For my experience I was able to get a manicure fast without an appointment. However, my gel manicure peeled after two days later...as far as service I won't be going back. The lady that did my manicure was nice at first, towards the end she was incredibly rude (and wasn't very communicative on when to remove my hand from the UV light) and then charged me $59 just for a gel manicure (that had no designs btw)that peeled two days later. I would go back, but just not to that lady. read more

Went to this nail salon to get pedicures with my daughter. The service was okay and they were able to get us in without an appointment. The reason for my low rating is the quality of products used. I paid extra to get gel for my pedicure only to have it peel off two days later. I got a gel French tip and the color was uneven and paint was left around both outside of my nail. My daughter got a regular pedicure and hers peeled that same evening. Not impressed! I paid over $100 after tip for their polish to not last. read more

I called and requested an acrylic soak off, being assured over the phone that they provided that service, I arrived shortly after, where they instead used an acrylic tip to pry off my existing acrylic nails. The final nail was tougher than the rest and the woman helping me dug too deep into the side of my nail bed and cut me. I bled quite a bit and to fix it the woman thought putting acrylic nail glue was going to help. I declined because it definitely would not have helped and it was very unclear as to why she thought it would help, after all the mess of a service I was still charged $10. 0/5 do not recommend read more

I have been having my nails done for 35 years and have never found a salon like this one. Natalie is incredible. I have problem nails - thin and sickly which demand gentleness and skill. You touch my cuticles wrong and they bleed. Natalie did the most beautiful job and never hurt me once. For my birthday she had Tina add a flower! My very first! Very disappointed with my experience here. Left with a very lumpy big toe following a gel pedicure and I don't think my skin has been scraped so much during a pedicure in my entire life - although the tech was very friendly. For my fill in I requested a very simple design, but received blank looks then an assurance that the tech could do it. Instead when it came time to paint my nails, she called another tech over. That tech proceeded to paint my nails and stick them under the UV light one by one. Eventually I just asked to scrap the design and get polka dots on one finger. I then had to explain and show photos of polka dots. When I asked for that, the original tech came back and finished the job. This tech was very nice too - despite the job- and when she found out I'm new to the area insisted on asking her co worker to give me some recommendations on places to eat. I kept telling her never kind, but she insisted on asking. The response was for me "Google some places". Super embarrassing - especially since I wasn't the one asking. Then I paid more than $100 for a mediocre job. I will not be back. read more

I just had the best pedicure I have ever had from Natalie. She was so gentle and thorough my feet and legs felt awesome when she was done. I like the choices you get for your scrub etc. it is all individually packaged and everything works together. Then Hannah cut my hair. A few weeks ago, I thought I would treat myself to my first ever pedicure. I went to this place and told them it was my first time. The gentleman had me soak my feet then proceeded to barely cut my nails. He then massaged my feet and calves for only about 20 seconds each leg. He did no filing of the nail nor cleaning under the nail and no buffing of the nail, and the nail itself was very jagged. I kept thinking that there was more until finally, the manager came up and said do you wanna continue to sit here or are you ready to go? I said that's it? And I showed her how jagged my nail was so she sat down and proceeded to cut them more and file them. Then I asked, aren't you going to clean underneath it? And she says oh you want that? I thought that was just part of the deal. So she did that. Then she was like OK we're done. And then I said well no one has buffed my nails. I thought that was part of it. And she was oh you want that too? So my point is this place either took advantage of the fact I had never had a pedicure and wanted to get me out quickly or they are just very very poor at what they do. I would not recommend this place and I probably won't ever be going for another pedicure unless somebody can convince me that there is a place that actually is worth it. read more

We paid for the top package, which the only difference was the additional paraffin wax and they forgot that so we paid an extra $10 for a service we didn't receive. Anyway, we decided to come back today so I called this morning and booked an appointment for 12:30, was told "that should work" then received a call back and was asked to move to 1:00 pm instead. We arrive at our scheduled appointment only to told that someone else came late for their appointment so they're running behind and they wanted to do our pedicures desperately which we didn't want to do because it's not fun to sit & wait for your service or wait for the other to be done. We were then told if we wanted our pedicures done at the same time we would need to wait 30 minutes UP TO an hour all because someone didn't come on time to their appointment?
