The rating is my overall customer service experience. I booked an appointment for Friday @ 445pm, decided to call 20 minutes prior to my appointment just to find out they were closed and I had to reschedule. So frustrating, I needed them done before the weekend. Definitely won't be coming here again. read more

Welp lol it's safe to say that I'm done getting my nails done so I'm going to attach a couple photos. One of them will be what I came in WANTING. (Because people do that right) and I'll attach a photo of what I left with. Then I'll attach a photo of what they look like 4 days later. (Which is today) so I'll start off with I called to book an appointment the same day at 12 they say no because they don't have someone in who does acrylics. I said ok never mind. They call me back saying how's 1? I say fine. They call me back again asking is 6 too late? I say yes never mind. (I shouldve just went elsewhere at this point) they call back and say ok how's 1??? I say FINE. We go in and the lady isn't there yet. The owner comes up asks me what I want I show her picture she says "Oh no too much gems and we don't do ombré so no" I say Um ok how about yes to the gems because I want gems. She shows me all the gems and I pick out what I want. She starts saying no no no that's too much going on blah blah I say Um ok even tho I came in the itch a picture I wanted lol So the lady who's actually going to do my nails comes in with an attitude right off the bat asks me what I want so I show her before she even sits down and she rolls her eyes then starts talking to her sister (the owner) so I can't understand. She starts doing my nails asks me how long I want them and I tell her and when we talked about how I had kids she said oh no these nails are too long then and proceeds to cut them down!!!!! I look at her like wtfffff man!!!! This isn't what I wanted at all. Worst part is I paid $65 for a shitty ass set man never again. I also recommend you don't come here. read more

I am beyond mad. I wish that I could leave zero stars. I have never been treated so poorly with such horrible results in my life and this is coming from someone who has done their nails every two weeks without fail for well over 3 years. I made an appointment to come in and I got right in...kudos for them. I asked for white tips and for the shape to be sharp sharp square. For almost an hour the nail person argued with me, telling me that it can't be done, and refused to give me the shape I wanted. Now again...EVERY TWO WEEKS I get my nails done with the EXACT SAME SHAPE. The only reason I even came to this place was because my place was fully booked. When I brought this up to the person, they told me "well then next time you should go back to them". Seriously?!? And when I said that I know that they could do it because it's how I do it every time, the person told me that they would give me a nail file so that I could just do it on my own at home. Again....SERIOUSLY?!? And the topping of the freaking cake was being told that my price would be almost DOUBLE what it was supposed to be because I "wasted their time" This place was empty...AND, if they had just done what I had asked for, I would never have "wasted their time". I am so upset. And I feel like I completely wasted my money. Please do not come here, do not WASTE YOUR TIME, when obviously their time is too valuable to do a good job or treat their customers with respect. Never have I felt so miserable after leaving a place to get something done that always usually makes me feel special. Shame on you orchid nails. read more

I've driven by this corner nail spa so many times and finally decided to pop in. Even without an appointment, they were able to take me right away. It's a cute little nail salon with only 4 (white leather) massage chairs - which give amazing massages by the way. Lisa did a great job and was meticulous but didn't take forever. Found this new salon last minute when husband randomly said "hmmm we should go get pedicures" and it did not disappoint! Great service and the packages are affordable and you get so much for the price! My husband and I went for the pedicures and they range from $25 to the deluxe which is $38. I got the deluxe and you get a foot soak, sugar scrub, clay mask, hot stone, oil and hot towel, and a fantastic massage. The salon is fresh and clean and the chairs! Omg the best massage chairs in town. Relaxing background music. Everyone is so attentive with attention to details and clearly want to make sure you are happy. My original nail tech left this salon unexpectedly 2 months ago but I returned to give somebody new a try. A mistake I will never make again. Last week was Jenny spent 25 minutes on my nails when she usually takes 50 minutes. Three out of five nails on each hand has a different shape, none of them are coffin, none of them have a straight edges, all of them have ridges across the length and sharp gell clumped underneath. This sloppy work cost me $40, which was more than usual for some crazy reason. Don't get me started on the quality of their inferrior pedicures given in plain warm water with no bath salts or exfoliating scrub used, just cheap lotion afterwards. I totally understand why their salon is empty and without customers this week. read more

Gave this place multiple tries, but after going back 3 times in one week because my nails kept breaking and falling off.. I gave up. The 2nd to final time of coming here, I mentioned that although one had completely fallen off, one of my other nails had been getting loose (after just a few days of getting them done), and the "nail tech" acknowledged it.. but did nothing. I then had to come back for the final nail because that same nail and another had fallen off. This time, one prepped, but did not shape the nail - even after telling her the shape i wanted and seeing that my other nails were NOT that shape. The other "nail tech" came off and globbed the gel polish on my nails - again without shaping the nails.. Now I had 2 different nails that were completely different than the rest. At this point, I was just annoyed and wanted to get out of there. I bought a nail file for me to shape the nails & finally, I was content. However, 3 days later the nails I had just gotten on.. had fallen off. I took them off and haven't gone back.. Until yesterday, when I thought .. hmm maybe they' be better with just a mani/pedi, no acrylics.. I called ahead of time to make sure that it was OK to come in as a walk in. I was told yes, to come on down. I got there 5 mins after the phone call and was told to wait 45 mins until they could get me started. I wouldn't have came if they would have stated that on the phone. I will for sure not be returning here; no matter what the case may be. The only reason they got two stars is because they are right next to journeys coffee and the place is cute/clean. They do not massage for pedis, menicures, just done with this place. read more

I don't usually leave bad reviews but i was not happy with my visit here. The woman who did my toes seemed to have some trouble. Unfortunately, I'm going to Cancun next week so I guess I'll be looking at my crooked toes all week. LOL Maybe I'm over reacting but when I decided not to get a French manicure because the shapes were off, the color they did use was thick and bulky. I literally just had her take the color off. I'm going somewhere else to get them painted. Also, they spoke Vietnamese the whole time together. I'm sure they were talking shit about me but whatever! Oh, and when I paid the $55 for gel mani & basic pedi, they gave me back the wrong change twice and then didn't have $1's. I left a $5 and was out. Guess today was an off day for them. read more

Lisa is the best, she gave me the best manicure and even better a Clair Renew Pedicure and she did a jojoba bead scrub, collagen mask treatment and a foot and leg massage that was to die for. They didn't have the ability to do what I asked for, so made me just get pink and white ombre. The amount of pink and white were inconsistent and one of them the pink was a little distorted.
