I've come here multiple times over the last year or so and I walk away happy every time. I only get a basic manicure and pedicure every so often but am remembered and greeted every time I come to an appointment. I love that Perfect Touch is appointment only. My grandmother was treated very poorly here. She had been trying to make an appointment over the phone but had no luck reaching anyone. So, she showed up to the store. The entrance was locked so she knocked. An employee answered the door and rudely said "do you have an appointment?" My grandma tried to explain that she had been calling to make an appointment, but the lady loudly told her to leave and call again for an appointment. I have been looking for a nail salon for 5 months and finally found this one. If you are looking for a fancy plush nail salon then this is probably not your place. It is simple and clean. I like that I can make an appointment and when I show up they are ready for me. I also love that my gel nails last a full 3 weeks before needing filled and I haven't had any pop off. I was going to other salons and they were popping off within a week. Not here. It is family owned and operated and Lana is very sweet and knowledgeable. Prices are reasonable, parking is easy. I do recommend making an appointment and not walking in. read more

Hmmmm... How can I give this place ZERO stars?!! I've called 2 make an appointment several times & they kept saying each time that they were fully booked. I've been going here for about 3 years. They are friendly & courteous and go out of their way to accommodate time and date for appointments. I have never been disappointed in their service. I talked my husband into getting a pedicure, his feet were in great need of attention. Any wife or girlfriend can attest to what a guys feet look like when they are ignored. I went into this shop on a whim during my lunch break and I wish the service I received was similar to the other reviews. The woman who I assume is the owner, was very rude to me when I went up to look at polishes on the wall rather than on the plastic gel wheels. I did look past that and stayed for my service which at first was fine. My gel polish chipped off the very next day, and I have had many gel manicures before hand. I'm very disappointed for receiving a low quality manicure and will not be visiting the salon again. read more

Called for an appointment for 2 manicures and 2 pedicures l and was asked if I could come right now. I arrived about 5 minutes later and instead of being able to work on both of us at the same time one person did a pedicure then moved onto me. Meanwhile one of the workers kids was running around the place the whole time screaming at the top of his lungs and crying because he wanted to talk on the phone. The worker had to run outside and keep the kid locked inside so that she could talk on the work phone. Meanwhile the kid was pounding on the glass from the inside. I felt really bad for the worker. The kid threw all his candy and food everywhere. As far as the nails go it was probably the most basic pedicure I've ever had. They used tiny nail files etc seems like so they could throw them away right after. Nails look ok but I would pick another spot if I were to be in the area again read more

Love this place! The only place I trust to get my pedicure right. I have a toenail that broke off years ago and has grown back funny, and Melinda always cleans it up making it as perfect as it's possible to be. Solid message chair (back and neck only). This is the first time I had any "nail art" done, and Lana rocked it! As of now they do appointments only - no walk-ins. And it's a relatively small operation, I don't think I go in with more than three people. read more

I've went to this place last year a couple times before Covid19 hits. I was really impressed with my nails. Now that they are open again, I was so excited to get my nails done after a year. My nails looked horrible when I walked in but Lana did a really great job! I walked out of the salon happy and satisfied of my new full set and pedicure. read more

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Honestly a waste of my money, never coming here again. This past weekend I was looking to get my nails done while my bf gets his hair cut at Supercuts. We were planning on attending my friend's college grad celebration & we needed to look fly lol. I saw that this place was conveniently a couple stores down Supercuts so I decided to give it a try. Oh how I regret that decision now... I'm giving this place 2 stars instead of 1, only because the lady who did my manicure was nice. The service wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. The ladies weren't super rude to me like some reviews say, despite me just walking in without an appointment (I came in around 10 am on the Saturday of Father's Day weekend). Despite that, however, the lady who did my pedicure did an exceptionally poor job. The entire time she did my toes she looked as if she was hella bored and did not pay much attention to her work. I ended up leaving the store and giving 20% tip just because the other lady was nice. But now, only two days later, I come to regret giving that much tip, because not only did my toe nails actually look sloppy (as in the nail polish was literally outside some of my toes and on others there weren't enough to cover my full nail -_- I'm blind and just now saw them up close lol), BUT ALSO THE GEL ON MY TOES HAD ALREADY COME OFF!!!!! Never have I had gel come off this soon??! All gel nails I've ever got done have lasted at LEAST two weeks, not two freaking DAYS... I'm seriously so disappointed, and should've looked at reviews prior to getting my nails done here. Extremely disappointed with their customer service. I got my nails done there a week ago and one nail lifted. I'm going to Hawaii today and it happened last night. So I went in there asking to have one nail fixed that they did a week ago. She said no we are all booked. One nail! I love coming to this nail salon, it's right by my house and the staff is always very friendly. I've only been here three times but I call it my favorite salon in the area. After I had a bad experience at another salon they were able to help me correct my nail problem. They are great about making appointments and always up front about their hours. I will always tell people about this salon. I'm sad that I have to move out of the area because now I will have to find another salon that is up to par with perfect touch. read more

Horrible customer service. They had their son/grandchild there and all their focus was on keeping him out of trouble. No scrub, barely a massage, I was in and out in 30 minutes and at least 1/3 of that time she was busy wrangling up her grandson. They seemed to be ok with their regulars, but it doesn't make sense to treat your new customers horribly, how are you supposed to get new regulars that way? On Friday June 26,20 I had A 1 o'clock nail appointment, there is a pandemic going on so you are not to be in the shop if you're not being serviced with an appointment. I went in someone check me in who was sitting at the front Desk and told me to sign in I signed in and then she disappeared, I believe I was her 1 o'clock appointment. She never did come back to me so one of the other workers informed me to pick out a color and have a seat I did that I sat there for 10 minutes and then inquired if I was too early for my appointment the lady that was doing the other customer said no. She then went to the back room, when she returned she put me in pedicure chair with hot water. She then went back to her other customer and never said a word to me. I sat there until the water got cold. I then got up and put my wet feet in my shoes , I informed them if they didn't want to wait on Blacks they should said so. In my twenty years of spa services this has been my worse experience. This was my first and my last time to this establishment .I was just trying to support local business. read more

This was my first pedicure. My friend took me to "practice" for the pre-wedding girls night. I had the paraffin treatment on recommendation of my fiance. It was wonderful. It was helpful to have a friend to talk to since I was nervous. We decided to add on manicures. The shop was about to close, but they accommodated us. The shop looks a bit run down, not fancy, but totally clean. The employees do not speak English fluently, but I was able to understand with the help of my friend who has been before. I think I didn't understand because I've never done it before and not because I couldn't understand their English. When asked Orange or Lemon, I was confused. But they explained. Wonderful customer service. Over all great experience. We will be having the girls night at this shop, and I will be practicing a few more times to find the right color combination. Great prices!
