I'm giving you the three not because she didn't do a great job on my browser but when I walk in there's a customer paying with no mask and clearly on the door it states you must have a mask so I went back to my car and got mine. Then when I asked the lady do I have to wear my mask and she says yes and I said how come you're not wearing a mask and she said she Well I can put one on. If you're making me wear a mask and not the customer before me and you're not wearing a mask then why should I have to wear mine. I did because I desperately need my brows done. But because of the practices I don't think I'll ever return read more

I called prior to walking in to make sure they availability for an eyebrow threading. As I pulled up, a woman put up a sign saying "I'll be back in 15 mins." I ignored it because I had just spoke to someone on the phone stating they can see me in ten minutes. So I ignored the sign & thankfully it wasn't locked lol. I walked in & without hesitation the woman was able to see me despite her sign. I was in & out within 5 mins with an amazing job! I haven't got my eyebrows threaded since high school... well over 10 yrs so I was hesitant at first because the last time I ever had my brows threaded was horrendous. But this woman obviously is a pro at what she does, I wish I got her name. I'm definitely coming back here for other services as well! Thank you! read more

I absolutely love coming here. Although there was some miscommunication the first time I came, about whether or not they were open that day, this place has def earned a place on my 5 star list. The woman who does the threading is always so kind and gentle. I'm so happy to see this place still in business even after the pandemic. My daughter had been asking for a while to get a Henna tattoo. After a little research, I found this place. They advertise for eyebrow threading, but they also do Henna. The shop was small, but quiet and clean. We waited a few minutes while a customer was having her brows threaded. While there were two catalogs there to look at, they were for full arms, etc... More than what we wanted. So, she pulled up a couple sites on my IPhone & we chose our designs. It was fun to try something different. We were finished in about 20 min. She gave us instructions to use lemon juice & sugar as an exfoliater. When the paint comes off you're left with the Henna stain. And according to our artist, it'll last longer if you don't get it wet too often. She charged me $15 for each design and with a $10 tip, my total was $40. We had a good experience and would definitely recommend them. We'll be back! read more

Whenever I get my brows done, I tell them exactly what I want. A clean up only, not to touch my arches, and NO THIN BROWS. That being said, Sona always did an excellent job. Quick clean up of my brows and a little trim. Never thin or touching the arch. Visited on 19 Jun 2018. Now there's a new lady. A bit older. She messsssed UP my brows. I was pretty angry. I literally told her everything I wanted. And what did she do? Everything I did NOT want. She threaded the hairs that were growing back in from a high arched threading job. And those too SO LONG to grow back.... *sobs* and then she makes them so thin!!! I literally wanted a clean up....... that's it. I even pointed to the hairs I said not to touch... and she removed them. I won't be going back here. Idc. The other lady sucks and do NOT let her touch your eyebrows if you care about your life. *looks at mirror* *sobs* read more

Far from perfect eyebrows DO NOT GO HERE! I had my right eyebrow cut short a year or so back and have worked hard to regrow the end of it. I asked for a simple clean up and the tech took everything i worked so hard to grow back right off my right brow is now back to how it was before she chopped the end off leaving me with a full length left brow and half a right eyebrow. Don't even think about stepping in there! read more

Don't really care for this place. They do an OK job on eyebrows but it's irritating that every time I've been there, I have to let them know that my eyebrows don't match. Isn't that something that the eyebrow tech is supposed to care about. She also got annoyed that I tweezed the stray hairs on my eyelid and said that I shouldn't be doing that. I'm good on the lectures lady. Thanks. Their work is sloppy and they've consistently missed spots. Maybe if you actually got the hair on my eyelids I wouldn't have to tweeze on my own. It's not like these hairs affect the uneven shape you are doing to my brows anyways. She also said my eyebrow hairs were so thin that i should try her powder eyebrow stamping makeup. I thought hey, what do I have to lose? Oh my... she put jet black powder on eyebrows and placed the stamps unevenly (surprise) so that one eyebrow was angrily arching down and the other one was pointing upward like a sad clown. Luckily I had a hat and sunglasses in my car to wear until I could get home to wipe off the comedy show that were my eyebrows. Quite the experience to say the least but definitely not a good one. read more

This lady is very talented and she knows what she's doing. The only reason I took away one star is because I don't think they clean their equipment in between customers. I think it would be worth an investment for them to either buy wipes to clean the scissors and brush off in between customers. They also could buy disposable ones. This is a minor issue because pretty much every eyebrow threading place I go to does the same. I'll still be going here for my eyebrows but I'm thinking about purchasing my own scissors and brush to have her use them. read more

Actually guys this place is not good anymore! The first few times I came the lady did my brows good and was gentle and listened to what I wanted. After becoming a regular customer she stopped caring and started doing my brows heavy handed and rushed, which hurt sooo bad and she'd rush for no reason because there weren't any other customers. I left with cuts on my skin and scabs that took a week to heal. Oh yeah and the last time I came she was eating her lunch and did not wash her hands or use hand sanitizer- I will NEVER return! read more

I had a terrible experience at this place! I asked if they tinted eyebrows when I went in, she said yes. I sat down and told her what I wanted done, I felt she was rude during the threading. At one point I said ouch and she rudely said that's because your skin is so loose! I'm in my 60's not 20's! She was rude with where she wanted my fingers and when she finished threading, I asked if she was going to tint them and she rudely said "we no do that"! read more

She kept putting lotion on them and brushing them to try and hide her mistakes...then when she pulled out the eyebrow power I knew she had to of really messed up.
