I give this place 2 stars due to cleanliness, lack of nail care, and overlapping walk-ins and appointments, and rushed jobs. Yes we did make an appointment which were for two pedis and two builder gels. They sat my mom first and we told the nail tech (whom I think is the boss. She sat in the first chair taking all the calls) that my mom has sensitive nails. I know, why get nails done if she has sensitive nails. But we have gone to several other places and we have never had any issues until we came to this place. We told the nail tech SEVERAL times to be gentle and she still proceeded to grind her nails rough from the nail bit going too fast for her next appt. She then asked for square to try something new and the nail tech told her round looks better and did round nails despite my mom telling her she wanted square again. In addition, I saw the nail tech pull out dirty nail clippers from her drawer and after use she placed them back in the drawer. My nail tech pulled out nail bit from a small plastics container that said "soiled". I sat in my chair at the station for well over 15 minutes. They used builder in a bottle while they used poly gel on my mom. For my pedicure they did not even bother cleaning up the sides of my big toe and cleaning any debris the typical nail care. They rush the jobs to get as many clients in as possible. Towards the end, during my transaction, I selected 18% tip. Yes tip, I didn't want to be a total asshole. Well the transaction didn't go through due to system error and when the cashier/nail tech took a look thinking she was going to fix It she selected 20% tip. Overall we spent nearly 2 1/2 hours there while other places were out in an hour. Yes I could've left. Yes I didn't need to tip. Yes I could've asked for a discount. But I literally wanted the full experience so you know what your experience may be like. They rush their jobs and treat their regulars better because the regular who sat next to me, they sanitized all their tools before touching her nails. read more

Got the $75 luxury pedicure. Aesthetician did an acceptable job. Massage was non-enthusiastic and low pressure. Paraffin and moisturizer was used as promised, but could have been a bit warmer. Toenails cut a bit too short. The mist thing was nice. I don't have anything bad to say, but it was slightly better than just ok. read more

Wow! I'm so glad I found this nail salon. I was looking for a place that was open on a Sunday for mani pedi's with my girlfriends for my birthday. We were greeted right away with smiles and hello's. Since it was my birthday the salon served us mimosas, and gave me a lovely birthday gift! In addition they played a birthday song and all the customers joined in to sing!! It was so much fun! So I came here for the first time and got a pedicure and manicure it was a little pricey but they did an awesome job plus the mimosa was a plus but I went back for a manicure this last time and it wasn't the best. They definatly didn't do everything they did the last time. They basically took off my polish and put a new color on and then rubbed a little lotion on me and they were done but I was confused they said $40 dollars but when I paid it was $55 I didn't get anything extra so why was it the mimosa? So when I got home I called and asked what a manicure included and how much and it was $40 dollars for gel and they did none of the stuff they said they do during my manicure . I really liked atmosphere and the people are very friendly. But I don't care for inconsistency so unfortunately won't go back but to each their own just my opinion read more

I've been coming here for a while, but unfortunately my experience has become consistently disappointing. Every time I make an appointment, I'm never seen at my scheduled time and end up waiting over an hour. If the salon can't take clients at their appointment times, they shouldn't be booking appointments they can't keep. It's very unprofessional and disrespectful of customers' time. I understand delays can happen occasionally, but this has happened repeatedly. I hope they improve their scheduling and communication because no one should have to wait that long for an appointment they booked in advance. read more

Amazing service every single time I've been here! Called for a walk in; 2 pedicures, 1 manicure and 1 full set and was able to come in right then and there. Amazing service and they offer beverages of your liking. Second time I came in for a fill and did a walk in as well- I could tell the lady helping me may have had a hard time with the French tips (maybe she doesn't do them as often as others as she mentioned) , but she took her time and it still came out beautiful!
