Salon is very clean and organized. Great location with lots of parking spaces. Aesthetically pleasing and spacious. BUT, I give it 3 stars. My cousin and I booked a lash appointment for a girls trip. It took 25 minutes just to get started. During my appointment, I overheard some of the girls oversharing some very personal things about other people and laughing about it which I find EXTREMELY Unprofessional. I don't see myself coming back here after that experience. Giving 3 stars because it's very pretty inside. Also, I booked a last minute appointment and was very happy that they were able to accommodate. However, I think the theme for this shop is money over people. I went for a lash lift and the lash tech asked if it was my first time to which I replied "yes". The results were no different from my regular lashes. I wish she'd shared that the treatment would curl my lashes more than elongate them and referred a different treatment. Additionally, it took her 30 minutes to get started as she was on her phone texting other clients. I didn't feel as though my time or my dollar was valued. I don't foresee myself going back to this beauty bar but it does look very nice inside. read more
