I asked the waitress for an extra plate when she brought the entree out, but she never returned. Then, at the end, I finished my meal and nobody was coming to my table to give me my ticket. I had other places to be so I had to walk to the register and ask for my bill. Another person at the bar, who I had never seen come to my table, prepared the bill so I could pay.
