I was a couple minutes late to my appointment but I communicated this to the stylist (Jordan) and when I arrived she was styling her own hair and made me wait until she was finished. That's fair- I was about 10 minutes late. She then gets a phone call and answers it in the middle of my cut... kinda unprofessional if you ask me. To top it off, she went crazy with the straight razor and I was left with the strangest shaped hair. I tried to style it to make it look nice but it's unrealistic to have to use heat on hair every day to make it nice or manageable. A good haircut looks good with your natural hair texture. After a few weeks of trying to make the style work, I had to get it fixed. Maybe I was the unlucky customer? After browsing her Instagram, I booked Jordan to do both my hair and makeup for my wedding day as well as my best friend's makeup. She arrived a little before she were to get started, which relived the stress on me, on what is supposed to be one of the most stressful days of my life. She came into the hotel room with a warm smile on her face and was so happy to be there. She started on my best friend's make up first since she would need more time to do all my glam. My best friend's makeup turned out perfect! Then Jordan started on my hair next. I had sent her pictures of what I wanted in the previous weeks and when I tell you it was an exact replica of the picture, it was exact! She installed the clip in hair extensions that I had ordered beforehand too! She then started on my makeup. She really took her time to make sure my makeup was absolutely perfect. However, I came in with a picture of what I wanted which was a balayage and got something completely different and in a completely different color than what I asked for. Im giving only one star because i had such terrible experience with JORDAN. I thought shes a good and nice hairstylist but shes not. Yes! She was nice when you do appointment on her. During my appointment on her it was a 3pm i show to her the color that i wanted ofcourse she say oh yes love will do that. All i request was a over all color. She did put some color in myhair it only took 40 mins then she shampoo already. Shampoo and cleaning the hair was rushing . i stil have some black hair dye in my forehead and in the bck of my neck. It was so dissapointed and did not get the color i wanted also ! And guess what i paid $120 for nothing happen in my hair. It only takes one hr and 15 mins the whole session! Oh wow is shes rushing meis it because is she feeling sick that time. Wow is not good excuse!!! Well i will not do my hair to her anymore! it was a waste of money!!!!!!! Better be careful of choosing hairstylist specially for firstimer. She only good in doing blonde and balayage so dont expect shes good in overall because she will not priority you. read more

Reading the reviews, i see the only bad ones on here are about JORDAN and here goes another one. I needed my hair done ASAP so i decided to book with Jordan since my amazing hairdresser Ana @ Pj's hairstyling was completely booked. My hair has been purple for over two years, all i wanted was a root touch up to bring it back up because it was outgrown. She charged me $190 and it didn't even include a haircut and she barely did anything to my hair, and on top of that i was nice enough to leave her a $20 tip. I get home and notice where she bleached my roots was not purple it left a blonde golden tone. I sent her pictures and she was nice enough to "fix it for me" all she did was add dark toner to my roots and basically just brought it down so i looked the same way as when i needed my touch up. It just looks outgrown. I contacted her today NICELY letting her know how i felt about my hair and it wasn't what i paid for If she can fix it for me and she was giving me a smart mouth which is very unprofessional if you ask me. I told her i didn't want to go back to her because of how she was speaking to me and asked for a refund since i basically paid for nothing and never received it back. All the bad reviews on here are about her and it's sad that this issue will never be resolved since it's her MOMS salon and clearly the only reason she got the job there. I still want my $200 back so i can use that to get my hair fixed that she messed up with someone who knows how to do their job. read more

I moved over here a year ago and haven't been able to find a great hair stylist, I've gone through 4 people. Until I found the best person to do my hair, JORDON she is amazing she really listened to what I've been through and what I didn't want and what I really wanted. We looked at color ideas that she has done and found the right one, she cut and styled my hair (first time I liked the style and didn't go home and wash it to change it.) the best it's ever been done by a stylist. I went Jordan 2x within February. She's nice and easy to talk to but she came late to both appointments. As for my hair it was alright. I was in a rush the first time so I didn't get to critique it as much I got ombré and bayalage but 2weeks later my hair looked like new grow. So I have to tell you all that Sheri who us new here to this salon is probably the best stylust I have ever had. Mind you I have only gone to high end places paying $200-375 easily for the experinced and talent in color and styling. Sheri was a find that came to me when I saw this girl with amazing hair in town. She told me to see sheri at a salon in a mall. I wasnt buying it so what tje ck I tried. Wow she is amazing. She has natural talent I cant say enough. Everyone I know I tell them to go see her. She is super nice and she is going to be a star very soon. She has the talent to do red carpet events.
