The best way to describe the experience is a nail salon trying to be a spa. The massage screamed nail salon massage- kinda hurts, kinda all over the place, no technique or real skill. There were weird transitions between the tools used as well. One minute a head scratcher was used, then the facial started, more hair, then facial, then massage... plus the transitions from hot to cold was weird. Steam in the face, then a cod face mask and roller, with a warm eye mask. So weird. The hairspa part was rough. No circular massage or scratching, it was just hair washing and really hard scraping with nails on the scalp. This lasted an hour. Then, I sat awkwardly in front of a mirror while she brushed my tangled half wet hair and blew a blow drier thru it. I have naturally curly hair, so she ran her fingers thru my hair as she blew the hot hair so it made my hair really poofy and wavy. I told her she could stop, so I could manage at home, and she continued. Finally she stopped. At the end, they gave us some tea and she watched as I tried it. Made me question what was in it lol I also paid for an upgrade for scalp analysis, which involved them pulling the camera and looking at my scalp after it was done and she said "see? All clean." Great analysis. The atmosphere was cute. I'm sure they do such a great job with their other services, but if they want to advertise hairspa, they should lean more into the spa piece of it and learn about different types of hair.

The massage was nice but she did not exfoliate my heels. After she thought she was done, I had to ask her to please get the dead skin from a blister from new shoes the week before off. As I left, I had to move around piles of dirt and debris that one of the gentlemen who worked there swept into the pathway. Gross. Not going back.

Went in on Saturday around noon with my two kids . When I arrived no one was there . Literally NO ONE. Door was unlocked , but the lady didn't show up , but I figured to wait a little since she might've been in the back doing something . A minute later some guy walks in and was waiting as well. The lady finally arrived , with Taco Bell in her hands . I understand you have to get lunch, but do not leave the store unattended or at least leave a note saying you'll be back. Anyway, I got on the chair, she was super quick . My lady I usually go to, takes abt 10 min. But I was on the chair for about 5 min. After I got off , she asked the guy that came after to me to come up. I asked her if I could pay for mine first and I guess she was confused and thought me and the guy were together . So when I paid with my card, I wrote a tip for $4.00 on the receipt. Even though, she made me wait , I figured why not . But the lady still had the nerve to ask me if I had cash instead for the tip. Personally, I thought it was rude to ask for cash in the tip . Which is why they get two stars. - I had to wait - being nice enough to tip, she had the nerve to ask me for cash instead . Today I decided to go get my brows done, after waiting FOREVER to them to grow out, after having a bad experience at the place I usually go, I decided to give a new place a chance! After reading a whole bunch of GREAT yelp reviews I went to Perfect Eyebrow. I walked in and was pleasantly greeted by Anna, and the first thing she said was "I can fix them" which was reassuring from the start, she got started right away, and the outcome was amazing! I was so surprised someone could actually make me like my eyebrows! She has a great personality and actually listened to what I want, unlike the other place I was going to, they usually just went at it and were quick and I always felt it was rushed, but with Anna she took her time and made them PERFECT! So I used to go to Green Valley Salon and Spa until one day maybe a year ago, they shut down with no notice. Ever since I've been trying to keep my eyebrows in check myself, because I didn't know where else to go. I came across all these great reviews on yelp and finally gave Anna a try today and she was amazing. She really took the time to try to even out my eyebrows, and talked me through her whole thought process on them, because their shape was pretty uneven. I love going to perfect eyebrows. I was once a client at eyebrow art downtown here in vacaville but was not satisfied because they were very rough and would cut skin and not fix my eye brows the way I wanted them. I came to perfect eyebrows very scared because I was not sure if I should trust another place with my eyebrows but sure enough Ennu proved me wrong. I've gotten my brows down by her about 5 times now and every time they have been perfect she's very precise and takes her time. I was not only taken by surprise as I have been a loyal long time customer (we're talking over 15 years) and have always tipped generously. This day, I became furious. The worker here (one in particular) acts if they are doing you a favor when you are paying them for a service. She does all but roll her eyes when you come in for treatment. The least they can do is be courteous. I have taken my business elsewhere. Wouldn't waste your time.
