Love love love !!!!!!! Jessica is awesome and her products are top of the line I was nervous about getting the extensions because of all the stories of eyelashes falling out but it's going on 3 weeks and I'm about to get a fill and all my lashes are still on and I just love them I'm not big on wearing makeup and these eyelashes make it look like I'm wearing mascara absolutely love !! read more

I visited Jessica there weeks ago for the first time and I am in love! I love love love my eyelash extensions. She did a beautiful job. It is the first time I have every had them done and I am addicted. They look and feel natural!! Her little office space is private, quiet, cute and C L E A N. This matters a lot to me because this is such a sensitive process. Jessica was professional, patient and personable. She sets a nice setting with soft music and comfortable work space. I received a gift certificate from my niece for my lashes so it was a sweet treat! I find her rates to be about average and worth it! I read a lot of people complaining about scheduling... well she's a busy woman ‍ Book ahead and you shouldn't have a problem. We scheduled my touch up before I left. I had to change it so I texted her and heard right back with a new accommodating time promptly! read more

Terrible customer service! Called to inquire about prices and see my options. Call went straight to voicemail which said to text the eyelash professional. Tried texting the number, but my text wouldn't go through. I left voicemail asking for a text requesting an appointment. Jessica text me back. I began to ask questions regarding prices, options, & pictures and she keeps ghosting me. I'm willing to pay the price, but I need to know what I'm getting! read more

Jessica maintains a very clean clinic and really does a wonderful job on my eyebrows. Thanks!!!

Just had a touch up, it has been 4 months since having them done and I did not have much fading. Touch up was a breeze, the numbing cream applied worked like a charm. I felt no pain during the process, she was very professional and I felt totally calm the whole time. Jessica is magician, she transformed my lashes & eyebrows. I am so happy I decided to have my eyebrows done. Thank you for doing a wonderful job on both my eyebrows and lashes read more

Jessica is FANTASTIC! She is quick and thorough. I have been going to her for two years. I have recommended her to anyone and everyone who asks about my eyelashes. The first time I went, she did it in under an hour and my lashes stay on for AT LEAST 4 weeks. Yes, 4 weeks.... and they still look really good. read more

I've never had eyelash extensions before, but decided last minute to get them for my vow renewal wedding coming up. I didn't want to have to deal with lash strips and glue that day and worry about potentially having to fix them later. I found Jessica here on Yelp. Reviews convinced me to try her, and wow, I'm so glad I did!!! She responded in a timely manner and squeezed me in very last minute, which was so very kind and sweet of her. The process was painless. She played nice relaxing music during application, which helped me (and my eyes!) relax. Jessica was honest when suggesting what length/thickness I should go, and very professional. I love my new lashes, and the best part is that I can't even feel them, not like lash strips. My husband even likes them, but already told me not to get addicted to having them. It might be too late. ;) I've always wanted lashes. What woman doesn't?! Thank you so much, Jessica. You are so talented, kind and a godsend!!! Hopefully I will be back for a refill. :) read more

Services received: gel manicure, pedicure and eyelash extensions Location: Inside GG's hair salon next to Fresh n Easy & In Shape Gym in Vacaville off of Elmira and Nutt Tree First Impression: Jessica's area in the back is nice, clean and organized. She has two rooms--one for her mani/pedi and the other for waxing & eyelash extensions. Likes: Jessica does amazing gel manicures and pedicures! i have been to almost all of the nail salons in vacaville and each person i got to service me did not do as great a job as Jessica! when Jessica left Lavender Nail Salon, i followed her! Jessica massages (both during pedicure & manicure) with warm lotion, hot stone (pedicure only) and a warm towel (pedicure & manicure)...which is already included in her price. Her service prices are very reasonable. The manicure and pedicure stations were all very clean. PEDICURE: perfect! i especially loved the warm lotion and stone massage finished with my hot towel! Pedicures that Jessica gives me last fooooooorever! no chips at all. love it! GEL MANICURE: BEST gel manicure in the area! Jessica evenly applies the gel and is never thick at all. EYELASH EXTENSIONS: very fair and reasonably priced. I am always so relaxed when getting my extensions put on. i can practically fall asleep! no pain whatsoever. and the outcome of my lashes are always perfect! i like how she applies the lashes as close to my lash line as possible....much more natural looking. if you're looking for great, professional service, visit Jessica! you def won't be disappointed! read more

Ok so I'm using my best friends yelp account because I don't have my own. I was apprehensive about doing extensions because I normally don't wear makeup and the one time I tried strip eyelashes I was mortified because in the middle of having a conversation with someone my eyelashes went from my eye to the to of my eyelid. Then again I might not have used eyelash glue. Again I am not that kind of girl. When my cousin made the appointment I was scared that the eyelashes were going to look over done and not me. Boy was I wrong, Jessica is really sweet she ask you what you like and she gages who you are as a girl/woman. The lashes look so natural and you really don't feel anything. If you are thinking about getting extensions I highly recommend it!!! read more

Jessica was the first eyelash place that I went to by recommendations from friends. I didn't know what to expect so I didn't know better... Now that I do, its time to write! Positives: -Jessica is very quite which is nice and relaxing. I usually fall asleep. -She's fast! (Fills are 30-45mins) (Full 1 hr). -Lashes stay on 2-3 weeks Cons: -I don't think she has ever cleaned my lashes before putting on new ones -Eyelashes are sometimes clumpy. (which means its over glued and clumps fall off) -She rushes you out because the next client is waiting. (so don't be late) -Never explained the after care read more

