This place is a joke! I came here because my usual place had closed early. It was my first time and I was not impressed. The woman who did my manicure was rushing and did a terrible job. First she took off my existing gel polish with the electrical file tool and a metal tip! It's called SOAK OFF gel not file it off til her nails hurt gel! My nails are pretty healthy and thick now they feel tender. Then she layered the color so thick! It looked horrible! Another person had to repaint 3 of my nails because of how poorly it was first done. The spa pedicure was ok. My only issue was she started to cut my toe nails and file when I was still getting my hands done and my feet were completely dried! Had I not asked her to stop she would've cut my cuticles completely dry! By far a terrible experience and I regret just not going back to my usual place! I definitely won't be returning! read more

This was my desperate need of a mani pedi to go spot until the last time I was here. The owner Cathy did my mani & pedi first she cut my big toe while cutting my nails and totally tried to ignore it until I pretty much took my foot down and started looking at the blood coming out! She did apologize but only cause I looked mad! My mani color which was OPI only lasted 1 day and half since their cheap top coat totally ruined it! Definitely not going back here! Extremely disappointed with this place. I started going there about 5 months ago and I liked them. My last visit was about 3 weeks ago, I went there for a mani and pedi, it was a pretty long wait but I was okay with that. After that I left out of town and didn't realize I left my brand new work shoes there (nikes about $140). When I went back they said that they never saw them there (when I clearly know I left them there because I had not needed to use them). One of the staff members was being understanding about the situation and seemed sincere, but an older gentleman  (who might be Tom) was not, he did not seem to care about my situation and told me to look somewhere else. I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled because abviously a lot of people take their shoes off there and walk out with the disposable sandals and therefore they should have a better system of taking care of forgotten items. With all of this said I don't recommend this place because they cannot be trusted. read more

I went here like a month ago. It's okay...not terrible. Cheap. I've been here twice. The first time I got a mani+pedi. I think I had the manager working on my hands the first time and another woman on my feet. My hands looked amazing, she did the best french manicure I've ever had. As for my feet...not so great, she kinda dug deep into my cuticle and it was sore for a few days. The second time I went, I tried to get the same lady to do my nails, but she was busy. I ended up with the lady that did my feet the last time. I had to instruct her the entire time... She didn't do a good job on my cuticles and she was sloppy. Then, she finally painted them to look as good as she could do a french tip. When I left the lady who did my nails the first time could tell I wasn't thrilled and apologized. She knew I wanted her to do them and exclaimed that she doesn't usually help out unless they're busy or requested. (she was busy this time) She offered to have her do them next time. I have yet to go back. I could see that they have a lot of regulars for nails and eyebrow waxing. Hannah is the best! I love her precision, flexibility, friendliness, and professional attitude. I usually call her by appointments. She has Tuesdays off. The prices are fairly cheap. I went there a few times because no other options at the moment. They will tell you wait 20 mins but you wait 45 mins! The nails never last long they rush they service as well!! Absolutely horrible! I never write reviews however my experience was so stressful, I felt I needed to share. During my appointment, the owner continually criticized how I was holding my hands and yelled at me to relax. When I get my nails done, I put out my hands and that's pretty much it. He was yelling at me so badly, I wanted to get up and walk out. He kept telling me I was stressed and I finally told him "I've been getting my nails done for years from multiple people/places with no problems and I've never been more stressed before." In addition, the price board said $30 and he charged me $40. At that point, I paid it just to get out of there. As I said, I never write reviews and for me to take the time to write one, I hope you take my advice and stay far away from that place. read more

First time here and I loved it. They make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Tina did my nails, she does an awesome job and she is very friendly. You can tell that she has a lot of patience with her customers because, I am very picky. Not ones saw her do a bad face to me or started complaining about me with her co-workers like they mostly do in other shops... Cough, cough like at Stella's Nails ... She is very friendly and polite and she does a very good job with manicures & pedicures. Last week was my first time trying the gel manicure & she did a great job! I am so happy I found Mimi. Do not come here if you are looking for a high-end, luxurious mani/pedi because this is more of a small, hole-in-the-wall nail salon. I've been coming to this salon for a few years now, and highly recommend Mimi for a good pedicure. She is friendly, kind, and does fantastic work on both men and women! She is very busy so an appointment is beneficial. The salon has recently added massage spa chairs, but does offer the traditional pedicure method as well. read more

I have a husband and 6 kids and having a pedicure is a luxury I don't often take time and expense for. Yesterday I went to Tom's Nails. Helen kept cutting the skin along my big toe nail. It hurt and bled. She treated it with some liquid and cotton. I went through the rest of the day with dried blood in the crevice between my nail and skin. I tried to clean it but it hurt and kept bleeding. I have been using antibiotic cream on it hoping it will heal. It is red and sore and hurts even when my bed sheets touch it. Helen is over-booked and therefore under pressure. Helen had a 9:00am appointment and mine was 9:30am. She took me at 10:00am. A walk-in customer came up to Helen and she told her she would do her right after me. Helen began to soak the walk-in lady's nails and another lady came up to her and told her that she had been waiting for an hour. Helen simply laughed and asked the walk-in lady if she would wait. I was happy to get out of there. I thought getting a manicure and pedicure should be enjoyable and relaxing, not painful and rushed. read more

The rude lady Tina who was doing my nails, started making fun of me. I will never go back. They talk about people in their language and laugh like we don't know what's going on.
