This has to be the worst, most dirty and unprofessional place I've EVER been to get my nails done. It took 2 hours to do JUST a lousy manicure, I ended up leaving and saying to forget about finishing my manicure and leaving without my massage after getting gel polish.. I left with gel polish all on the sides of my nails and on my cuticles.. because it was "too late" for gel nails and couldn't use polish remover to clean it up. The guy who did my nails is slow af, and horrible. When I went outside to tell the owner "Tommy" how unhappy I was with the service and my "manicure" he said "Come back tomorrow and we'll fix" REALLY? I just sat here for 2 hours for JUST a manicure and I have to come back??? All the while I'm standing inside talking to him outside while he's smoking a cigarette not giving af.. Thinking as unhappy as I am and a first time client, he would offer SOME TYPE of DISCOUNT, he charged me $25 for a manicure..I asked him why $25 if his manicures are $10? I pay that when I get a full set!!? And my manicure is HORRIBLE... if it was decent then okay... but no. I'm embarrassed now with these nails, you'd laugh and say you paid for those?? If I were to post a photo.... I'll be damned if I go back there tomorrow to have them "fix" my nails and sit there for another 2 hours for them the ef them up again? Anyways... I need to find a classy, professional NAIL SALON in Fairfield or I'll drive to Pittsburg where I moved from. I do not recommend this place to anybody with class. This was the worst quality I've ever had with gel. I'm new to the neighborhood and I should've just driven back to Pinole to get my services. I get gel on my hands and regular Polish on my toes. My pedicure was nice...felt great. The Polish for my pedicure was glitter and it was quite chunky. I didn't care for it at all. We moved on to the manicure and I received one coat of Polish with a top coat. Services were over priced for what I got. Within two days my Polish began to chip. I called and asked how long the gel was supposed to last...the man tells me that it depends on my use. He should've said, come on in...we'll fix it. I'm never going back. read more

This place is pretty good and I've come here for a few pedicures and full set nails. I always do acrylic so I can't comment on the gel. But I'm always satisfied with my nails and pretty much everyone there does a good job on them. The employees are super nice and the prices are good. No complaints. Their designs are a little bit limited but they can still do some stuff and they have 3d nails too. Overall I would recommend this shop to friends nd fam. read more

I came to this place because I wanted to try a new place, I looked on yelp and gave it a try, since it has 4 starts. Horrible mistake I made! The guy who did my nails, filed my nails tooshort, didn't even ask if I want them short or not, he kept checking his phone, and kept wiping his nose with his hand. I was pretty disgusted! I got french nails in gel done and it started to chip off the next day and the white polish is not even straight! The shop is not that clean either and I don't think they use new supplies when doing your nails. I will never come back here! The first couple times I've gotten my nails done here they did a good job on acrylic nails & designs. But the last time I went, was the last time I was going there. I decided to get my nails done after months of not getting them done. I had a full set & pedicure. The man who did my pedicure was nice, but he didn't do a nice job. He ripped a hang nail from my toe, which hurt & stung so bad & didn't even think to apologize. My toe nails were all un-even & he didn't wait for them paint to dry a little before putting on my sandals & letting my walk around the shop. So my big toe got messed up. I asked them to fix it before they started on doing my full set, but they said something in Vietnamese & completely ignored what I said. After filing down my nails, she continued to put the fake nails on me. My real nails were pretty long & I figured she would be smart enough to cut them down before gluing on the fake nails, but she didnt. -_- I let it go. Then she continued on doing my nails with out asking what I wanted to do with them. My plan was to come in there & get a full set with glitter tips & designs. I had to stop her & tell her that I wanted to do glitter nails. She then got smart with me & said "thats gel, not acrylics" & I said "yeah, I know. thats what I want" & thats what I usually always get, so I kind of felt offended that she was trying to school me on it. Anyways, she continued to do my nails, I wanted to ask for designs, but at this point I pretty much gave up on the place. She finished my nails, & they were horrible! Nails were un-even, & she missed some spots in filling in the acrylics on the bed of my nails. While I was waiting for my nails to dry, I then again asked if they could fix my messed up toe. They did, & then after rushed me out the salon before it could even dry. Only messing up my toe again from walking to my car & driving home. -_- They charged me about $80. It was the worst $80 I have ever spent. I was so disappointed. I had to go home & fix my nails. I mean who does that after getting their nails done at a salon!!? I been going to Tommy for years and the customer service is great, it such a relaxed and friendly environment I hate leaving when its time to go. I always get a great laugh because Tommy is hilarious!!! This place is a one stop shop you can get you nails done, eye brows waxed, lash extensions, lash strips, pedicure all in one setting. This is the worst nail place ive ever been to. I cane for a pedicure. Got cut and hr put acetone on it. Wtf! Owner woman had him put this mysterious green cream on it and it sting worse than the acetone! I told him no gel polish and gave me gel anyways. I only got 5 bucks off so i paid 25 for that shitty pedicure. I better not get an infection. And they were unsanitary as hell. I shouldnt have had to pay at all. Dont come here. I have been going to this shop on and off for about 5 years and there service is declining. They literally have no staff and they just want to rush you in and out. They randomly have 1 extra employee that does not speak any English at all. I just recently got a pedicure and the job was horrible, the manicurist put glue on one of my toe nails and there is glue all over my toe as well as the coats of polish are close to non existent. Tommy's wife is extremely unprofessional and has no interest in providing customer service, she just wants everyone to know the issues she is having with her neighbor. Tommy has to take a cigarette break every 5 minutes. I am not happy ONCE AGAIN and i refuse to give them another dollar. read more

I love this place, so far. I'm very picky when it comes to my nails, I don't like the acrylic stuck ok my skin, I don't like the gel polish stuck on my skin or uneven near my cuticle or thick gel polish, OR thick acrylic. They did none of that. Tracy did my nail polish and her husband removed my old nail gel and did my fill, I was telling her about how the last place I went to they just put a clear gel coat and didn't even wipe the edges off so when they dried in the light they the gel was stuck onto my fingers skin, she made sure to clip off any excess gel polish and she left the polish evenly round near my cuticles. She also does 3D art and stick charms and rhinestones on your nails and it doesn't cost you an arm or a leg, I've had bows on my ring fingers for 2 weeks now and they seem to be stuck there for good. I over all liked my experience here and will definitely come back, they have a nice selection of gel polishes too! I would recommend coming here, it's small but their work is great!