I got my lashes done by Jessica last night and I love them! I am Asian and have thin, really straight leashes naturally. With Jessica being Asian as well she knew exactly how make my lashes look fuller without weighing them down. The length and curl she choose for me were perfect! I already booked my next 2 fill appts with her. She is a very busy girl so if you're considering making an appt with her, she's booked at least 2 months out. I will definitely be recommending her to my friends/family. read more

I just saw that I did not leave a review for Jessica!! I feel terrible! I thought I did?! Well...I have been seeing Jessica on the regular since June 2017! She is such an amazing person! So cute and so talented! Every single day I have someone asking me how I get my lashes so long and beautiful and when I tell them I get them done they all either want to know where right away or look even closer to see how they are not mine! Well they are mine...I pay for them & they are worth every penny! Being able to get up and go is priceless!! I have only warn make up about 4-5 times since I got my lashes done! Jessica is so incredibly talented! I literally cannot say enough about her work. My extensions last 3 weeks minimum... could easily stretch to 4 since the quality of her work is so incredible. I never ever feel like my lashes are thinning, or anything less than perfect. She's always booked at least a month in advance, so book early, and often. I book out as far as she will let me every time I visit. The photo I've attached is 3 weeks after my last fill... freaking perfect still! Love Jessica, love her work! read more

I waited a little while to write a review, because I wasn't sure if I wanted to or not, but I think it would be helpful if I did. I got my eyelashes done twice by Jessica, the first time I went she was somewhat friendly, she didn't say much about what the process was going to be like, just asked me what I wanted and I told her I wanted them noticeable, but very natural (I have absolutely no eyelashes whatsoever). She said okay, and just started going in. It would have been nice if she showed me the lengths, compared what sizes she had, and showed me an idea of what it was going to look like, or even pictures of different styles she could do, but....there was none of that. I figured she was a professional and i told her what I wanted, so that was good enough. I got up after an hour or so and right when I got up before even looking at my lashes someone was knocking on the door for her next appointment....I didn't even have time to talk about them with her.....and she didn't even give me a makeup wand to take home like all the other salons do...i mean if i'm paying that amount of money it wouldn't be asking too much.... I got up and looked, and they were very XL. They had no type of different lengths, they were all straight across and very long...which is good if you're going to a party, but I had to go to work everyday with them..I said "Oh okay, they look nice", paid, and left. Later I texted her and told her they were too long, and she said "Okay, next time you come in, I'll shorten them. Three weeks later, I went and got them filled, and they looked almost identical. I decided with the kind of money I was spending I would just buy different eyelash growth serums, instead of paying for something that I didn't want, and probably couldn't get. The experience wasn't completely awful, I just wished I would have saved my money. read more

I went to Jessica for my lashes for almost a whole year. She was good, but also very rushed so she can get to her next customer. I took a break from getting my lashes done to let my lashes grow out again since I lost so much of my real lashes from continuing lash extensions for a year. And now Jessica is totally ignoring any of my texts. I'm guessing she is out of business or maybe just doesn't want her clients to take breaks. But I was a very loyal customer who brought her many more customers and now this is the way she treats someone who would want to come back? I tolerated her stuck up attitude when I went in there. But I don't tolerate bad customer service who can't even give the decency to respond. Glad I never gave my "5 star review so I can get $10 off my next lash fill"... You do not deserve 5 stars. read more

Jessica is very sweet. She listened to how I wanted my lash extensions to look and executed the description I gave her perfectly. $100 for a full set was totally worth it for me. The location was a little difficult to find. I had to enter a long creepy looking alley way to get there. When my coworker showed up to work with gorgeous lashes I decided to give it a try! Of course I looked around for options but I decided to go with Jessica since I had personally seen her work on my coworker and she had great reviews! I was not disappointed! I get compliments all the time & people can't tell if they are my natural lashes or extensions. They look SO amazing and they are light! I can't see or feel them. Her prices are fair for the quality of work she does. My lashes always look beautiful & its SO great to wake up and GO! To not have to worry about curling and applying mascara saves me so much time! ***JUST TO GIVE EVERYONE A HEADS UP, SHE GIVES A DISCOUNT TO PEOPLE WHO WRITE GOOD REVIEWS.. so don't be fooled!! *** Jessica makes your lashes "look" amazing, but I recommend choosing elsewhere. I was going to Jessica for a few months and I noticed my natural lashes weren't coming back.. I asked Jessica about it and she blamed it on me and had nothing to say about it. I was very confused because I've been having my lashes done for 4 years and take very good care of my lashes. It only started to happen when I started to use her. For example, when i would brush my lashes, one fake lash would come off and I would find two or three natural lashes attached to it... NOT GOOD. Also, I always try and be flexible when she needed to change the appointment on me, but when I couldn't make it she shut me out and told me she'd let me know when I can reschedule. I was already going on 4 weeks with no fill and It's been two weeks since she told me she'll reschedule me and I've heard nothing from her. I've tried texting her but she won't respond. So now I'm back to only having my natural lashes and so I'd have to pay full price.. it's like she's doing this on purpose because this is the second time it has happened. Very unprofessional. And I recommend choosing elsewhere due to the fact that she's rude and makes it very hard on you to make an appointment if you're like me and work mon-fri 8-5. I don't want anyone to get played like I did! read more
