Excellent service. Quality work. Loved the massage chairs too. My daughter and I went to Polished on a Thursday early afternoon. We called in a day before and made an appointment. The process was easy and seamless. When we arrived, there was minimal wait time at all. They took us in immediately. The massage chairs were GREAT - a much needed stress reliever for me. My go to place for some self care. Found this place thanks to Yelpers. I have been here 4 times now. First time was with my daughter for some Mother-Daughter time. We were both happy with the service and work. Another time I took my Hubby to get a pedicure. With all visits I did schedule an appointment. All times there was very little or no wait. My husband has had a bad experience at another place with pedicures and hasn't been back to another place since. He didn't know I was taking him for a pedicure. He was relaxed with the treatment he received. They didn't scrub his foot to the point where it was raw. I went here yesterday and got my pedicure and fill. Both ladies took great care of me and designed my nails just how I wanted it done. I will be coming back every month for my self care treat. Highly recommend them. Kevin was a little rough and heavy handed but he had good technique and it seemed like he took care of his work - especially when it came to the design I wanted. However I had to deduct a star because my nails hurt at the end and I have to use my own cuticle oil to make them look healthy. Been coming here for a lil over a year now because customer service is usually great. The way they do nails can be pretty inconsistent depending on what tech you get. So don't be surprised if your happy one day, and upset the next. What got me writing this review is their prices! I get a full set with chrome and some times they charge me $45 other times $50. Today I went in after a week because one of my nails broke, asked to get one broken nail fixed and change polish. My total came up to $45! HOW? It's a broken nail and polish change! She said color change is $25 and broken nail is $5. Don't know how that adds up to $45 but OK! I won't be going back. read more

I originally went on New Years Day, I came in with 2 cracked natural nails and they recommended doing an acrylic overlay so it strengthens my nails and so that the cracks could grow out. My first experience was very well and I loved how they turned out. Now, three weeks later I went back for a fill and a pedicure. I did a pink fill for my acrylics and a honey & milk pedicure. I am so happy with both services! They definitely take the time to give you the best services. I never felt like it was being rushed. Everything is very sanitary. They open u the sanitized tool pockets in front of you and they use a liner for the pedicure bowls. Another plus, this is a family owned business and take care of you while you're there. The first time to speak with the staff to see if they were familiar with my nail preferences. They weren't but said that they would try. So far, so good. I just so happened to break my nail (1 nail) and stopped in on Saturday, when I was told that I would need an appointment. I thought that they took walk ins. I've never been to a salon that couldn't fix a broken nail. I was expecting to wait until they could fix it, but they said that I would have to come later but couldn't give me a time, then they said tomorrow to fix it. Hmmmm, that's not good business.
