and she came back with a salad with dressing on it and she said that they found some apple cider vinegar they put on top and would that be OK... OK? It was perfect! I loved that she listened to me and she knew that was within my diet restrictions! Haley is a fabulous server. I told Haley that she was so good that I'm going to ask for her to be my server every time. I feel so blessed to find someplace that I can eat comfortably and be so satisfied! Did I mention they have Italian wine!?! Oh so good! My lunch was amazingly good, can't wait to get it again, the wine was really good The atmosphere was so pleasant and everyone there seem to be having a good time The service was exceptional! I highly recommend you visit!

The ambiance was so calming and plenty of natural light came through the windows. The air was filled with evening chatter, smiles, and the sunset. When I was sat down, it took a while to get a waiter after being seated by the hostess. I saw one waiter going to other tables in my section and I was never acknowledged. The bathroom was clean and decorated well . For my drink I got a house made freshly squeezed lemonade. The lemonade was perfect and the best I've ever had honestly. My waiter gave me bread with olive oil and red wine vinegar . I thought the bread would be warm and it was the total opposite. I wish the bread never made it to my table. I tried to give it a chance with several bites. I ordered the lobster roll that came with fries. I wasn't expected it to be such a grand dish. The lobster roll was so good and the lobster was very fresh. The flavors melted in my mouth perfectly. The dill sprinkled into the sauce/spread on the lobster roll was chef's kiss! I didn't even need the fries even though they were so good. I know the sandwhich was good because I ignored my fries. Overall my food was good. I can definitely use another lobster roll.

It was just iceberg lettuce with croutons and dressing in the side. The build your own pasta dishes were fantastic! The service was not great however, and this wasn't a unique experience as we've been here before and experienced poor service. Our waitress started out attentive but after our appetizers came, she didn't come back for about 15-20 mins to take our order. Our main dishes took about 30 minutes to come out. Once they did we never saw our waitress afterwards. We waited about 30-45 more mins and then we finally went to go find her to ask for to go boxes and the check. Why is there cheese wiz on top of the pizza, why is the food cold and where is the bread etc. Palermo, you should absolutely be ashamed of your restaurant. If you can't do it right because you're closing, say that. But don't sell BS on a platter for $50 and expect a customer to just take it. No I will not be returning, an absolute waste of a drive and money. Do better.

I love their never-ending salad bowl! There's something special about an Olive Garden salad. I got Chianti wine. My mother got Chardonnay (their wine pours come in two sizes, 6 oz and 9 oz) and my husband got a mixed drink. Kennedy was spot-on getting us waters and drinks and salad. One thing that really stood out about Kennedy is that I am dairy-free.
