Just left Polished Spa. I have gone here several times and been happy, however this time they did a very sloppy job. My fingers were left stained, they never trimmed or cared for my cuticles and there is polish on the sides of my fingers!! REALLY?! This is crazy. I am very disappointed. I have stopped in here for years. They are always busy, which is a good sign. I'd recommend calling ahead to make sure they can accommodate you. The spa pedicures are fantastic. Customer service was alright, but I had to ask the lady to clean up the streaks that were left over from the white polish. She tried to fix it, but it still looked messy. My go to place for some self care. Found this place thanks to Yelpers. I have been here 4 times now. First time was with my daughter for some Mother-Daughter time. We were both happy with the service and work. Another time I took my Hubby to get a pedicure. With all visits I did schedule an appointment. All times there was very little or no wait. My husband has had a bad experience at another place with pedicures and hasn't been back to another place since. He didn't know I was taking him for a pedicure. He was relaxed with the treatment he received. They didn't scrub his foot to the point where it was raw. I went here yesterday and got my pedicure and fill. Very disappointed as the only reason I go in to have pedicures is for the pampering and calf massage. I went in today for a pedicure, and while every other person there was proviced the product menu on type of pedicure they would like, my lady never offered me anything. She was in such a rush to get me over with that I was in and out with a very minimal pedicure in under 25 minutes. This normally takes nearly an hour. Kevin was a little rough and heavy handed but he had good technique and it seemed like he took care of his work - especially when it came to the design I wanted. However I had to deduct a star because my nails hurt at the end and I have to use my own cuticle oil to make them look healthy. Been coming here for a lil over a year now because customer service is usually great. The way they do nails can be pretty inconsistent depending on what tech you get. So don't be surprised if your happy one day, and upset the next. What got me writing this review is their prices! I get a full set with chrome and some times they charge me $45 other times $50. Today I went in after a week because one of my nails broke, asked to get one broken nail fixed and change polish. My total came up to $45! HOW? It's a broken nail and polish change! She said color change is $25 and broken nail is $5. Don't know how that adds up to $45 but OK! I won't be going back. read more

She sat me down 10 mins after appointment time and told me it's going to take her over an hour to do my nails because she's answering calls and taking money and another hour for my pedicure. I originally went on New Years Day, I came in with 2 cracked natural nails and they recommended doing an acrylic overlay so it strengthens my nails and so that the cracks could grow out. My first experience was very well and I loved how they turned out. Now, three weeks later I went back for a fill and a pedicure. I did a pink fill for my acrylics and a honey & milk pedicure. I am so happy with both services! They definitely take the time to give you the best services. I never felt like it was being rushed. Everything is very sanitary. They open u the sanitized tool pockets in front of you and they use a liner for the pedicure bowls. Another plus, this is a family owned business and take care of you while you're there. UPDATE- I Went back today as I was asked to do st 1. They were busier, I expected to wait a little bit. Then they said they couldn't fix my nail with no explanation. WOW, it's 1 nail, perhaps they rather make profit on full sets. I will never go back I'm disappointed to say that I've stopped by twice now. The first time to speak with the staff to see if they were familiar with my nail preferences. They weren't but said that they would try. So far, so good. I just so happened to break my nail (1 nail) and stopped in on Saturday, when I was told that I would need an appointment. I thought that they took walk ins. I've never been to a salon that couldn't fix a broken nail. I was expecting to wait until they could fix it, but they said that I would have to come later but couldn't give me a time, then they said tomorrow to fix it. Hmmmm, that's not good business. I give 1 star for the cleanliness of the nail salon. This is my 2nd time coming back here, and again i am disappointed. It was an old lady did my nails. I had acrylic overlay done with olive garden gel polish with a matte top coat. As you can see on the pictures. did a lazy job on my nails and she looks like in a hurry. After she did my nails she hand me a paper and say "go wash your hand and pay at the counter" Ladies like me that comes to the nail salon its just our time to relax and NOT to be RUSHED. We pay for the service means you have to give what we paid for. I still gave a decent tip even though i was not happy with her service. Any suggestion of a nail tech that do a good job in this salon?
